The Airport transfers were awesome , so were the high class hotels!

As described, the itinerary was amazingly planned (only conveniently twisted if the travellers arrival flights to Turkey are not as per the plan to accommodate the day). Hotel stays were up to the mark, safe and at prime locations. Individual Tour guides were humble knowledgeable and friendly, assuring the safety of travellers. Included lunches were hosted nicely. Vegetarian options were available (vegan can manage). Only the point to be noted is that the schedule could be hectic if not prepared for the 3 early morning flights and balloon ride (optional) within 8 days tour.

My husband and I enjoyed our trip immensely. We're amazed about Turkey and we learned more about its history. Turkey is such a beautiful country. The food was great too. What made our trip a great one was because of the tireless effort and fantastic company throughout by Fatma in Ephesus and Pamukale; the perfect trip schedule and itinerary arranged by Ismael and the indefatigable help by Zeki in Cappadocia. Indeed our trip was memorable.

One of the best tours we joined! If you have questions email or WhatsApp them you’ll get your reply in a flash! I wonder if they still sleep? All the tour escorts and drivers are kind and courteous! The hotels we stayed in are all clean, and in the Center of all the tourists must see. We fell in love with Istanbul, it’s people, the sights especially the Hotair Balloon ride in Cappadocia and the Food!!!!! Istanbul is a haven for sweet lovers like me, Baklavas, Turkish Delights, and my favourite chicken breast dessert! This tour gave us a lot of free time to explore and we had a chance to try all their yummy foods! I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to recommend them. If anybody wants to visit Turkey and unsure of logistics, what places to go, where to stay - I cannot recommend them anybody else but Ismail and his Iglesias Tours. As somebody who has traveled a bit in European countries, as well as to Turkey before, I generally arrange my itinerary entirely myself and avoid tours etc. But traveling with Ismail was an exceptional experience which has made me wonder if I always made the right choice. For 12 days of my tour, he organsied a customised trip including all that I asked for him and more - and in fact on the first day he was the one who took me around on tour himself and showed the majesty of Ephesus. What I particularly loved during this entire tour was who always attentive and available he was, always ready to take care of your needs and queries, but also the locations he chose, the hotels he gave on this tour, every single one of them were literally at the best possible location that one could ask for. I must thank Ismail, and congratulate him for providing such a wonderful experience to a very, very happy customer from Pakistan who has already shared his contact to others back home, who are interested in traveling to Turkey.

My very first out of the country trip and definitely never regretted that I chose Turkey, beautiful country,people and wonderful destinations especially in Pamukale and in Hammam which I really enjoyed the best turkish bath. Our 8 days 7 night turkey itinerary was arranged by IGLESIAS TOUR TURKEY (also known as BEST TURKEY TOUR). This was our first time to Turkey and thought it would be great to plan our trip with tour agency. We checked many reviews and ready many good reviews about Iglesias tour. See below for the tripadvisor link for their reviews. It was surely a great choice. The owner Ismail answered all my questions and concerned. Our main communication was email but I heard if you text or call him via WhatsApp then he would respond more quickly and work like zombie lol. In any cases, Iglesias tour first provides a sample itinerary, and then you can discuss with Ismail to tailor with your need (i.e. extra stay, optional activity, airport drop-off beyond the duration of the tour, etc). Then he will provide final itinerary with the daily schedule including flight details and accommodations. You can contact them directly and pay via secure link or also contact them and pay them via 3rd party site like TripAdvisor or tourradar.com. Also, Iglesias tour is based in Kusadasi so if you plan to visit there, he and his wife (Fatiema) will most likely be your tour guide for Ephesus or Pamukkale tour. They are great tour guides and I certainly learn more about Turkey. Our main highlight was to visit Cappadocia and ride the hot air balloon, and it surely didn’t disappoint us. During the daily tours, we were picked up by a van with other travelers. This was a great opportunity to meet other people and share our travel experiences. You might have same itinerary with others for a day or 2 or more. The hotels in Istanbul, Kusadasi and Cappadocia are all very close to the city center, so after the daily tour (normally ends before 5pm) we could spend our own time in the town to explore for ourselves. In summary, thanks Iglesias tour so we could have a great &fun time and worry free in Turkey!

Incredible Turkey! The trip was well arranged, well-coordinated, Guides with immense knowledge, hassle-free! In tour radar, we contacted Iglesias Tour(bestturkeytour.com) for our trip to Turkey. From the beginning, it was easy to communicate (they are very quick in replying as well as support via WhatsApp), easy to amend trip, and the tour was well-tuned. The airport pick up and drop off was very easy, the guides at Ephesus, Pammukale, Cappadocia, and Istanbul were great. One must visit all these places along with hot air balloon in Cappadocia. We had different groups in different places made us meet many new people all over the world. Since the group is always small (6 to 8) it was easy to communicate with the guide as well as grasp information from him. They have selected excellent Lunch places which made us try Turkish cuisine in different places. The Turkmen carpets in Ephesus, Pammukale stones, and the pottery making experience were great. They used Mercedes Benz vans for transport which made our trip very comfortable. The hotel's selection was exceptional. The interiors of Celal sultan hotel @ Istanbul, the mesmerizing Osmanbay cave hotels @ Cappadocia, the fantastic view from Ilayda hotel @ Kusadasi made our journey more unforgettable. I asked many questions before my trip, but every time Ismail gave me quick responses. So you can travel without any worries:) Fatma, our tour guide in Ephesus and Pamukkale, is very knowledgeable, so you can learn not only for those cities, but also whole Turkish culture and history.

