I thought I would get a nice vehicle like the pictures but that was not the case. And we had to wait for a while. Everyone’s vehicles in our groups arrived way before ours.

Great experience. We booked them for airport transfer from Istanbul airport to our hotel and the return trip. Pickup instructions and timing sent the day prior via WhatsApp. For airport pickup there was clear instructions including photos and videos. For hotel pickup the driver showed up right on time, and the transfer was practically private with only the two of us. Transport had water and snacks. Cannot ask for more. Reasonably priced, reliable and efficient service.

The problem was that there was only 1 person that we met outside to point us to our driver…He was doing it for multiple drivers so we had to sit and wait for like 40 minutes for every other customer/passenger to arrive

Very communicative with details of the airport transfer, including step by step instructions with pictures and videos on how to meet at Istanbul airport. We booked shared transport which turned out to be private because there was just two of us.

Smooth operation and eveeything went as planned.

Wanted a private service to take us to our Hotel. The vehicle was interesting, flashing starlike lights across the ceiling. White leather seats. Had minimal to no contact with the driver as there was a TV set mounted behind the driver and could not see the front. The pick up system is a bit weird, Had to go out side of the arrivals gate and look for a yellow sign "Guide 01" The pick up area was crowded and so many workers and pick up groups. Tell the worker you name and he will verify that you have a ride booked. Once the verification is complete , we had to wait 20 minutes and the worker ultimately walked us to our ride an a different level of the airport. Made no sense. I paid in advance, I expected not to wait and get right into the ride. Otherwise, the ride was nice.

The company notified me pick up time the day before. The driver arrived early and we arrived the airport safely and efficiently. Car was clean and spacious and they had no issues with us traveling with our dog.

They were not at the meeting place when we got there and they did not answer their phone. We had to end up taking a taxi cab. The guy called me like an hour and a half later and asked if I was ready to be picked up. I would not recommend this.

Waited about 20 mins on arrival at airport, which is to be expected. But there was no water available and the interior of the car needs refurbished. My review is mainly about the return journey. Booked a return to the airport at a specific time to allow time for travel to airport and to get through bag drop and security with enough time. My driver details were shared and I was asked to call the driver 5-10 mins before pick up. On doing so, the driver was not aware of my pick up and was on another job. Which meant contacting the provider to arrange an alternative driver. While I did get another driver, pick up was 25 minutes later than I booked for which is not professional or ideal when you are working on a schedule to make a flight on time. If anything, I would have expected the driver to arrive 5 minutes earlier to my pick up time arranged.

I requested an English speaking driver. He did not speak English at all. if this was not an option, then the Vehicle Travel agency that Viator hired should have said so. I paid double to be picked up by a Mercedes Benz, but I got a dirty and old one. The taxis that I have been using are much cleaner and newer. I again complained about the van and I have not gotten a response. This agency have poor communication skills

Driver was on time (actually, 15 min early) and got us to the airport smoothly. Our pickup was at 3 am and we really appreciated his help.

The driver was excellent. What was not great was the car was not waiting for us as expected. We went to the specific area as expected and had to wait for at least 45 minutes to an hour before we were picked up. After a long 2 days of traveling, sitting and having to wait for a vehicle was not what I was expecting to have to do. Again, the driver and his services were 5 stars. He was kind, helpful and got us to the hotel in a quick and safe manner. I would use the service again. I will just have different expectations going forward.

Vehicle looked nothing like the advertised photos. The driver told me to wait without any updates so I had to ask him after 20 minutes just to find out we could leave. If I hadn’t asked, he would have kept waiting indefinitely. Basic airport transfer service expectations completely unmet.

I forgot my glasses inside the car when I was being driven from the airport to the hotel, and I sent a message to the company to inform them of this. I then stayed for 8 days in the same hotel, without any response or reaction from the company.
