A great way to spend a warm, sunny day in Istanbul. Seeing the city from the Bosporus was amazing.Don't forget to take cash to buy drinks on the boat.

The tour was great fabulous day on the Bosphorus River. Lunch in a fishing village on the Asian side. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour highly.
We had this trip scheduled for several months and the morning of the cruise the tour company cancelled because of wind. This was not true as every other boat was still running that day and we did get on another boat for a similar trip later in the evening but had to change all our other plans. It seems as if the company chose to cancel because they did not book enough people to make the cruise worthwhile to run. If you plan your vacations out DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
The cruisexwas amazing with a very good guide who gave an interesting talk about the water front of Istanbul. There was an opportunity for a swim, although the water was too cold for me. But, great fun for others. Pods of dolphins followed the boat. The boat was very luxurious, the crew were very friendly and the nibbles on board were very tasty. The village restaurant food was good value for money and service was friendly. The village is worth a walk around.
It was our first time in Istanbul and this was recommended. There are many options to choose from. This one worked for us.
They cancelled last minute citing weather but clear day. They did say would return the payment and we are still waiting for that.
The cruise was great. The whole crew was amazing. Very informative. Lunch was tasty. I would definitely do it again.
Excellent cruise well organized good food got to dip my toes into the Black Sea, some went swimming, recommend it
Absolutely fantastic experience cruising the Bosphorus! The boat was excellent, the staff were attentive, and the food was top-notch, all at an incredible value. The 5-hour trip flew by thanks to the great tour guide who shared fascinating history and facts about Istanbul. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back again! Boris Australia
Really good value cruise along the river with amazing views. Friendly staff. Not too busy on board.. stand at the front downstairs for the best views
This tour is currently misinforming users about hotel drop off service on Viator. We were picked up from our hotel in Sultanahmet as is normal with other Istanbul tours (although there was about a 20 minute wait for other guests on some street corner somewhere). When the tour ended, we expected to also be brought back to our hotel. Instead, one guide noticed we were following her and she said “Oh, are you waiting for me? There is no drop off service offered”. Then pointed to the nearest tram station. We had no metro card or anything with us and had not used the public transit in Istanbul before, again, we were expecting and paid for a drop off (as is mentioned on Viator, see the photo). We were then scammed by a local at the tram station because we probably looked very lost and confused while trying to figure out how to get back to our hotel. Please do not misinform and lie to customers about what the package offers and change the information on the site immediately to clearly state that this is a pick up service only and no drop off is offered. See image attached, it clearly shows you offer drop off service.
It was beautiful tour. Guide was very knowledgeable. Very good service and a lot of food , drinks and fruits. The only thing we didn't like was stop on Asian side. There was not enough time to go anywhere.
Very lovely day on board with family, it was windy but we had nice views. The tour guider was quite knowledgeable to the surroundings. The food was OK. Very nice and friendly staff.
A lovely trip, great sights, very informative & easy fuss free connection. The crew were friendly and the included lunch was a good deal better than I was expecting (I had the sea bass)
The cruise was a chilled experience- the boat was modern, smart and clean and we were pleasantly surprised to find that we weren’t rammed on with dozens of other sightseers- there were between 20 and 30 of us altogether so we weren’t on top of each other and had lots of space to truly relax. The tour guide (Taner Aggul) was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, geography, geology and politics of the area/country and delivered the information in a lively and good humoured way. The other members of staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was simple but tasty and surprisingly, alcoholic drinks were very well priced compared to those in the tourist area of Istanbul. I would definitely recommend this trip!
The boat trip was an incredible experience. To begin the communication concerning meeting point etc was excellent. Our guide was brilliant, humourous, friendly, helpful welcoming and very informative and knowledgeable. The cruise was amazing, the sites incredible, the weather perfect, and the food delicious. We loved the stop in the little village for swimming as well as the other village which had great ice cream. I would definitely recommend this boat cruise when in Istanbul.
