My very energetic and lovely leader, liayda, made this trip great and unique for us
This is a one way pickup to the boat.We thought it was round trip and ended up having to get a cab to get back. Not what we expected, but I believe it was clear on the tour. The tour itself is about two hours. It goes up the european side and down the asian side. They offer free coffee and tea and they offer snacks and other drinks for a fee. We were picked up right on time at our hotel and we thought the tour was outstanding for the money.
The hotel pick up was well communicated and prompt, no issues. The Bosphorus cruise itself was mediocre, but I guess you get what you have paid for. It was a cheap tour, so no regrets. It was a large group on the boat, and the audio guide just meant short loudspeaker announcements in several languages. Usually by the time they got to the English announcement we have already passes the landmark. I guess if you don’t need the convenience of getting picked up from the hotel, you are better off just hopping on a ferry.
Cruise covers the Europe and Asia sides of Turkey. Boat gets crowded but there was enough seating. Great to get pickup at hotel and would suggest agency adding return to hotel.
The Bosporous cruise was lovely. When I asked Viator to pick us up at our hotel, I assumed it meant that you would ALSO return us back to the hotel - which you did not. It was a surprise!!!
Excellent trip, very friendly staff, great audio tour
Wonderful experience on this trip with my friends we had photographed at the boat it was nice to see Bosporus we had great time
I like it because it has great view and I like drinking turkish tea. And you can also dress up and make fotos it was very fun.
Overall, this tour exceeded all my expectations. If you want to truly understand the beauty, complexity, and magic of Istanbul, this is the tour to choose—and if, you’re guaranteed an amazong day. Highly recommended!
The trip is nice we enjoyed everything the staff was good the ship is nice the weather is good ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent services and trip was amazing..informations about the place was clear and provide in many languages..love to visiting again🩷
The experience was nice and affordable. I went with my mother and grandmother, we saw amazing sites and we got our photos taken by a photographer. We will remember this trip forever!
We had a wonderful experience on our Bosphorus tour with SeaLand Trips! The entire tour was relaxing and beautifully paced. They picked us up right from our Airbnb and brought us directly to the boat, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The guided narration was easy to follow and full of interesting facts, making it a great way to learn more about Istanbul while taking in the views. We loved being out on the water—it gave us a whole new perspective of the city. Drinks and snacks were provided, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was the perfect way to unwind and soak up the sights. Highly recommend!
The tour started badly with pick up so early that we had to wait for nearly an hour at the office. The boat was horribly overcrowded and uncomfortable...and we could hardly see a thing. We counted the minutes until it was over.
Good trip :) On time, calm and amusing. The tour takes 3h and show both rivers (European and Asian) of Istanbul. Enjoyable!
Very nice very good lovely trip I encouraged everyone to do it thank you to staff nice free coffee and tea and chai and good music.
Nice time on the boat with lots of free tea! There isn’t much of a tour but a nice evening 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍♾♾👍👍👍♾
They ask you to write a review. It was nice, a very big boat for a small amount of people. The staff were nice. Great budget experience!
I booked the tour through Booking, come. It was a nice tour going north first on the Bosphorus. The free coffee was appreciated, but the wifi required assistance to connect rather than the signage on the wall
The boat stopped in the middle of the sea due to an issue. Then we had to go back to the pick up location to go with the next group which was very crowded compared with ours. They didn’t apologize or nothing to show some customer service satisfaction.
careful on where you book this tour. Some agent will over charge you. I paid $210 for the new year’s eve celebration. My seat mate said she paid $300.
The views were great. We were also satisfied with the management. Clean restroom. They also provided some snacks. However, the live tour guide could have been improved.
it was a good experience to travel aroumd Istanbul via a crusie boat. the service is good. i really enjoy it............
Good experience to view the Golden Horn, Bosphorus (Europe and Asia) side and the Maiden Tower. Highly recommended!!!
I don't like writing bad reviews and saying something is a scam, but here we go: 1) SCAM REVIEWS? - The reviews are probably good because they have a sign 'give us a 5 STAR review for free Turkish coffee and cookies' 2) NOT A TOUR. - On a 3 hour boat ride, they had 15 minutes talking / tour material in 4 languages. It was pre-recorded, there was 1 big speaker per floor (so sound quality depended on where u were sitting), and the English tour guide doesn't have perfect English pronounciation (wouldnt be a problem with good speaker) we DIDNT HEAR HALF OF THE TOUR. 3) NO HEATING IN JANUARY - It wasn't too cold, but we were in a closed space for 3 hours with jackets on. If you want a BOAT RIDE with unlimited Nesqafe and tea, this is perfect. But nothing more. Also the boat ride is kind of boring with no guide, a few landmarks at the beginning of European side, later not much. You can see all this on the public ferry as well.
Crew are so nice, comfortable cabin, and free flowing hot tea or coffee during cold weather. Guide explained in few languanges. Although the weather was not ideal during out visit, the crew still put maximum effort to ensure we got good experience.
