We had a great time on this tour! It was a full day of exploring Istanbul, covering so many historical landmarks and interesting places. Our tour guide, Mr Batuhan, was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting stories and historical facts at every stop, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was definitely a fast-paced tour, but a great way to get a good overview of Istanbul and see so much of the city in just one day! Batu is an excellent tour guide and the entire tour operated by Sea & Land was perfectly arranged and organized. We paid the flat fee and it covered every entrance and transfer. Everything from the itinerary to the lunch to the transfers between places of interest and to our hotel room were smooth and comfortable. We were picked up at our hotel. We switched tour van and met with our guide Batuhan. There was a marathon so the traffic was bad. Our guide Batuhan Gur was very accommodating and very nice. He waited for everyone and made sure that all of us are safe. He answered all my questions. Tips. Wear comfortable shoes or slip in walking shoes as entering the mosques you will be asked to remove shoes. You can also bring your own light scarf to cover your head and shoulders. The tour included lunch. I didnt really like it. It was a hot and humid day and the van’s AC wasnt cool enough. Our guide Batuhan Gur gave us time on our own so we can do some shopping and picture taking. Me n my hubby enjoyed the tour. 😉

Had an amazing 1-day tour experience with our tour guide, İlayda Aluç. The tour company was highly professional, the pricing was reasonable, and our guide spoke excellent English with a wealth of local knowledge. If you book this tour, you have to be prepared for a lot of walking. The blue Mosque which was free and included in the price was fascinating, Hagia Sophia is currently undergoing renovation so you cant really see it at all as most of it is under sheeted cover. Our guide was open to changes as we didnt want to do all the things he had planned especially as many of them required the purchase of additional entry tickets. Also, by lunchtime we had done enough walking, so after a quiet lunch, he took me to the boat for the Bosphorus trip where he left me. The 2 hour river trip was great, and the piped translation of what you were passing came out of the speakers in 3 languages, Turkish , French and well, a sort of English! Even so you got the idea of what they were talking about. Make sure you sit on the left of the boat that way you are closest to the shore in both directions.
