Private Turkish Bath Tradition, Massages, Swimming Pool & Sauna

While not a completely traditional hamam experience according to my tour guide, I still found this hotel hamam/spa really relaxing. The Turkish bath part was a unique experience and my skin was so smooth and exfoliated after. The sauna was comfortable and I didn’t go in the pool but it looked clean and refreshing.

It was so relaxing, great experience. They were so flexible about timing. They let me visit the next day after I couldn't make my appointment and they let me stay as long as I liked.

Everything was wonderful. Clean and inviting facility. I especially enjoyed the massage. All staffs was very nice and welcoming.

Felicity Spa was amazing! They were very accommodating to us even though we were over an hour late! They adjusted our time to we could enjoy this awesome experience! Everything from the Turkish bath to massage to facial was amazing! We would definitely do this again!

To experience a cultural tradition, this is a must. The scrub is vigorous, in a good way, the bubbles are amazing.

This Hamman traditional Turkish bath was an amazing experience. Not something to be passed up! You start off the spa visit sitting in a sauna followed by being led to the Turkish bath and scrub experience where they suds you up then scrub you down from top to bottom including washing your hair. Then you're brought to a massage area where the staff perform magic with their massage technique and lastly they put on a facial mask. You finish up your visit being offered tea, soda, coffee or water. They gave me all 3! You spend time lounging on comfortable lounge chairs and then proceed to a shower area. You can take a dip in their pool. This was an excellent spa visit leaving you feeling refreshed! The staff are wonderful at this spa.

This was an incredible experience - cannot stress how attentive and excellent the staff were. We booked a couples treatment with Turkish bath and massage - felt it was very well priced as both experiences were long and really relaxing. The environment was quite simple but we were offered water tea coffee etc often and the pool / sauna was also great. If youre considering Turkish bath would highly recommend this location

We booked a turkish bath and massages after three long days of tours. It was the perfect relaxation break that we needed for our first Istanbul trip. All of the staff was very friendly and explained the hammam process very well. We opted for the 30 minute massages as well and the masseuse did a great job hitting all of our pressure points.

I had terrible experience. I paid for the private service close to $200. I did not get service I was promised. As soon as my girlfriend and I get into the sauna, another man entered escorted by a bath employee. My girlfriend was insulted and I was really frustrated. We got dressed right away. The reception stuff advised me that they provide private service morning time only, and I was booked for 4:00pm. I rejected further service, and we left the facility.

The actual hamam and massage were wonderful. The ladies were very good that gave us the massage and Turkish bath to my friend and I. I def will go back. The lady at the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was so lovely and always checked up on us. However, the only thing that unfortunately was negative - were that there were two young (8 -10 year old ) kids in the spa. They were screaming and running around whilst their parents were having their treatments. When the parents came out, I would have expected them to have quietened them down but they didn’t. Firstly children should not be in a spa, it’s not relaxing and we are basically half naked. It was very un relaxing and ruined my experience a little. I did tell the lovely lady and she seemed a little stressed out by it too and she told me she told the parents to tell the kids to be quiet but there are always selfish people and think their kids are precious and they didn’t quiet them down. I do think it’s the responsibility of the spa to not allow children in to a spa. In addition, whilst we were waiting around after the hamam for our massage, with towels wrapped around us and naked underneath..people who came into the spa would sit at tables drinking tea whilst we were trying to relax. I think the set up of it all, is a little strange and not the most relaxing. However the staff and the actual treatments were lovely.

We had pre booked the 2 hour package which included a 50 min massage, face mask, 30min scrubbing and foaming and access to the pool after. The experience was just amazing and would definitely do it again. The feeling of ‘foam’ spreading out over your body is not really explainable. We saved about $15 AUD by booking online through TA. The information provided was 100% accurate. We were treated like royalty from beginning to end. My husband had another sauna at the end while I sat by the pool. I was offered water, tea, coffee while I waited. We got to have the experience together, (not so normal as usually seperate men and women as we later found out) and would highly recommend Felicity Spa & Wellness

What an awesome experience! Beautiful setting, excellent massages and the Turkish Bath was very unexpected. Can’t be modest if you plan on doing this, but well worth the experience. Highly recommend it!

I had an amazing time at the hammam spa. The customer service was exceptional! We were talked through every step, given a free tea and face mask. To top it all off we were allowed to use the pool even though we didn’t pay for it. The actual massage and scrub was amazing, left feeling clean and smooth. Be ware, if you book as a group with friends, they will put you all together and you will see each other partially naked (women). Its best to wear a bikini rather than than a full bathing suit. The sauna was great, facilities were clean and we were given towels, flip flops and moisturiser etc. We went at 8pm and it was not busy at all. Definitely would do again!

Definitely worth going to. These guys go above and beyond. My wife and I went this afternoon and we had a great time. We got this through viator and I guess they had a difficult time getting the information through the online platform but instead of giving us a hard time about it or Making us wait till viator got them the information they were super accommodating and they provided excellent service. I've never been to a hammam before so I have nothing to compare it to but we both had a wonderful time and we were both very relaxed afterwards. I would definitely would reccomend going.

