Excellent service was provided by Mehmet for our transfer from Galataport to IST. A video was provided in advance to establish the meeting point to remove any confusion. Thank you!!
Perfect experience. Arrived on time for our 0400 pick up to the airport and was able to get us to the airport earlier than expected. Confirmed our pick up location the day before and communicated every step of the way.
He was on time and got us straight to our hotel.
We were very happy with this experience. We scheduled a driver from the port in Istanbul to our hotel. We were contacted, by what’s app, more than 24 hours before the pickup confirming all details and then again the morning of our pickup. Our driver was waiting when we disembarked. Everything went smoothly with no wait time. The car was very nice, clean, and the driver was very friendly and helpful with all our luggage. I would definitely recommend this service.
Great transfer, driver was at right place and right time and sent us a video of how to find them. Easy quick journey to airport. Vehicle had what we joked as disco lights but made for a fun journey. Communication in advance was ok, but would have welcomed advice about what time to get transfer for our flight. Ended up at airport in less than 30 mins at the time we went (0445) and would have welcomed an extra 30 mins in bed and still had plenty of time.
John picked us up and he was the best. He was very knowledgeable and was so nice . Thanks for the day we had a lovely time and highly recommend John!
Scheduled an airport transfer for a group of 7 and it could not have gone smoother. Communication with the provider was great — I was contacted the day before to confirm time/location, and then was given the driver’s name and car description. Our driver Habib was friendly and eager to assist with luggage. I would not hesitate to book again!
Company and driver communicated with me throughout. Easy pickup and drop-off for our group of 13 even with the cruise port area being quite busy. Definitely recommend and would use this company again.
Prompt, professional, careful driver
Great communication, collected earlier than the requested time as I was worried about the Airport, friendly driver in a luxury car with Air Con
The driver was puntual and drove safely
This transfer was so easy! We booked on Viator who messaged me the contact information including the license plate info of the driver. I messaged the driver thru Whatsapp and they sent me a video of the cruise terminal and which way to exit to meet. Okan was very polite and assisted us with our bags. We would definitely use this service again.
Getting out of the port was a little chaotic, taxis everywhere and traffic was crazy. We came out a little late after long waiting on elevators but it took some time for our driver to get to us. He was very patient and stayed in communication at all times so we could find each other. He is also a pro at navigating the small streets on the way to our hotel! Thank you for all your care, Aslan!
I was contacted by the driver due to the fact we disembarked earlier than expected; thus, we were picked up earlier than the confirmed time! This was very considerate! We didn't have to wait in the hustle bustle! We also appreciated being sent a video of exactly where we were supposed to meet our driver. Thank you!
Great communication, driver was helpful and courteous, car was roomy and spotless. Highly recommended
Okan was very dependable and professional. He showed up on time and even waited a few minutes while we were delayed getting to the meeting point. He drove us safely to our destination with no issues.
First of all, excellent service and great communication by the host. I would highly recommend this shuttle service from the Istanbul cruise port to the airport. It was extremely easy and convenient. The vehicle that picked us up was very spacious and it worked for a family of four with luggage.
Easy, on time, safe and affordable.
Exceptional service. Our driver made all efforts to get as close to where we were staying as possible to make sure we were comfortable and not stressed. He had the van at a comfortable temperature, offered water and made sure we had everything situated even with the traffic around us. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were dropped off at the exact spot we needed to be. Very appreciative!
Amazing experience from the port in Istanbul to our hotel by the airport and then the next day from our hotel to the airport all done efficiently with clear communication and excellent cars and drivers highly recommend this service
Our driver was very professional. He gave us a video to help us find our meeting point with ease. We would recommend!
Driver was very accommodating. Picked us up where and when we needed to be when our plans changed. Highly recommend.
We were given very specific instructions about where to be for the pickup. It was a designated area for travellers to be picked up. The driver chose to ignore those and parked on the other side of a six lane street then couldn’t figure out why he couldn’t find us. He then offered no help with the luggage on the trip to his vehicle.
Agency suggested 2:30am pickup for 6am departure. It was perfect! Driver was knowledgeable about area. He handled all our luggage. Dropped us off at the correct entrance to start our checkin!
