A little far from main city istanbul but worth the journey. We went on a weekday after local schools had started and found the park surprising empty in the morning and limited crowd as the day progressed. This made all rides with no queues! The kids rode the Nesfekesen 7 times! Good staff too. Overall a good park for young kids.

Not bad, not that good either to lay 60 dollars per person,
We paid for fast track which came with access to etnopark as well as a free meal. If you plan on going early and on a weekday, the queues aren’t so bad. Great variety of rides! Had so much fun!
Everything is so beautiful Have a lot of fun
1★ – Fast Track is a Total Waste of Money We visited Vialand Istanbul and were very disappointed, mainly because of the Fast Track option. We paid extra for it expecting a faster, more premium experience, but it simply did not work as advertised. On every ride they let only a few people in from the Fast Track line and many more from the regular line, so our queue moved almost at the same speed as the normal one. In the end, after paying around 140 USD for Fast Track, we got practically the same experience as someone who paid about 40 USD for a regular ticket. The Fast Track option is overpriced, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money.
We spend there half a day. Did not take fast track. At one ride waited for 50 minutes. Our kid loved it. Good shopping afterwards.
It was ok. Unfortunately, a lot of the rides were unavailable because they were undergoing maintenance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend going later in the year like in summer or fall when more rides are available and weather is less rainy
We were able to have a wonderful time because there were not a lot of people there and we did not have to wait in line. The rides did not feel stale, and we had a sense of security. We were able to cool off with some rides that included water, despite the fact that it was extremely hot.
Vialand Theme Park was an unexpected surprise during our visit to Istanbul. Unlike the sprawling, highly commercialized theme parks you may be used to, Vialand offers a more localized, charming take on the amusement park experience — think carnival meets rollercoaster thrills, with a sprinkle of off-brand Disneyland. The journey to the park is part of the adventure. To access the entrance, you first walk through a modern, clean shopping mall filled with a great variety of shops. Helpful signage throughout the mall makes it easy to navigate your way to the theme park entrance. If you book through Viator like we did, be aware that the ticket voucher must be shown at the park entrance kiosk, not at the booths outside the mall. This was a bit confusing at first, but once we figured it out, the rest was smooth. Entry costs around $60 per person, and we took an Uber from the cruise terminal for about $15 each way. We highly recommend using the Uber app — yellow taxis are available through it, and it helps avoid tourist pricing scams that can happen with local cabs. The park itself is laid out across three descending levels, which gives it a unique vertical feel. It wasn’t crowded when we went on July 2nd, and in 4.5 hours we managed to enjoy seven rides, including several rollercoasters and a ride clearly modeled after Disney’s “It’s a Small World” — though with a distinctly Turkish twist and a different name. Lines can be long for certain rides, so pack your patience, but the park is clean, well-maintained, and offers enough variety to keep both adults and children entertained. There’s a dedicated kids’ zone with smaller rides for younger visitors, and while there’s no alcohol served in the park, you’ll find plenty of snack stands and familiar options like Burger King to keep you fueled. Overall, Vialand isn’t trying to be a global theme park giant — and that’s part of its charm. It’s a more grounded, local version of family fun with an international flair. If you set your expectations accordingly, you’ll find yourself pleasantly surprised and genuinely entertained
It’s fun but not a six flags or Thorpe park. It looks a bit dull compared to others in different countries. It has a street with shops which was great for me.
🌟 Very Disappointed – Not Worth the Price (Vialand Istanbul) We paid $900 for tickets for our kids and family, expecting a fun and memorable day at Vialand. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. We arrived in the afternoon to avoid the harsh summer sun, thinking we’d still have plenty of time — but to our surprise, we didn’t even get to enjoy 4 full hours before the park closed at 6:00 PM. No one mentioned the early closing time when we purchased the tickets. The lines were extremely long and slow-moving. We only managed a few rides, and some of the main attractions were completely missed. For a park of this size and price, we expected better organization, more transparency, and longer hours—especially in the summer season when families travel and kids want to enjoy their time. I came all the way to Istanbul to give my children a joyful day, but we left feeling frustrated, rushed, and honestly, regretful. For the price we paid, this experience was absolutely not worth it. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Vialand is a fantastic theme park for families with kids. It’s very colorful, clean, and well-organized. The structures made are very cute . There are plenty of rides and attractions tailored for children, including mini coasters, carousels, bumper cars, and interactive zones like Joyful Farm. Most kid-friendly rides are for children 80–120 cm tall, while bigger attractions like the roller coasters require a minimum height of 120–140 cm. The nefeskesen rollercoaster is an adventure ride and very thrilling for the teenagers. The park is divided into themed areas (Adventure, Fantasy, and Fun), each with age-appropriate activities. Safety is taken seriously with clear height restrictions and attentive staff. A great day out in Istanbul for young families The basic ticket is suffice to enter the theme park. The etno park is where they have a horse for horse rides and archery. That area isn't very active as yet so my kids didn't enjoy much Parkur is an outdoor obstacle park extremely fun for kids. Very fun for kids looking for physical activity. Joggers are required for some activities.
