We had formally booked the transfer on the operator's website and even reconfirmed the booking via Whatsapp a few days before arrival. Outbound: 48 EUR. Return: 42 EUR The office and the desk they ask you to check in at upon arrival is not theirs, it's TURSAB's (Association of Turkish travel agencies) overcrowded meeting point, an unfurnished airport-adjacent suite shared with many other transfer operators. A girl at the front desk readdressed us to a guy with no visible identification (no badge). He did find us on his mobile's application, asked us to wait for 15 min. for the driver to arrive and walked away. He showed up again after 30' only to make eye contact with us from a distance and sent us another guy (no ID/badge)... Who claimed our driver had had an accident so our transfer got cancelled... the good news was that he would offer us a transfer to the airport for 75 EUR, return trip excluded. We tried to find the guy who had contacted us in the first place but he had disappeared. We got so suspicious about the situation that we walked away from that place and we took a standard taxi to our hotel, fixed 60 EUR. Next day, via WhatsApp, Rento claimed that the driver accident really happened (?) and that they were no responsible for what the mysterious third guy offered us (?). We replied that we would have expected Rento/Taila Travel to provide us with a solution in real time instead of readdressing us to a random guy who wanted to overcharge us and who knows what else... We got no further replies. Terrible experience. Luckily the rest of our stay in Istanbul was just wonderful.
We used the airport transfers 4 times and all were really comfortable vehicles with punctual, friendly and professional drivers The only negative thing was the pick up when we arrived at SAW airport as we were told our driver had had an accident so we had to wait quite some time for someone else to pick us up and we felt we weren’t kept up to date with what was going on. However, this did not affect our overall experience and I would highly recommend this company for value for money and professional service. Thank you 😊
Had to wait about half an hour for our ride, the greeter was not welcoming or helpful, barely said a word. Driver kept wanting to close the communicating window which I wanted open so as not to get car sick. Then at the end the driver didn't know I had already paid online and wanted to take me to an ATM to get cash until the hotel personnel helped sort it out (since the driver didn't speak English).

Booked our airport transfers with Rento (Taila Travel) for both legs — IST to the hotel and back out to SAW at the end of the trip — and honestly, no complaints at all. The driver was waiting at arrivals when we landed, holding up a sign with a pre-set code instead of our actual name, which I actually appreciated. Small thing, but nice not having your name on display for anyone at the arrivals hall to see. He helped with the bags right away, no standing around trying to find each other. The car was clean and comfortable, which after a long flight matters more than you'd think. Traffic in Istanbul can get messy, but he knew the roads well and got us to the hotel quickly. For the return leg, we actually booked super last minute and still got a better price than every online quote we checked at the time. Wasn't expecting that. The driver showed up right on time to the hotel and checked in about the flight and traffic conditions. There was a tunnel charge on the way that we hadn't planned for, and we didn't have cash on us — he sorted out a card payment for it without making it a whole thing, just handled it and kept driving. We had zero stress about making our flight. Communication throughout was easy — quick replies, clear pickup times, no last-minute surprises. Honestly better value than some of the transfer companies I've used in other cities. Would book with them again without hesitation and recommend Rento to anyone flying into Istanbul.

It was a disappointing experience, first of all the instructions to reach to their office was very clear but after that was the problem. I registered my name with one of their representative at 9:46am and he said to just wait for your car, i waited until 10:37 with no action from their side despite my try’s to ask them “where is my car”, at that time I decided to call the driver my self, and within one to two minutes he was with me. So i lost almost an hour for nothing?????
Highly recommended! Very reasonably priced, picked us up in a 9 seater (only 2 travellers) both ways without any additional charge. Drivers were friendly and gave commentary along the way of locals sights. Only issue we had was the aircon was broken on the first van on our journey to hotel, which made the ride slightly uncomfortable. Would 100% use again!

The correspondence between the driver and myself was pretty good… Any issues or misunderstanding I had was with the way Viator doesn’t make things clear and easy way to communicate. But when I was able to communicate with my driver, the instructions were excellent, and they were very accommodating. All the people involved that I actually interacted with were extremely nice.

I totally recommend Rento. I was with a group of friends in Istanbul for a few days and I can say that I had no emotions with the airport transfers. Very punctual and professional and the prices are very good. I will definitely use them again next time!
The one star is only for the driver, not anything else. The customer support had the worst attitude I have ever experienced from any company. Told them when my plane landed - no answer - told them it was a bit late to let me out of the plane - no answer - told them the drivers phone number was wrong and then the attitude came with: what are you up expecting from us, you don't need the drivers phone number, he's waiting for you outside. My only concern was the driver was to let the driver know I was late. But they gave me the worst attitude I have ever experienced

This was a great company for ordering an airport transfer to our hotel. I used it on my return to the airport as well. The app was easy to use and precise (explaining why certain details were required). The response was always fast and personal, which was VERY reassuring! It explained the price and different ways of paying. It followed up with details of the driver and the car number plate. At the airport the supervisor was very organised and helpful. Instructions said that they will be outside with a sign. I go outside and there are two streets of pick up. After communicating with company and walking back and forth, I finally met up with a female rep with no sign after 45-50 minutes. Then we had to wait for the van. I was not offered water even though it’s on the ad, and the WiFi address did not show up on my phone. It was a smooth ride once we got on the road. I was dropped off a block away because the driver said he could not get any further. I’ve booked private rides before and all drivers stood outside with my name on it.

One of the best communications ever we experienced from the time we got in touch with the providers and they kept in touch throughout promptly and guided us to reach the meeting point and then there after. They also offer inter city transfers and trips which we are further exploring and hope to get similar service.

I booked the taxi(vito van) online,the price was cheaper than others and the driver came on time early morning. I paid cash to the driver at the airport so no prepayment and everything went smoothly. Suggested.

At the beginning, I was a bit worried because once at the meeting point, the chauffeur weren’t there for the pick up ! Had to wait about 15 minutes. Nevertheless, the road was smooth and the driver was nice and chatty. The price was very reasonable. Though, pay attention, why you pay with a credit card, they charge an extra 12%! I do advice the company to inform their customers that are not aware of this policy before hand.
