We had a great transfer with in a Mercedes Vito with a polite and careful driver. The pick up was amazing with help at every step, we got a video to show how to get to the pick up point and sent a selfie to the driver so he could see we were in the right place and give us a little wave as he arrived!
Easy Airport drop off. Lot of traffic to airport, but we reached on time. Hassle free. Safe driving.
Very good spaciaus vechicle on time loved the journey and whole experience didn’t really understand driver but he tried his best to explain to us language difference
Excellent communication via email and text message with mini video to help with where to go for the meet up points. Always happy to answer questions. Gave help with costs for different exchange currencies etc. driver was on time for pick up from and drop off to the airport at sabiha gokcan. Would highly recommend them again. Organiser also confirmed the pick up and drop off with appointment time.
Waited for 20mins in a heat waiting bay. Admin was not really responsive but still made the effort to explain thing.
This service was perfect from beginning to end. After I booked, the operator contacted me to confirm details of my trip, provided a walk through video of how to find the meeting point, and really could not have made it easier. The ride was as described and service was exceptional.
So Deniz had provided a video of where and how to find the driver. Our experience differed a bit. When we arrived at the designated, a traffic coordinator contacted the driver. We waited a bit and when the driver arrived, got packed up quickly and then were on our way to the hotel. We landed at SAW but were staying in Gayrepette on the European side - an hour and a half trip in traffic on a Saturday afternoon. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and we arrived safely. If you are planning to use a car service on any trip, I suggest checking with the transportation company first for airport recommendations. That way, if you have an easier option, you can book your ticket without making changes later.
Our driver arrived on time, packed us up and got us to the airport in great time. It was very convenient and worth the cost! Thanks!!
Excellent and prompt service with a smile! Pre communication to confirm all details allowed for perfect service. Clean vehicle, water aboard, plenty of room for luggage.
It is a very pleasant airport and tourist friendly, you can easily reach the different areas of Istanbul by Havabus which is right out side the airport near Semit Saraye
Drivers were on time and the ride from the. airport to the hotel and vice versa were smooth. It was easy as well to communicate with the company, they respond quickly. Excellent service .
I was told that driver meets with a sign. Then I didn't see anyone at exit. Then I was told to go to a certain spot outside the building after I wrote an email to ask. I still couldn't find anyone with a sign after I walked to the spot. Finally, someone approached and called my name after I wondered in the area for 30 minutes. I asked a few times how to meet a driver before my trip. I didn't receive a accurate instruction. It was a bad experience. However, the driver eventually drove my family to destination.
Brilliant service as usual. Returning customer. From the moment you book, you get great customer service and support all the way. Car was a great size and driver was fab. Definitely will book again.
Really reliable guys! They were waiting for me on arrival and had me on WhatsApp to explain exactly where to go. Good driver in the chaos of Istanbul traffic - straight to my hotel door! So good I booked my return with them via WhatsApp!
I recommend this company 100%. They picked me up on time even though my flight was 4 hours late and dropped me off in front of my flat. The cars are high quality. I also booked a return trip to the airport. The driver was 15 minutes early (which I appreciated very much) and was very friendly. He had a translation app so he could tell me things about the area in English. I will use this company in my next trip to Istanbul.
goos value - airport was very busy but found teh reps and they got me into the taxi quickly - all paid upfront online and good price would use again
We used the SAW travel service the times while in Istanbul. All issues were immediately addressed. They had cold water for us in the vehicle and got us to our desired location. They didn't speak the best English but really tried. I would recommend this service to our friends and family.
I can advise everyone. Taking into account the delay of the plane, they waited for me, took me comfortably to the hotel and then back to the airport punctually and not expensively and reliably.
Simply great, in addition to being punctual and friendly, the driver was attentive to us throughout the journey, taking care of various details and making the trip very fun. A phenomenon.
All very straightforward - our driver was waiting at the meeting point by the airport exit, the car was very spacious and comfortable.
Correct service and great responsiveness. Highly recommend. Nice minivan, good driver, good communication and on time.
Good service and communication via whatsapp by the manager Deniz. Constantly reminding and make sure the arrangement and pick up goes smoothly. The driver also called few hours before my arrival but i unable to pickup due to I'm in the flight. I managed to called him back when i reach Sabiha airport. Highly recommended.
Great transport. Always on time. Great and spacious car. Always reachable. I am very happy. Thank you!
Very good service ! Just on time ! And waited for us for long to get out of the airport bcz it was crowded… upon going back to the airport when we’re leaving, also i contact him, and asked for bigger car for baggage… all was great !!!! I totally recommend him for transfer !
Super easy to book and find st the airport! Our driver was friendly and great! He negotiated the traffic well and had great patience!