Booked It online, almost It missed it...wonderful Sunny day, took the 3 hours Cruise, so the sum of the First hour on the Golden Horn, and the other 2 hours on the Bosphorus.
It was an awesome cruise we could reach to all attractions. The audio could have been better to understand. Tea and coffee served free which was a refreshing experience while taking cruise. Had parking also available
Sealand Touring Company provided an outstanding travel experience! From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly organized. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing me to explore all the key attractions while still enjoying some flexibility. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to make the trip enjoyable and informative. Transportation was comfortable and always on time, and the accommodations exceeded my expectations. The customer service team was responsive and helpful with any inquiries. Overall, I highly recommend Sealand Touring Company for anyone seeking a seamless and memorable travel adventure. I’m truly impressed!
Late pickup. Not very entertaining. Not necessary to enjoy your trip. Alright to pass time. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Great cruise for families. Picked us up from our hotel (late) but made it to the boat on time. Included transfers to and from hotel.
Everesing was vero good and nice. I recommended for for eversione. Free tea a d coffe. Good servis and thank you scalando
Overcrowded and not very comfortable boat. The actual length of the tour is around 2 hours and 30 minutes because, after completing the Golden Horn route, the boat returns to the port to pick up passengers from a shorter trip. However, it doesn’t seem significantly different from options offered by other companies at similar prices, so it’s acceptable.
Bosphore tour vert fois trip Thank you seland travel agence N’est trop N’est campant Istanbul is wonderfull city Thanks
Very nice and friendly staff. Good tea and coffee. Everything is very good. Thank you sea land travel agency Best trip……
It was a great experience. The bosphorus tour was enjoyable 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Good! Friendly and gracious! The uncle at the dock was helpful and friendly. I had a great time. I recommend you come early and don’t be surprised if time goes over. Go with the flow.
The variety of structures on show and the narration makes it interesting and quite relaxing. The weather is a bit cold this time of year, I spent the first half an hour on the top deck until I discovered the incredibly warm downstairs area where there are reasonably priced coffee and snacks. The guys who meet you at the tour shop are friendly and engaging too. One star lost because I couldn't quite understand the narration when we were sat downstairs, but other than that, great tour, definitely worth it
Very bad! They promise to see the sunset on the water, but that is not true. We left at 5 p.m. and they didn't leave until 6:30 p.m., the sun had long set. Being forced to enjoy a good review and the "free" drinks and snacks were of no use, tea in a paper cup and very salty and dry cakes. Not worth it at all for €30.
A pleasant experience for 15€ per person. The seating area was comfortable and the staff friendly. I would definitely recommend it for people visiting the city.
The boat trip was fine but we had no idea what we were seeing. When they did give information about the sights it was unintelligible. The accent was too strong and the sound system was terrible. Without a good tour guide I would not do it again
The tour is relatively cheap and tours both golden horns and bosphorpous. If that’s what you prefer, it’s a reasonable option. The English narrative guide is difficult to understand and the toilet was dirt and poorly maintained. They openly ask 5 star reviews in lieu of a free Turkish coffee and cookies.
DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. In the boat's cafeteria, they shamelessly advertise that if you give them a 5 star review online, you can get free cookies and coffee. WE WERE SCAMMED ONBOARD when purchasing some small bags. The people at the desk told us the bags were 5 EUR but the bank statements for both, my friend and I, showed that we were charged over 10 EUR. Regarding the tour itself, it became extremely long, especially since we did this in the evening. The tour indications were hard to follow and barely audible depending on where you were sitting, and it was in no way an enjoyable of insightful experience other than a few nice pictures.
Nice day on the Bosphourous. But the boat was very old & the bathroom was horrible with water on the floor, no toilet paper, & no paper towels. We went out for an hour then stopped to pickup more people then to another side side to pickup more people. Thank goodness it wasn't crowded. The tea was nice.
There are no explanations of the places or monuments. They show both the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus. Free tea, but THEY OBLIGE you to put a 5-star rating here (you have to do it there and show it) to receive some cookies and coffee, so don't trust all the ratings shown here.
It was fine for a 3 hour cruise. However the seating was all hard chairs. The English commentary was totally muffled so I couldnt hear any of it, so I might as well have gone on a ferry trip. There were long gaps without commentary. Also as a previous reviewer noted, there is a sign saying they will give you free coffee and cookies if you write them a 5 star review (not the other way round). However we were not asked to do this, and there was free tea onboard. They needed to be paid in cash for the trip.
The cruise itself was really interesting and worth to recommend. But the way company wants to earn the stars is disguisting. Shame on them.
Efficiently organised trip but we found very little of interest to see. Limited commentary in a few languages. Free tea and coffee was available.
Great views though seats in the middle sometimes fight to see past those on the edge. If you go for your free tea or coffee you will likely lose your seat!