The park is relatively moderately sized and offers mostly <18 yo children experience. If you are not planning to visit with children or you absolutely know what you are doing, don’t spend on the overrated and expensive packages (e.g. silver, gold, diamond) as it will not pay off. We came as a couple and only really went to 2 of the entertainments, one of which we had to wait in line for 40 minutes on a workday (Wednesday) afternoon. The Nha Trang’s (Vietnam) VinWonders park was a much better experience.
We came for a day out with my girlfriend as she is very fond of theme parks with rides, and it did not disappoint. Had variety of rides such as the Viking which is water based and the breath taker which is one of a kind, we both would recommend to come with family, couple date or if you just passing by
It was great the rides were real fun and for me personally the fact that not all rides were crazy really helps since I don’t want to go on rides that are too fast or too high. The staff were real kind and the mall wasn’t bad
1. All rides are good 2. Just to be mindful of rhe “packages” when you arrive. They increase the price a lot. The little addons eg horse ride might not be what everyone desires and that area had very little visitors as well. 3. The actual ticket counter at entrance of vialand might be selling just the daily ticket rather than wrapping it all into the packages ( I didn’t check as had already bought the package from the entrance to the mall! ) 4. I could not find rhe free shuttle service that used to be a good service few years ago.. 5. The WiFi never works for foreigners it seems . It asks to send code to your country mobile number but the code never arrived via text. We tried sims for two different countries..
It's a 10/10 place to go in İstanbul. The NEFESKESEN roller coaster is very cool and the Mall is pretty big.I would recommend going there.
This is beautiful place. That’s fun. I enjoy so everything’s. I like Viking and rollercoaster. I recommended you. Come
If we could give it zero stars, we would. The website clearly states that kids age 0-3 are free, and they only charge from age 4. Apparently they charge you from the beginning of the year the child turns 4! So our 3 year old was charged as a 4 year old. If your kid's birthday is in December, you're paying as if they're 4 for the entire year that they're 3! A staff member eventually found an obscure place on their website saying that kids need to be born after 1/1/2022 to be free in 2025, but you have to go searching to find this info. False advertising. Left a bad taste in our mouth before we even got to start on the rides.
The park was good and located in very nice place along with many shops and restaurants, The entrance fee was quite high especially for the tourists there are no consideration for the young kids < 8 years around $90 are uniform for each person!!! Even though many games are not suitable for kids age below 6 years!!!!!!! Some games were out of orders so we could not enjoy doing different activities.
access to the park was not easy, especially with public transportation. you need to walk a long long way before the theme park and also inside it. it makes you too tired to do anything else that day. the entrance fee starts from $110 which is expensive for what you receive. I went with my 10 yo kid and she enjoyed it, though it was winter and some parts were close.
Not value for the price we paid. Nothing to offer and too expensive!!! We went with our child of almost 3 years old, and the park doesn't have any to offer for little ones, also for the older children. Not worth to visit at all.
Well-maintained & nicely decorated, it's a small amusement park with a nice mall & foodcourt at the entrance. Very few attractions yet some of them are great (Aladdin + Rollercoasters + another nice ride about the Ottoman Empire but dommage it was only in Turkish Language). Friendly staff. Park is mainly targeting locals, not tourists.Overall we spent a nice day (weather was great and no queue at all!). If staying more than 3x days in Istanbul with your family, it's worth the visit (but its not Disney!). There is daily shuttle bus from Taksim.
It was amazing, however some games were closed at this time. It could be managed better. It was better to announce that most of items have technical problems.
The outdoor outlet shopping mall is great where you can find the best prices in Istanbul. Many restaurant and cafes are located here. You will have one of the best shopping experience in Istanbul. this mall is very beautiful. Regarding the Theme park, it was very annoying the the price for tourist are fixed at USD 55 which is expensive that means I had to pay USD 220 (4 ticket) to enter the park. while many rides were closed due to winter season. Even the quality of the park is not good and you cannot compare to other parks which cost around the same in other countries. The theme park is not worth it with this cost. We decided to not enter the park.
My husband wants to go on the King Kong ride, we we don't support your discriminatory pricing. Tourists pay 100E but residents pay 5E?
Terrible prices for tourists. This is not some wow theme park. In the UK for the price we paid we could have bought 4 annual passes for Chessington. Everything felt like a big con for tourists. I would give it a miss and go to Via Port or with Turkish friends.
The customer service was the worst in the world. Poor management. Employees are rude and careless. They don’t even keep you count ! I don’t recommend to visit this. The overlooking the ride first was busy around. After waiting for 40 minutes he told us he doesn’t have a space. When I called for manager, he said he will not help and he answered “up to you” when we were leaving, as I have paid to his father’s house to enter the park. Generally the worst and cheapest behaviour ever. No apologies and no compensation was offered. Kids disappointed. We were tired for nothing. Rides most are broke. Visited in August 2024
workers were so nice and helpful they welcomed us with open hand im greatful i will defnitly come back again view is beautiful
The workers are sweet and helpful, I had a lot of fun with family and got on many rides more than once. It was a great experience and we will definitely visit again.