Value for money 1/5 Tour guide 2/5 Scenery 3/5 Food 0/5 Driver of transfer 0/5 Cleanliness 0/5 Food safety 0/5 Tugral could sell ice to an Eskimo I’ll give him that, unfortunately for us his promises didn’t come to fruition. The pick up vehicle was a dinger, interior heavily damaged. Driver was very erratic. Cruise wasn’t much better, think the titanic is in better condition. Tour guide was fairly annoying, headsets would be a better option as guests would have option to mute him. He had no jokes like promised, although he did have good knowledge of the buildings. As for the food, we were never asked about our group’s allergies. One member has a severe nut allergy and found it offensive that they were the only snack offered. In terms of the main you can look forward to cold rice and a generous portion of four french fries. Steak isn’t cooked to personal preference, everyone receives the same (well done). Be aware that a 18% ‘tax’ applies if you wish to use card. And alcohol is not included as Tugral promised. Soft drinks are readily available, however they are served in plastic cartons. Not quite what I envisioned on a ‘cruise’. You will find the toilets located adjacent to the kitchen. With all the doors left open, which is a food safety concern. Don’t get me started on the odour, couldn’t work out if it was the kitchen or the toilet, but what I can say is it wasn’t pleasant. Easily the worst smell of my 37 years on this earth. In addition to the passengers and staff onboard, a dog roamed the boat for the duration. Including the dining area. Whilst the dog was one of the highlights of the journey, I would rather it’s free roam was restricted. When you arrive in Asia for the stop off, you will be harassed by the locals trying to sell you questionable looking fish. Blink and you will miss the stop in the Black Sea. If you are considering a cruise along the Bosporus, look elsewhere.
After a week of walking in Istanbul this trip on the Bosphorus came just at the right time. It was so relaxing with a very attentive and helpful crew.
Just time it on a nice sunny day and witness the scenic modern urban, historical and wild banks of Bosporus. It does not literally reach the Black Sea, rather the huge bridge before it, but you can see a panorama of the sea from there. The stop in a fishing village offers a pleasant interlude with opportunities to buy nice souvenirs or food and drinks. The crew was highly hospitable, and the boat clean and well-kept. The only thing short of top-notch was food; passable is probably the word. Great Istanbul experience not to be missed overall.
Wonderful meal, snacks, beverages. Friendly staff who speak a variety of languages. We enjoyed the short time to put our feet on Asian ground.
Amazing cruze along européen and asiatique side of Isrambul with a very kind team, good and local lunch, privacy on the boat. Amazing day and expérience yo visit Istambul! I recomend!!!
This was a great way to start our holiday. The trip was relaxing and the staff friendly and helpful. The tour guide fed us lots of information which served as a great reference for our stay in Istanbul. The boat was comfortable and stable. Rated below excellent because we didn't quite get to the Black Sea, the food was mediocre, and the trip ashore pointless. Do not expect to get a swim. We were a family group, all adults.
This was a great way to spend a few hours on the Bosphorus. It was nice to be on the water and the boat was comfortable. Lunch was great, better than I expected. The village stop was a nice little break to walk around and see life outside Istanbul.
This was an enjoyable lunch cruise. 30 guests or so made the accommodations relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone had personal space. The dining room and food was nice and the crew appeared happy to have us. The guide added much color and information to the 3 hour or so trip. No regrets. Would recommend.
Wonderful afternoon cruising on the Bosphorus with Sedar. So interesting to see Istanbul from the water. Sedar was an incredible guide. He pointed out sights and gave insight to Turkish life. The lunch was amazing. I highly recommend this experience
Exceptionally good customer service , Guide expained in detail and was really smart to keep us engaged throught fhe tour. Recommendable
This one of the Best tours ever, i have ever have. The boat is perfect, welcome drinks and snacks were perfect. The Lunch were very delicious. Cannot express how happen i am, and even my group. We were total 14 People, they took us from hotel on shuttle bus, and show the Best sightseeng. You will never forget the Dolma Bache Palace. The view from Piere Lotte hills are unforgetable The Bosphorus Tour were one the longest. The only regret is we couldnt swim in Black sea, due to season. Its very cold in May. The organization were perfect. Thanks to Sergun - Best guide ever. His patience is greatfull. Will recomend to all my colleages. And looking forward to visit Dinner bosphorus Tours.!