All treatments were exactly as described. Very clean and safe facility. We felt rejuvenated and relaxed after the visit. From the reception desk to the treatment rooms everyone was helpful and friendly. They all spoke very good English which made it very easy.

OMG, best massage and THERAPIST from Nepal named Nima. Cross between my fave of Thai massage and lovely deep tissue and Swedish. I am a masseuse and yoga teacher, I know, after 100’s of massages. Also, the entire experience left me feeling so nurtured and skin and hair so soft. It included a face mask extraordinaire + the ‘hamman’ experience or Turkish bath part was… so delightful including the bubble bath and hair wash. All I can say is OMG !!! Worth twice the price. Oh and when i arrived, after walking miles to get there (I like exercise), I got into the beaut pool and my joints sighed, before massage. After massage you go into sauna with face mask, then all gets the body wash of the century in Turkish bath.

Best part of our trip. Wish we had done it a few times. The bath is so relaxing and refreshing. The bubbles, scrubbing, and massage were incredible. I would recommend doing this as soon as you arrive and again before you leave. It’s a great experience with friendly and professional staff.

Wife and I did the deluxe package. Pool, sauna, massage, foam bath with exfoliating scrub and the face mask. We would skip the pool portion next time but the rest of the experience was five stars. Service staff was very polite, attentive and helpful. Felt like reinvigorated people when we finished. We would visit again if in Istanbul.

recently had a Turkish bath experience at this spa, and it was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were professional and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

My husband and I had a couples hammam and massage which was amazing. Probably the best massage either of us have ever had. Very centrally located and all of the staff were really nice. They're are loads of spas to choose from but so glad we picked this one!

Greta experience. Sauna with water, followed by hamman Followed by Massage and more water And then a massage and face pack Tea and more water. Then swim time in small pool. All very professional and well organised No costumes needed as they provide paper underwear Would go back anytime

I came here with my 9 year old son. I booked the couples sultan package which involved sauna, then full body scrub for around 20 mins inc proper hair wash and condition and then a 50 mins oil massage, followed by a clay mask and soft drink. After this, unlimited sauna and pool time. The pool was warm and not so deep that my son couldn’t be in there alone. From start to finish, it was a lovely experience. It costs me £132 in March 2026 but so worth it as I write this and we’ve been here 3 hours already. There are lots of packages as in my picture. As I was with my son and I am a Muslim, they were really respectful of modesty requirements and covering us both so we were not compromised. The man at reception also gave my son a small wooden comb as a gift and I’m thinking of rebooking in a few days. They provide slippers, gown, towels and disposable underwear. Unless you are swimming you don’t need anything.

I had a traditional Turkish bath experience (a Hammam) and it was truly memorable. The spa is located inside a hotel, so I recommend looking up the hotel name directly for an easy Uber drop-off. Once inside, the experience was excellent and felt very safe and well organized. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, registered, and given a clear orientation of how the spa process works. I was assigned a locker and guided step-by-step through the experience. The Hammam itself was relaxing and authentic, followed by a full-body massage that was both refreshing and rejuvenating. There was also time to relax around the pool area, which added to the overall calm and tranquil atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful cultural experience and a great way to unwind. Highly recommend if you’re looking to enjoy a traditional Turkish spa treatment.

My wife and I had a couples experience at Felicity and it was incredible. On our trip, we tried another her mom which was nowhere near as wonderful as the experience at Felicity. Highly recommended.

Staff were lovely, didn’t catch her name but the lady on front of house duties was amazing. She couldn’t do enough came to check on us a few times to make sure we were comfortable/up to date of when our next treatment was and was always offering to bring us drinks etc. The hammam & massage were great too, didn’t feel rushed at all and both my partner and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Sauna and pool were good too and you’re able to use before your treatments and after for as long as you want to stay for. Really recommend!

This Turkish bath was clean, so luxurious and a real treat! We did this the day we landed from our long international flight and was a fun welcome to Istanbul

I really enjoyed myself! Both the Turkish bath and the massage were terrific. Everyone was super friendly. If I had to be picky I’d say that the place itself could be warmer but you can always hide in the sauna to warm up.

We specifically chose this spa because we wanted a couples experience and my husband didn't want a male therapist (traditional hammams in Turkey are segregated by sex with same-sex therapists). We really enjoyed our experience! We chose to go in the evening after dinner and a long day of touring Istanbul and it was the perfect way to end the day. The spa was not busy at all and we had the pool to ourselves. I prefer a deep massage and found that the therapists have VERY strong hands. Even my muscled husband was surprised at their strength. If you haven't been to a hammam before, be prepared to have every inch of your body scrubbed (they aren't as thorough on men, thankfully!). My husband kept his bathing suit on but they gave me disposable underwear, which seems a little silly given that they just go right under it. Having said that, it's still a very comfortable and professional experience. The facilities are nice, they provide non-alcoholic drinks, and you have time to relax before and after your service. It was a bonus that they were only a 10-min walk from our hotel.

Relaxing atmosphere and really enjoyed the private Turkish bath with traditional massage . We added the body oil massage and it’s really worth it ,the ladies are really professional and carrying . Amazing to have after few days of walking and sightseeing around Istanbul !