I do not adivse tourist to vist this place it is very costly and not worthy at all and don't respect the fast pass some times...some staff are really rude... The prices of beverage and food are expensive.. It is better to go sight viewing. Ticket box has to explain everything thing not only showing the rocket and photos... in conclusion they have to revise their prices and services.. Not happy at all
Great to spend full day with family. We choosed entrance tickets and ignored other higher prices offers because you will not use them all.
Nice theme park, not crowded and easy access. Park staff were professional and careful. Great shopping mall and food court. Easy ride with taxi.
Tower of justice, Vikings, Aladdin were the favourite rides. Kid enjoyed a lot since there are lot of rides for them. Food is ok and that’s what you expect and fast meal and not so heavy so that you can spend time at rides. Don’t miss their shopping mall, it’s worth the money.
Viking was the most experience together with restaurants and cafeterias, I would recommend anybody to visit it
Price for local was 6 usd but for tourists 55 USD !!!!! I have never seen jn my life 2 prices for any theam park . So if you are not Turkish pleas don't go its not worth 55 usd .the real.price is 6 usd
The worst Theme park I even been, People skipping queue, broken rides, closed rides, do not waste your money in such a horrible place.
Avoid avoid avoid We have visited numerous parks over the world. This one is the worst one so far. - Poor Customer service. Based on previous reviews we have contacted their customer support in advance for advise with zero response, and yes about fifth of attraction was out of order. - Scam Ticket office - At the ticket office you are being advised cheapest ticket is 85 USD even thou there is one for 55 online. Unless you ask for it you will be overcharged - Poor security, local kids constantly skip the queue and cheat and security doesn't care. - Staff looks very unhappy and depressed. We have left after 2 hours. Worst theme park ever.
We had researched the place beforehand and thought it would be a fun experience akin to Euro Disney and Europa Park. But we then found out thay half the rides werent even working at the time, half of the heavy hitters were closed and were not marketed on anything online or at the park. This was tottaly uproffesional and ruined our whole day as we had already purchased their frankly too expensive tickets, Euro Disney is for 60 euros so 15 more then this but a much better experience overall
We had a long ride to reach there but unfortunately some main stations were closed for maintenance and there were no shows and activities at all, kids were so sad
Insignificant intestine save them but Adelaide Krishna Colton applicant to the old chat they flew there which I'm mad
Good theme Park - especially in October! It was so quiet almost empty so no queues and mild weather made for a great day out- enough to do with a 12yr and 13yr - plenty there also for little ones. Park is closed in November so very near the end of the season but worth the journey and cost
Very expensive, locals pay much less. Possibly it was good 20 years ago, but in 2023 doesn't impress at all.
Arrived after our Turkish friend had brought tickets for us all online, to be asked for Turkish ID as the tickets purchased are for residents only. She showed hers and argued that there is nothing written online to say this is for residents only. Was then asked for DOUBLE the price on top of what we had already paid purely just for being foreign. Absolute scam of a company and I would not recommend going there just for them to rip you off. Our friend who is Turkish feels ashamed by the way this business is conducted and we instead have called the bank to cancel the transaction after being told we had to fill out a mere piece of paper to get a refund, which probably won't happen as they are untrustworthy already. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you are happy to be treated as if because you are foreign you can afford three times the price of locals.
Great experience not great value for money Probably children should be all above 140 cm height.
The Theme Park itself is great, lots of options for kids and family. However, the admission/park entry process could use some work. They could also honor their package details: if you sell package (silver) or other deals that include snacks or food kind, customers don’t have yo come asking you for those things included in the package they spent hard earned money to buy, and go through all sort of questioning before they can have those coupons. They even told us that the package we bought was something advertised a year ago; if that was the case, then why were they still on their sites and other sites seeking their tickets?
I had a great experience I liked red rollercoaster more it was so much fun thank you for everyone 🥰🥰
An excellent experience for the whole family .. for all ages 👍👍 Rides, food, and themed photos 👍 Tickets’ redemption was easy and fast.
We visitied on june 28th. We were 3 adults and a child. We asked about the types of tickets and bout the tickets with the fast pass,140$ each. Which turned out to be a scum since the fast pass is not for all games, it was only fir special games probably no more than 5. This does include kids games why would you make me buy one for my child. Then they never tell you anything about the timing of the closing of certain activities, you walk and walk till you find it and then oooops sorry we are closed. The person behind me bought fast pass for his 4 kids including a baby and they did not even tell him anytihng. Non of those kuds are allowed on the games that can use fast pass. They take a picture of you amd it s free. When you go to get it they tell you give the number the photographer gave you or you have to pay. Why ??? You give them the receipt, the tickets, the hand wrist with no response. Bad service, rude. Games for me were regular, i have been to funner places. Tòooooooo expensive for what u get.
I was so happy thank you for everything. I’m gonna come next year everybody was so kind thanks again.