Our experiences are beyond expectation. Everything was perfect. From airport pick up, the guy was on time and drove us in this cool Ford. And then, the tour was splendid. We had lunch in the local village with the best food possible, sightseeing, but we think the best part of the tour is Fatima. Our tour guide was SO nice. Did the 8 day tour in June 2019; and in short everything worked perfectly & effortlessly like clockwork thanks to Ismail who organised the tour as per our (2 of us) specific requirements in Istanbul, Ephesus, Pamukkale & Cappadocia. I was able to communicate with Ismail any time over WhatsApp, Telephone & by email and he always was courteous, supportive, enthusiastic, accurate and efficient. Several local flight bookings, Airport pickups/drop offs and International Airport pickup/drop off were perfect, on time without any delays to worry about. Local tours were well coordinated, on time and with 8 to 12 pax in AC high top vans with careful drivers. Except for Cappadocia North local Guide (not very informative) all the rest were good. I need to specifically mention Fathima who guided us at Ephesus in a most caring, concerned, jovial & a methodical way and was a walking/talking encyclopedia of historical facts, local & country data, mythical/interesting stories and useful info for tourists. This was an incredible tour! Everything ran so smoothly all the transfers were seamless and the accommodation was amazing. We went to Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukale. On each day we had awesome guides that shared not just the historical facts but great anecdotes about each place and we also got to see a great mix of Turkish culture. The inclusion of pottery, jewels and local goods as well as the authentic Turkish lunches was a once in a lifetime experience. Also if you go to Ephesus ask for Fatima she was by far one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had!!

A wonderful trip, and Ismail did a great job with organizing the domestic flights and hotel accommodations. Did the Pammukale day tour with Fatima and the Ephesus tour with Ismail, and they both have vast knowledge about the history of the place. They even answered my questions about other regions of Turkey. Ismail answered my call late at night when I needed help and arranged things for me. I would high definitely recommend to others.

We had Fatima and Ahmet for our guide,we have been on tours before but nothing awesome like that. This is one of the best tours I have ever been on. I am not a fan of big group tours so this was perfect. Small groups, meeting new people everyday, with plenty of free time. Right from our airport pick up to the hotels, to the tour guides, it was really well organised. I was in touch with Ismail Kuscu, who ensured everything was well organised. He ensured I could contact him at any time if i had any issues. Fatma Kuscu, our tour guide for Ephesus was the best. She is such a lively person with a lot of knowledge. She ws wit us for 2 days and it was a pleasure. My entire family adored her for her lively cheerful nature and hr ability to keep us engaged. I booked a 8 days tour package with Ismail and Fatimah and was well taken cared off. A peace of mind for having arrangement made with them. Note that communication were prompt even during the time of the Ramandan holidays. The hotels are all in fabulous locations in Istanbul, Kudasasi and Cappadoci. Lunch provided in the kudasasi portion were all in local resturant and Fatimah took time to explain each dishes.

We found Ismail ( Iglesias Tour Turkey) while searching on Tripadvisor along with a bunch of other tour operators who were highly rated on this site. Ismail was always compatible and professional with all our requests and responding so quick throughout the whole process. This was easily the best organized tour we've done in an entirely foreign country. We decided to book our tour for 8 days that covers Istanbul city tour, Ephesus/ Kusadasi, Pamukkale, Antalya and Cappadocia. Transfers & Flights from each destinations to the following cities were done without any problems. All the hotels which they choose for us was central located and was heart of the city. The best part of the our tours was having local guides & local lunches. We are truly satisfied and highly recommended this company to everyone who want to book small group tours!

This 8 day tour was really good & it meant I had everything, including transfers all sorted & I just had to be ready for pick ups (although they were always 10 to 20 mins earlier than arranged). Each part of the tour was a matter of joining in with whatever group were doing tours that day, so it was not with the same group of people with the same guide throughout the entire 8 days, so I got to meet lots of people. I was lucky to have Fatima for the first part of the tour of Ephesus & Pamukkale. She is very warm, friendly & accommodating. However, after moving onto Cappadocia & being booked with another tour company, the level of passion, warmth & organisation did not even compare to Ephesus & Pamukkale, but nothing could dull my spirit in Cappadocia, not even my balloon cancellation due to bad weather, because this place is out of this world. One thing though is that I'm not sure where the logic came from to put a solo traveller into a romantic sleepy village hotel. Goreme would have been way more suitable, practical & enjoyable for me & it meant I ended up staying in Goreme after the tours & getting a taxi back to the hotel at night time.
