Vip Airport Transfer To/from Istanbul City Center

Kubi was amazing at instantly responding and helping me coordinate the pickup of 20 people from Istanbul airport with different landing times and multiple hotel locations. He was super patient collecting everybody as they didn’t connect their phones right away lol and Kubi couldn’t get hold of them at first but he was able to help them all out thankfully. Super professional and easy communication!

Professional and on time pickup to airport, excellent!! Have been using these guys for the last 2 years and they’re excellent every time.

Very good communication! Efficient yet affordable shuttle service. We got many luggages with us but the shuttle is large enough to hold them all. The driver was also helpful and punctual.

The driver was okay. Quiet but he got us to hotel safely. You get who ever you get. It was a little confusing when we got to pick up point and we had to wait.

We arrived at the designated location where we were promptly met by a representative who escorted us, along with six other passengers, to another level of the airport. There, a second staff member reconfirmed our names and began coordinating the arrival of the vehicles. Unfortunately, our experience from that point on was less than ideal. Although cars arrived one by one to collect passengers, we ended up waiting for 40 minutes for our vehicle—while several people who arrived after us were picked up and left before us. Despite multiple inquiries, the staff member coordinating the cars repeatedly assured us the car would arrive in “5 minutes.” When the car finally did show up, it was noticeably unclean. Used water bottles and tissues from previous passengers were still inside, which was quite disappointing. While I would definitely consider using a transfer service again for the convenience it offers, I’m uncertain if I would choose this particular company in the future.

Comfortable and safe ride from the airport to the hotel in Istanbul. The car was very modern and clean. Highly recommend.

Smooth and Comfortable Transfer The service was excellent! The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly. The vehicle was clean and spacious, making our ride from the airport to the city center super comfortable. Highly recommended for a stress-free transfer!

A seamless transfer and a great operation. I always book with these guys when coming to Istanbul and I have never been disappointed in pickups within the city or from the airport. Would recommend this transfer service to anyone! If it's your first time abroad definitely have whatsapp to communicate, made this service even easier.

Bit of a walk to the end of the terminal after a long haul flight, but easy enough from that point. The distance from airport to CBD with traffic can be quite long, having this booked gave peace of mind.

This service was exceptional! We used it 4x during our stay. Always accurate, timely, friendly drivers with clean vehicles. Communication was seamless throughout. If you find yourself in Istanbul (Asian or European side) please give them a call. It would take finding transportation off your to do list. Thank me later!

This team is amazing. They are super organized and always available. I’ve used them twice now while visiting Istanbul and have no issues what so ever. They are responsive, kind, and understanding of any last minute changes that I’ve made (address/time of pickup). The drivers are professional and their fleet of vehicles (Mercedes transport vans) are best in class. The price is worth it. Highly recommend!

Kubi was outstanding to communicate and work with. I contacted him to arrange transportation from the Istanbul port to our hotel at the end of our cruise. We kept in touch with each other through What’s App as our disembarkation day approached. Everything went smoothly and his driver picked us up at the designated location outside the terminal. Like most people, I think anyway, I first contacted our hotel regarding transportation from the port to the hotel. For perspective, the distance from ship to hotel is a 15’ drive maximum. The hotel quoted me TRIPLE the price that Kubi quoted me. Really! We were traveling with two other couples and I provided them Kubi’s contact information as well after receiving Kubi’s quote. All of us used his transportation service to get to Istanbul (IST) Airport to catch our flights home as we were departing on different days and times. Again, his prices are unbeatable. Be sure to contact him before booking another service. The only thing I noticed, from the two times I utilized his service in Istanbul, is the vans/cars are dated. With that said, the drivers were professional, on time, we got from point A to B and, for us, the savings far outweigh being picked up in an older vehicle.

The hotel 5AM pickup to airport was flawless! The pickup from airport to hotel was also flawless! Excellent service and nice van as well. Worth the peace of mind as a tourist either solo or with friends and family. Would recommend to all who come to this beautiful city ❤️

Kubi and team were able to accommodate last minute (less than 12 hours notice) and delivered more than we could have hoped for. The driver was early, the van pristine, and the drop off was right in front of the doors. I wish we knew about them when we landed. Thank you again!!!

I definitely recommend this service. It’s worth the money and is a comfortable way to get into the city from the airports (they are both at least a 30 minute ride). I also highly recommend them for you return trip to the airport. They were on time and ready to go, even for a 5am pickup at my hotel.

Best mode of transport from my hotel to get to the airport. Super seamless process and they were helpful to change my slot upon my request. Would definitely choose them again in future.

Great service and very friendly. Communication was very clear and it was easy to find our car after we received our luggage at the airport. The ride was smooth. We will be using this service again on the way back to the airport. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience. Great communication and super easy experience. I would highly recommend this service and will surely use it every time I’m in Istanbul. My wife, 1 year old son and I had an entire shuttle to our service which was clean, elegant, with air conditioning (which apparently is difficult to find in shuttles and taxis). Thanks for having us!
