We spent two days in Istanbul with Zerrin this summer, and she was exactly the guide we needed. As well as her knowledge, we loved her flexibility and the way she organised everything to suit our interests. She also taught us a bit of Turkish and took us to some special places for a meal. We highly recommend her.

Also Harem is in Topkapi Palace as well where has to be visited at the same day if guest is interested in to visit. It takes time (min 2-3 hours) to visit whole palace. Dan Brown has mentioned about here in his book "Hell" and some famous movies such as "Inferno" was filmed here. Admission fee is 27EURO per person.
Grand Bazaar where has 4500 oriental shops inside. Shopping is a kind of culture in Grand Bazaar. So we advise to walk around with a guide first to explore and get the sense of shopping there. And then our guests will be on safe side and it will be more enjoyable. Otherwise it comes so overwhelming in a short time. After walking around in the Bazaar together, our tour will be ended there.

We highly recommend this tour. This was our first time in Istanbul and we had limited time to see the unique treasures. Our tour guide, Ensar, was professional, passionate, highly knowledgeable and great company. A wonderful day in an amazing city.
It was our first time to Istanbul as a family and Zerrin was extremely helpful - showing us around, identifying places to visit, pointing out good shops and restaurants. As a result of her guidance, we are getting the most out of our trip! A massive thank you!
Istanbul is a city full of marvels, it's gorgeous and so full of history treasures and we were so lucky to see them all with our guide Zerrin!! She's absolutely awesome at her job, she knows so much history, she has a great way to show you the best spots of the historical richness of Istanbul. She always makes sure you get the best experience ever, always assisting us in every single detail, tailoring our tour the way we wanted it to be, with no pressure of any kind, we were so free with her to choose whatever we wanted to visit or see, she perfectly knew where to take us to make the best of it, the best food spots, the best photo spots, the best of the best :) If you want to have the best experience while visiting such mesmerizing city, Zerrin is the right choice!!! We wholeheartedly recommend her, you will not regret any of it!!! SHE IS BASICALLY THE BEST!!!!!
This was our fourth visit to Istanbul, hence we had no interest in seeing the "traditional" sights once again. Zerrin was the perfect guide to assist given her intimate knowledge of the city's shops, restaurants, etc., and very accommodating style! Her knowledge of the local culture and customs made our experience especially enjoyable.
Zerrin was a fantastic guide. She was fast to respond to our emails planning the tour. She met us at the cruise terminal and explained her suggested itinerary and asked if we wanted to change anything. Her knowledge of archeology and history was excellent—we learned so much on our trip. We were able to see all of the things we requested—had we been our own, we would never have been able to fit in in. I highly recommend Zerrin as a tour guide! She was also wonderful with my 14 year old—we all want to visit Istanbul again!
Thank you very much for being our guide in Istanbul. When my friends from US called me to visit Istanbul, I thought to host them with a professional guide in Istanbul. It was good decision. Zerrin gave an flexible, and joyful day to us. She is very knowledgable and not boring. We walked a lot and our feet paining in the evening. But no compalin about it. It was impossible for me to show that much with good explanation without Zerrin. I recommend everyone.
Istanbul is a very very beautiful city! We went to Fener/Balat colorful, unique place in Istanbul. I took many photos for social media😊😊😊 Ensar is the best guide👍👍👍
Istanbul is already a very beautiful city, but it was a truly amazing tour with Ensar. The stories were very impressive. I don't know how you know even the smallest detail, but I feel lucky to because I found you. And I'm happy to have gained a friend. Thanks for the great time
Thank you so much to Ensar for the lovely time me and my best friend had on our trip in Istanbul! Professional friendly kind and on time , I could not recommend him enough!
Perfect time in Istanbul with guide Ensar. No question of mine stayed unanswered. He demonstrated really good knowledge of Istanbul history, culture as well as Turkey. Great sense of humour and friendliness. Istanbul feels even more welcoming with Ensar.
Istanbul a great experience. Ensar was an amazing guide. He knows all about the history of the buildings and mosques as well as ancient infrastructure of the city. The previous rulers of the country and a very detailed knowledge of the culture. Ensar also added humour in our days which made it that much more enjoyable. The grand bazaar a must see for everyone. Just fabulous. Recommend Ensar to everyone.
The people are freindly in general, food in the restaurant perfect. City is clean inspite of the crowd in the street and shopping centers Tour guide is professional and knows well the history of Turkey and the neighbours Specially our particular guide Ensar who is humorous with perfect English while explaining to the group A to Z...He.knows the History in detail.

I travelled with Ensar in Istanbul last month and absolutely loved it He is amazingly funny and professional We saw everything from grand bazaar to mosques My family loved it so much we want to book him again
Was an amazing experience. I’m so glad we booked this in, got shown places we never would’ve found otherwise. Guide was super friendly and knew so much about the history of İstanbul. Definitely worth the money.
I spent a few days in Istanbul with Ensar in November 2022. He took us everywhere from all the different mosques to museums. Art galleries and the best places to eat. He is very cultured and knowledgeable about the history of Türkiye. I am amazed how much he knows about the touristic sights and history. He adds humor as well so it makes it more fun. I would definitely recommend him to new travellers and returning travellers. The little hidden streets of Istanbul where I would never know to look was amazing. Absolutely enjoyed it with Emsars guided tours. Thankyou so so much again 💓
We had a wonderful day with Ensar. When my friends from Greece wanted to visit Istanbul, we hired Ensar. He is highly experianced and friendly guide. It was a very informative day.
We had a wonderful time with our tour guide Zerrin. The trip consisted of my 85 years old mother and my 2 sisters. We had 2 days with Zerrin. First day we did a walking tour of the Old city, we visited Topkapi Palace, Suleymaniye Mosque, Rústeme Pasha Mosque, we also had a wonderful meal at Deraliye Restaurant. On our second day, Zerrin recommended we tour with a private van and driver. This way we were able to visit the Asian (Üsküdar) side if Istanbul and the Beyoğlu area. These 2 days we had with Zerrin were great! The places she recommended for us to eat were excellent! I would highly recommend her services. She was very professional and full of information.
Thank you Ensar for giving us the most intimate and insightful tour of your beautiful city Istanbul. We had a wonderful time, and could not have asked for a better guide. Regards Marsel.
I was fortunate to be paired with Ensar who was an excellent guide and I saw a side of Istanbul that I would have never seen.
We fell in love with Turkey! Our family had the best time with Zerrin who was extremely knowledge and pleasant. We were a family of six and she was with us for 4 days. We recommend her highly!! She's courteous and professional. Grau family❤️
