Private One-way Transfer: Istanbul Airport ↔ City Hotels

The company never picked me up from the airport. They knew they couldn't pick me up because of a driver shortage, but never informed me. Would never recommend.

Recommended. Driver was on time for hotel pick up to the airport. Van was comfortable for 5 passengers and luggage. Driver was friendly. Much better than trying to rely on a taxi.

Well, for starters the company should be at the very least providing me with directions on where to go, what to find the driver , etc., and not the other way around. A good idea would be to perhaps be on-time; definitely should not take more than an hour to depart from the airport. After we went through the customs and passport control we exited the above area expecting The driver to stay there with our names, waiting for us, especially since the flight wasn’t delayed at all. OK, there was nobody waiting for us there. They’ll attempt to give you a lame excuse, saying they’re not allowed to the terminal, which is a complete BS - there were other drivers waiting there for their passengers. Tried to contact the company via Viator/Tripadvisor chat. While waiting for their reply, we took the initiative in our hands, talked to the police at the airport and were told that sometimes drivers wait by the Exit #13. We went there. At the Exit #13 there’s an Armageddon of transporters. I’d say close to 500 competing companies. Good luck trying to find yours! Oh, finally they answered. They answered only after we found their phone number on Viator. But guess what, after we called them they told us that it’s too expensive to talk on the phone and we should call them via What’sUp. What????? Finally they sent us a picture of their company’s logo and told us we should find it on the wall by Exit#13 and that if we stay there a representative of their company will find us. Keep in mind, this was all done when we were desperately looking for them, not well in advance. With the help of another police officer we found a logo of the company and after 5-10 minutes of waiting their rep showed up. He told us to wait as he doesn’t have enough cars, and that he’s going to come to pick us up as soon as the one becomes available. I messaged the company and said that this is completely unacceptable, that we were waiting for a private pick up for well over an hour now. They replied telling me that I should relax and that “it’s normal.” No, it’s not normal!!! We are not “high maintenance” people and will always give someone a slack, but this was an outrage! BTW, if you think you are going to be picked up in a new Mercedes van - you’d be wrong. We were picked up in a 30+ year old van with ripped sits. I recommend going with another company and avoid this one at all costs.

Million stars 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 experience. I've never had such a great experience as I had this time traveling with this company. We faced hurdles after hurdles with our trip. But each time we contacted the boss he helped. He did what no other company would do. Thank you for going out of your way to accommodate us. You provided us with the best. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you for everything. We will always remember this trip for your proficient attitude, kindness and how you made our trip memorable. They are exceptionally excellent.

The communication was great with Omar. He received my messages and told me the times his driver would come to pick me up. Driver came on time. Smooth drive to airport. Fabulous!

The driver didn’t show up at all! We waited for an hour and tried calling and no one answered. When the owner finally answered, he said the driver couldn’t make it. So disappointed cause we planned it and messaged them weeks before.

Terrible experience. Received a call at the airport welcoming me and telling me where to go which was great but when I arrived I waited, and waited, and continue to wait. I kept being told to wait there as someone was coming but they never did. Only after 1 hour and 15 minutes did someone arrive. I was offered a free return trip as compensation but when I tried to organise this the communication stopped and only messaged me again an hour after I was supposed to depart.

No Show! The driver never showed up even though I confirmed via WhatsAPP. We ended up hiring 2 taxis since we were 4 and had several luggages.

Excellent service in nice clean vehicle with water bottles included. Driver was on time. He didn’t talk much because his English was limited. But a very nice guy.

I would give 4 or 5 if I didn't make another reservation from our hotel to the airport. Overall, the first reservation was decent. Our flight delayed for 1. 5 hours, and they came late, but I did understand this. The second reservation however was horrible. Our flight was at 8: 40am, I tried to check our itinerary and everything with the operator the day before, and he told me that the driver would arrive at 6am to pick us up. However, the driver didn't show up. I contacted the operator then via phone call, he refused and texted me back saying that he was trying to contact the driver. After about 20 minutes, nothing happened, I called him and wanted aome updates. And this time, not only refused the phone call but no text back any more. I am really annoyed by this kind of reaction. So, We had to find a Uber taxi to pick us up from the hotel after 35-minute waiting. Fortunately, with the help of the staff at the airport and the taxi driver, We caught up with the flight even though we checked in late for 20 minutes. After landing, I received text from the operator saying that the driver could not find the place, which was really funny and ironic. If the "real" driver could not find the place, how could the driver who pick us up on the first day from the airport and the Uber driver find us in front of our hotel? I even didn't receive an excuse or a Sorry from the operator. Is this a problem causing by me that I lived a hotel which could not be find after three-day living? I am really annoyed by this kind of reply and behavior.

Would have appreciated contact prior to arrival regarding where to meet the driver etc., otherwise no concerns. Polite and got us to our destination at one of the best rates in town.

There was some confusion on how to find the driver at door 13, but after some texts and calls we found the sign and person . We had to wait a few minutes and then we were escorted down a level to the van. The van was so large and nice just for two people. The driver loaded and unloaded our bags and drove safely.

Comfortable perfect clean care. Smoot riding, Driver help with bag fitting and taking out from care. Drop us close to hotel how much it is possible bc hotel street is closed for cars, and explain where we need go. ( It was dark late evening)

Excellent transfer service with professional and courteous drivers! Vehicle was very clean and comfortable, as well! Was met at IST on time, as we landed early and transported to the hotel. On the day of departure, our driver was at the hotel EARLY, which was good because we needed covid tests to travel. Will definitely use again when traveling to Istanbul! Thank you!

I called the TripAdvisor on 3/11 morning (US west coast time) telling them that my flight (Turkish Airlines #TK10) would be delayed 4 hours, that meant the scheduled arrival time at Istanbul airport on 3/12 6:25pm would be delayed to 3/12 10:45pm. The TripAdvisor agent called the driver Ozgur, of Inter Tour Tasimacilic Turixm Tic. A. S. informing them of my new arrival time being 3/12 10:45pm, then the TripAdvisor agent responded me with the message being received by the driver. However, the driver, Ozgur, didn't come to the airport to pick us up at all. We were waiting outside of gate 13 of Istanbul Airport for almost an hour in the terribly chilly weather at the minnight. We didn't have a cell phone to call the driver. Finally, we took an taxi to the hotel. The driver did not keep the promise to pick us up. I want to get my money back.

$30 USD each way from/to IST airport, had a bit of confusion on arrival (in part due to a delayed flight, in part because it took me quite a while to get connected to the internet) but the return trip was on time and totally painless. Clean, large, and comfortable vehicles and professional, helpful drivers. Would definitely use again if I have a lot of luggage or am going somewhere that isn’t convenient to the bus.