This was a wonderful experience for my party, first time in Istanbul. It was cold weather with a bit of sun, so we had blankets which were so cosy! I definitely recommend this for anyone, especially in warm weather. If I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely do this again. My only complaint is that the food was not good at all, barely edible. Luckily we had unlimited soft drinks so we just drank Fanta through the pain
Sinan was a great tour guide and his crew was spectacular. Yacht was private to only a few people and open to explore and take pictures. Food was good and we would definitely recommend.
I’m totally recommend this cruise! Excellent service, wonderful food! And such a nice place for visiting! You will absolutely enjoy your trip with this team!
The boat cruise on the Bosporus was amazing. The boat was a very nice yacht, and there were only about 15 people on board. We were constantly served food and drinks throughout, and the service was excellent. Even better were the views of the Turkish coastline throughout the trip - wow! The tour definitely exceeded my expectations. It costs more than a lot of other Bosporus cruises, but it is worth the extra money.
This private yacht was very fun and elegant. Food was amazing and the crew was very accomidating to me and my family (one year old) and the organizer also took alot of pictures for us with his camera. Would definitely recommend to everyone who wants a yacht in Istanbul.
Perfect way to see the beautiful Bosphorus. We had a small group on a beautiful yacht. Service was incredible. For the moment we stepped on the boat they were bringing snacks and refreshments. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. They good was much better than expected. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone.
Lovely and informative tour with stunning views over istanbul , the hosts were amazing ! , Informative , very relaxing And pleasant . Thank you
We were a group of 6 persons celebrating my fathers 60th birthday. We took the 4.5 hours cruise going up the Bosphorus to the black sea. The agency is very professional and communication fast and not complicated at all, pick-up also worked great and was on time. The cruise itself was very nice and the boat too (we had a smaller one which was nice because we werent too many people). The guide gives good (but not too many, giving you time to enjoy the views) insight to the main sights on both coastsides and travel speed is chilled. Food is fresh and tasty and drinks on board aren‘t too expensive either. On demand the agency even organized a cake and some candles, making it a really nice day out! Definitely recommend it for a relaxing afternoon!
A sunny day in Istanbul and a bosphorus cruise. What more could I have asked !! Perfect. I took this tour on 07-November-19.I went to eminonu pier in the morning and tried to find the most suitable one that suits me. And boy o boy, really once in a lifetime experience
I reserved this lunch cruise while in USA and before arriving to Istanbul. The transportation from and to the hotel is very good. Lunch is tasteful. We were welcome nicely while boarding. The instructor was clear and informative about Istanbul landmarks. The cruise took around 4 hours and it worth every penny. I usually go to lunch cruises in the USA and around the world, this is the best of all.
I did this cruise with my family. We were intimated and picked up according to plan. Guides were very friendly and efficient and the boat is really good with a small sun deck and two levels of seating. Being in a small group, we literally had the boat to ourselves! This cruise covers the two bridges over the Bosphorus and goes almost all the way up to the third one, beyond which lies the Black Sea. We were pointed out some famous Ottoman castles and landmarks on the way. The lunch served was fresh and good, main course is meat, so vegetarians might talk to the organizers beforehand. On the way back, there was a refreshing 15 minute stop at a fishing village, for ice cream and a quick stretch of the legs. Tea, coffee and fresh fruit also served on board. Weather was great and we enjoyed ourselves. There was a lot of effort and care from the organizers. The entire experience, transfers included, is around 4.5 hours.
Wow, what an incredible experience! The amazing crew and captain gave us a warm welcome on this beautiful Yacht. The team is very friendly and highly accomodating. The lunch was finger-licking-good. Drinks are served ice cold. Absolutely the best way to enjoy the sun and view of this gorgeous city. Many thanks to Serdar for making this trip unforgettable.
A must! The scenery is just wonderful. Happy so far with the hotel pick up and the food but I bet it can get better. More booze offerings perhaps? Swimming time? Or more time by the small town stop where we had ice cream. 😅 Thank you to the team!