Great ride, good driver, big van for all our luggage!
Excellent car service! We're extending vacation from a cruise and needed a ride to the airport separately from the bus service offered by the cruise line. Can highly recommend this one!
Great experience, accomadated me and my family above and beyond what was necessary. Highly recommend.
Our driver was excellent as he maneuvered the large vehicle along small and narrow streets in heavy traffic. We had a lot of luggage that he was able to load in his vehicle without batting an eye.
Highly recommended to use this service for ease & worry-free transport. Driver was very courteous & respectful.
Ali our driver was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend the tour company and Viator.
Very smooth and easy pickup from the port and taken to our hotel in pure luxury of a lovely large comfortable SUV.
Our guy was definitely on time very helpful and everything went. Smoothly. Definitely would recommend again. If you’re thinking about booking them do it you won’t regret it.
I was concerned about not understanding the different language, but we used WhatsApp to connect and the experience was wonderful! They were in contact/available at all times within a 48 hour period and the instructions to find the van/driver was awesome! I would definitely recommed thsi company/car service.
Great driver. Super friendly. Helped direct us where to go when we reached the airport. Very conscientious about everything. Will definitely book my clients with them going forward.
The representative and our driver were very polite and attentive. Everything went smoothly without any issues. I will definitely choose this company for my future trips to Istanbul. Our vehicle was VIP and clean
Reliable and high-quality service, everything was completed on time. The driver was polite and attentive, the vehicle was clean and comfortable. This is a company I will choose again👍🏻
We arranged for a pickup at 1315. We waited a while and contacted the tour company. We were told they were there. At 1340 we told them we would find another ride and to cancel. Traffic is pretty congested in Istanbul so I can understand the driver being late. We were panicking that we wouldn’t get to the ship during our allotted time frame. The company offered a refund. I haven’t checked yet to see if it has been processed.
My contact person was outstanding Made some last minute changes that were handled efficiently Very professional and easy to work with First class service Highly recommend
The transfer service was very accommodating and professionally run. Allowed us to have a worry/hassle free transfer to our hotel.
We booked our transfer from Galataport to IST through ViaTour. The entire process worked seamlessly. I booked online through the Viatorur app. Driver was waiting for us once we had our luggage. It was a safe and comfortable trip to IST airport. I would definitely use them again. .
Used this service to transfer from Galataport to IST airport in October 2025. Despite the fact that it took over an hour from leaving our ship until getting out of Galataport (future cruisers beware!) our driver was in constant contact with us and arrived within 5 minutes of us arriving at the agreed meeting point. Service was fantastic and will definitely use again and would highly recommend in order to beat the madness outside of the terminal.
Terrible service. The driver never showed up at the pickup point as we waited for over 40 minutes in spite of their claims that he did so. Unfortunately, Viator wasn’t much help either.
Driver arrived at 03:45 for a 04:00 pickup! Courteous, but did not speak English, and we didn't speak Turkish.
Omar was great. The service was great. Got thru customs faster than anticipated and he was available to pick sooner than planned. Lots of good communication.
Pick up was smooth. We had a delay getting off the ship. Texted Volkan and he was able to reschedule with no issues. Communication was great. Short drive for the price but overall very good experience.
Our driver was right on time and a pleasure. The company gave perfect directions to find them when we got off the ship. Highly recommended.
Very efficient car service to airport from cruise terminal. Volkan was extremely communicative with directions - even sending a video of meeting place. It's a confusing terminal so that was appreciated. Driver was prompt and courteous and it was a beautiful van. Highly recommended.
The agent was on time, courteous and worked like a champion to muscle around all the luggage for our large group. Great service!
These guys were the best! Communicated very well to get us to the pick up point and even sent a video to walk us there … very helpful! And it was more personalized and private AND less expensive than the cruise line was offering!
This was the best experience! The transfer service communicated so well…. Sent a video as well as instructions to get us to the pick up point. Very reasonable cost. The driver was very nice and got us from the cruise port to the airport in a very timely manner….. but hands down, they were wonderful in communicating with us. And the video showing us how to get to the pickup point was wonderful!