Having read prior reviews, I booked this company when we needed a transfer to and from SAW airport in August. The vehicle was very clean, the driver was safe and turned up at the requested time. Easy to pre-book with upfront payment and good communication via WhatsApp. Recommend this company for anyone needing a transfer in Istanbul!
Quick response and perfect communication. Booking for our Son and few days later for ourselves👍😊 through whatsapp within a couple off minutes a call with deniz really nice person. Thanks so much for your time and recommend everyone to chose Saw travel for AirPort transfer 👌😊
Very professional. On time and available at any time. The vehicles are comfortable and air-conditioned. I recommend without hesitation.
It is brilliant services. Our flight was late more than one hour, the driver is waiting for us all the time. And help booked Cappadoica transfer as well, it was as great as the Istanbul. They are always reply my massages very quickly.
Very good experience, pick up on-time with no delay, celan car, good price, professional driver with good attitude
After a long ride, I would like to thank to this private transfer. I will suggest all my friends and relatives.
We booked transfer online and got contact through Whatssapp right away with detailed instructions after arrival. It was all explained into details and we had no problem to meet our driver. The driver was very friendly and transfer went well. We even booked return transfer with the same company. All in all, reliable transfer service.
Easy as one, two and three ! Book, pay online and ride. Efficient vlean service with good drivers and no surprise charges. Just what I want after fly.
Driver was on time and car was comfy and spacious. Amazing service and such friendly and helpful drivers. Definitely glad to have booked with them. Also the coordinator named Deniz is super helpful and available on WhatsApp for any queries
It was a great experience. The car and service where perfect. I would highly recommend this if you are coming to Istanbul
Excellent communication. We were significantly delayed at customs, the drivier communicated well with us so we didn't worry he would leave. It was easy to spot him and the car was appropriately sized for our needs as a large family.
Very pleased overall, fairly priced and great communication with Deniz. We asked for a baby seat which was included FOC. The van was also very large, we were pleasantly surprised as at first we thought we would have to share with other passengers! We were able to fit 4 pieces of luggage and a baby pram in no problem. The driver was very kind and gave our baby a chocolate bar. On our return the driver took us via the car ferry at no extra cost due to congestion on the roads. Highly recommended.
I was so pleased with the service provided! Excellent communication via whatsapp with Deniz, no issues changing one of the transfer times the day before and lots of info sent in advance on how to find the driver. It was easy to find the SAW yellow sign at the airport and we were then taken to the driver who drove us to our hotel. The vehicle was spacious and comfy and the driver was friendly and professional. I'd definitely use this service again!
Everything was good, the transfer, driver and the car was good, we were satisfied with everything. I hope to see you again in the future, when we will go to Istanbul.
I am using the company for the second time. I think it has been 2 years. Everything was better. Professional service. Both airport reception, driver and new cars. There are various car services. It is suitable for every budget. It is very nice to receive this service 24 hours a day, according to your money and needs. Thank you.
"excellent service, very accurate driver, fast communication, highly recommended. everything went well and the driver was kind. Thank you very much
Best service in the whole life experience! It’s already second time we use this service. Car is very good. The driver is super! The main manager is the best!!! Very polite. We were taking a trip from Airport and forgot our bag in the car. The driver politely brought next morning. Have u ever seen anything like this?? Totally recommend🖤🖤🖤
I can warmly recommend this agency because the booking is very easy and uncomplicated and absolutely reliable. Our driver was very friendly, gave us useful tips on the ferry and brought us safely and fast to the airport. Everything was brilliant.
I really recommend this company, they where on time and they went very helpful with us. I made 3 trips with them.
They arranged a taxi to meet me at 2:30am, I was at the airport in 30 minutes. Plenty of time to make my flight. Had an entire large van to myself, and the price was prearranged and reasonable. They fetched me from the narrow one-way street outside my house, top service. The only company out of 5 that bothered to get back to me after hours and make sure I was served. The other 5 were asked to arrange a trip around 2pm, but didn't answer the phone or call back. These guys called back, and made my trip happen. I highly recommend their service.
So easy services.Price good.New am comfortable car.Driver perfect. He is so much help me.Thankyou so much.
Excellent service, the driver arrived on time and was very polite! The van was big and clean. Thank you very much.
I use second time this company.I want to say just perfect thankyou for services.New and clear car.Perfect driver. And good price.
Thankyou so much this company so good and cheap.Much better then taxi. All times my choise saw travel.
The transfer was perfect, our driver was very nice, told us a lot of interesting things about modern Turkey, its mentality, traditions and rules. During this trip I really appreciated drivers` driving skills in a narrow up-and-down streets of Istanbul! And what we liked the most is that he used car - ferry to avoid terrible traffic. Would definitely use this transfer one more time and reccomend to my friends!