It is very good arrangement and you can find new sightseeing and enjoy good lunch with best musics and entertainment and also visit best places around Istanbul and islands, totally this program is good for one day
A boat trip in Istanbul is par for the course. There are lots of them to choose from, and this one was fine. The boat is not shiny and glamorous but it is quite modern and a good size. Not too crowded. Friendly crew. The lunch was not good, but we had a nice day out.
A good experience but something has to be improved in my opinion. Due to the link to a full day cruise, we have been waiting an hour under the sun in a place without any confort. Moreover the lunch is at the end only an appetizer. Out of this, a nice cruise, beautiful views.
One of the best things you could do in Istanbul. Great atmosphere, awesome guide, you learn a lot not just about the things you see but about everything. The views were amazing. Food was tasty and the swiming was very fun. Definitely recommend!
Something strange happened to us. We booked this cruise through TripAdvisor but got taken to another one that was very very bad. The tour operator Bosphorus Tours Istanbul did not know how this happened and said that they already had a couple of cases like this.. somehow their bookings are hacked by a different cruise provider?! Anyway, the one we were on was terrible, we were taken in a bus for a good 15 minutes drive from the Dolmabahce Mosque to a small old boat, bad food and so on.. Bosphorus Tours Istanbul is investigating to find out what happened. They invited us on their Sunset Cruise the following day and it was beautiful, gorgeous boat, great service, everything was delightful. So, again, make sure you are booked on the cruise you paid for, call them directly and do not wait for someone to contact you as this happened to us. They are very good and will make sure you are well taken care of!
We enjoyed this trip, though felt there were unexpected wait times. It started slowly as we had a 30 min drive before we then waited another 15 minutes before boarding the ship. The cruise was lovely, and service onboard was excellent. Swimming was a high point. Tour guiding was useful, though there could have been more information.
As in the travel agency, timing is one of the most important etiquette to be included. I appreciate that the tour agency didnt make me wait both in front of my hotel and the harbour. Once we took the road on the Bosphorus i guess the real dream of Istanbul started. It was fabulous. Well i have the dare to say it was only unique to Turkey. Just like the line that separate Belgium and Netherlands in this tour it was possible to see both Asian Continent and Europe Continent at the same time. Many historical eye catching buildings surrounding both side of it making you frustrated as you want to discover both sides. I would like to say it was super comfy within the boat as there were enough space to have enjoyable time, to take photos etc, well it depends on you. Unlike the other Bosphorus tours i have seen, this one was generously giving complimentary. hot and cold Drinks, fruits and lunch with Bosphorus view. It was quite enjoyable thank you for giving me this experience.
Booked this on a whim to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. Communication was excellent and pick up was well coordinated. Denis our guide was very good. We had a lovely time with a nice blend of commentary and free time to take in the scenery. A swim at the top was nice and we had a great time. Food and drinks were good and the crew were a friendly capable bunch who joined in the fun. The Palace views and commentary on the return journey was very interesting. Highly recommended
I didn’t expect the Bosphorus to be so amazing and the beautiful homes and palaces and mosques along the banks to be so interesting so yes, I’d recommend you go on this cruise. We tossed up whether to go on the evening cruise and we’re happy with it not being cold and visibility being great. Could the boat be nicer? Yes definitely but it didn’t make any difference to us as the speed was just right, we could sit in the shade and service was very good. The lunch was quite nice but you don’t go on cruises like this if you want spectacular food do you? The fishing village was interesting too and those who chose to swim off the boat braved the visible jelly fish and were not stung but appeared to have enjoyed the dip. The commentary was right for us- we would have hated lots of intrusive talking so it was just enough. We were picked up from our hotel which was great too. It’s true you can go up and down the Bosphorus on the ferry at a vastly cheaper cost but then it’s a whole different experience. I think you get what you pay for.
The Tour was very good, an unforgettable experience. The Boat is very Luxury and the Food is Very good. This Tour costs us 40€ a person but it was so good that it even will worth 100€ and more The Service is very good and the people very kind 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 AMAZING you need to make this experience
