<p>Very Professional. Arrived on time. I was worried due to the pick up time being 3:30 in the morning so that we could catch a flight back home to the states at 6:30am. Everything was fine!</p>

<p>Aside from the driver being about 15 - 20 minutes late, this proved to be a positive experience. The Istanbul airport can be a tedious and daunting experience, and traffic getting there can be a beast. Our flight was scheduled for 6:00 a.m., so we asked the driver to pick us up at 3:00 a.m. because international flights require check in two hours prior to departure. The lack of traffic that early made up for the tardiness of the driver, so there was no problem, but had our flight been later in the day, this could have been a major issue.</p>

<p>Wasn't really impressive as the driver came 20 minutes late from the agreed and confirmed time and when he arrived he just started driving in a really tension way just to make it on time for our flight.</p>

<p>This transfer was far from acceptable. It was the second of two negative transfer experiences my mother and I had with the local Istanbul transfer company named Neon. Prior to leaving the US, I emailed Neon twice to confirm our transfer and clarify the hotel pick-up time which Neon had incorrectly scheduled as being 45 minutes later than requested. Neon didn’t respond to me. I called Viator and they called Neon. Viator kindly confirmed our pick-up and corrected the pick-up time (so we thought). However, upon arrival at our hotel, a fax awaited us confirming our pick-up for 9am. The Four Seasons Hotel concierge called Neon and changed the pick-up time to 8:15am (noting the name of the woman at Neon he confirmed the change with). Still, they did not heed our request and picked us up at 8:50am (this was after three calls made by the porter beginning at 8:15am).</p>

<p>Outstanding Service, right at the exit with a sign. Quick and easy, only person in the car, straight to the hotel, with a very courteous driver.</p>
