The booking process was smooth, and communication with the English-speaking representative was professional. Unfortunately, the service delivered fell significantly short of what was promised. Our hotel pickup was 45 minutes late, forcing changes to our plans. Both the departure port and the yacht were changed, and the trip started 40 minutes late. The crew was unaware of our pre-ordered drinks and snacks and could not communicate in English, leaving me to coordinate arrangements by phone instead of enjoying what was meant to be a special occasion for our wedding celebration. The change of departure port also affected the sea conditions and views, which were an important part of our plans. The photography service was equally disappointing, with poorly lit and framed photos and a video clip that spent around 20 seconds showing only the sea rather than us. To make matters worse, the drop-off arrangements changed, and we had to leave the yacht 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, despite paying for the service by the hour. These were not minor inconveniences but a series of organizational failures that significantly affected the entire experience. What should have been a memorable celebration became a stressful and disappointing day. I strongly encourage the company to improve its coordination, communication with customers and crew, and quality control. I would advise future customers, particularly international visitors who do not speak Turkish, to confirm all arrangements in writing and ensure that the promised services can actually be delivered. A special occasion deserves reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Lotus Yachts made our wedding anniversary truly unforgettable. The yacht was beautiful, the dinner was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a special night with my wife. The photographer and violinist were amazing and added a really romantic touch throughout the evening. The laser message on the bridge with our names was the highlight of the night and made the whole experience feel unique and personal. Everything was well-organized from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend them for any special occasions.

I went to a surprise birthday party for my niece’s husband. Amazing!.Between my niece and the staff it was so well organised. All the staff were so helpful especially Jean who served food and helped at tables.

We had a fantastic time on the yacht. Basak and his team made sure of it. As I booked it for a proposal it was important that everything goes as planned, communication was easy and they ensured that it is a memorable one.

Impeccable in every way. The cake I ordered was exceptional. The service was very nice and they even for a price moved the meeting point to Galataport to keep us from having to get a long ride. This is first class all the way.

We have a laser greetings that surprise everyone but disappointed with the service . The host welcome us very well into the boat but didn't offer any drinks of water,cola but offered the wine which we pay it extra. We pay extra for the table to look nice if we nibble something as it says on the booking snacks , cakes , drinks included but never served As the tour nearly finish and we are thirsty we asked for water and cola to the waiter but didn't served. As we about to leave the boat I told the host about the inclusions we expect and seems or pretend that he is not aware, he checked his phone and offered if we want it, how could we have it if we are leaving already, as a host they should know this already . Thinking about it, kt was funny to have a table set and not been used and mind you we pay for it. Booking this tour be aware of weather conditions - it was raining and windy so the boat was covered and you can not enjoyed the view fully. The pick up point is too far from the center. It took us over an hour in a taxi from Sultanahmet and cost 1,200 Turkish lira

Excellent tour of the Bosphorus with great tour guides and lots of information about the history and architecture. Friendly and nothing was too much trouble!

Bebek itself is a beautiful place to visit and the private yacht tour was the highlight of the day. The experience is so great, the sea, privacy, beautfiul sunset and the birthday party was just awesome. Absolutely recommended, a great experience in your life.

What an amazing experience! Basak and her crew were honestly 10/10, while being the most reasonably priced they also offered the best experience with constant updates, customisable experience and a friendly attitude. If you’re looking around to book a private yacht in Istanbul honestly go straight for this one, you wont be disappointed.

Our evening on this boat was so amazing!! My fiancé (boyfriend at the time) booked this 2 months in advance to propose. It was the most amazing night. The crew were so nice and Basak was beyond helpful coordinating everything for our proposal! It was the most beautiful evening!!

Fantastic service. Wonderful communication. Highly recommended. We were a large group of 50 and they really made sure that we were taken care of. We had a fantastic time with them.

We were completely satisfied. Very nicely maintained and prepared boat. Dear Basak has always told something about the surroundings and the buildings on display at just the right time. On the other hand, you were very private and could fully enjoy the time. We definitely recommend it to others.
