Lots of activities to choose from. The presentations on the guided tours were shorter than I expected, but not sure if they were comprehensive. Disappointed that the purchase of reduced tickets to the Harem has to be in cash. Was not forewarned about that.
It was a interesting experience. Having multiple guides to different tours, all knowledgable and opened to questions, made our trips very atractive. I'll recomend this way of visiting the attractions of Istanbul to others also. And a plus that must be mentioned is that the final cost is atractive.
We travelled to Istanbul for 5 days in October 2026. Everything arranged through epass worked perfectly. Guides were always on time at designated meeting points and secured skip-the-queue access to the sites without problem. WhatsApp support was always available. River cruises and taxi pick up were on time and worked well. Very highly recommended.
The E pass made it so easy. We met up with the guide for 3 of our chosen sites who took us in and explained the history. For most things currently show the pass number and the venue records that. If don't use to the full value this can be refunded. The wattsapp help feature is extremely quick to respond.

E-Pass was great! A cost effective way to see the sights we wanted. Good tour guides, we loved the Basilica Cisterns and Dolmabache Palace. The Bosphorus cruise and dinner was a lovely way to end our time and pick up at our hotel was perfect. You won’t get to see everything on offer but it’s still great value and the team is super responsive if you have any questions. Will buy again if I’m in Istanbul. Thank you!
We bought a two day epass before arriving in Istanbul and it was well worth the cost. By my calculations, we saved $200 by having the pass. The best part of having the pass was the guided tours. We took 3 tours in a row with the same guide, Icsan, who was fantastic (I might have misspelled his name, but the tours were on Wednesday, September 23). His knowledge of history, architecture, and culture made the tours – Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace the highlight of our trip to Istanbul. The support team at epass was great answering inquiries within minutes. I had made a mistake in a reservation – they quickly rectified it. The only criticism is not of epass itself but the inclusion of the river cruise – we were an hour late due to traffic – not the driver’s fault – and the food was mediocre at best. An alternative company offering a similar cruise might be worth looking into. We were more than satisfied with the pass.
I took the three day pass, and was able to visit all the main attractions. Customer support was very cooperative and the instructions were easy to follow.

If I could offer one small piece of advice, it would be for the guide to speak just a bit louder and slower so everyone can easily follow along and keep up. The Istanbul epass was well worth it, if you are able to organize your visits, and check availability in advance. I purchased seven day passes for two people, knowing which places were open, and which were close to each other.
Terrible support service and overpriced. You have to follow a specific schedule as key attractions need to be entered with a tour guide and they don’t provide you the tickets. The support service takes forever to respond and they don’t help
I am so satisfied and happy with the 2 day E-pass that we purchased (for me and my husband). The E- pass customer support is superb as they are so supportive and easily accesible. The tour guides were so knowledgeable on sharing the infos regards to the top lamdmarks. Overall E-pass is easy to use and worth every penny.
We were on a cruise which didnt arrive until 12.30 so we rushed up to the TOPKAPI PLACE the guard told us we had to meet our guide outside he had our tickets. The meeting place was outside that was easy enough the guide took us along with others after 20 min wait we were giving ear pods to hear him. Which didnt matter as we couldn't understand him. Along with asking for more money if we wanted to do extra rooms.€17 he then ran us round the place stop ever now and then to rapidly talking so that was 1 place, we looked around ourselves it has amazing rooms of jewels to holy relic etc we didnt have a lot of time to enjoy this so we went to meet another guide to go into the hagan Sophia as this was just across from the place and the meet place was like 5 min walk to find them we decided to wait at the mosque Sophia for them as the last tour was 16.30 we waited for the guide till 16.45 with no show we sent a message to E PASS to be told their guides finish after the last tour which was 16.30. Even though most place stayed open alot later we asked for the QR Code for 2 place we really wanted to do ? They refused. After a lot of WhatsApp messages pledging they finally sent 1 . The places are amazing but this company isn't worth the running around to find their guides waste alot of time and if the rest of the guides are like the only 1 we had speaking to fast running u around. Do yourself a favour and book someone else.
Do not use this company worst company ever. I booked a day tour to pamukkale and they took me to the wrong airport. I had to pay 110 euro for taxi to the correct airport out of my own funds. They made me wait 2 hours at a travel agency, did not put me on the correct tour and avoided my calls and did not refund me. Avoid them at all costs. . They are disgraceful and should not be allowed to operate

Hello, overall expectations is very good. The value of the E-pass is good VS the actual attractions prices and skipping the long ticket line. The arrival airport car service pick up wasn't exceptional maybe because the price was included in the E-pass. The departure car service pick up to the airport was exceptional. Car driver was excellent and we felt very comfortable in his elegant car. He also communicated very well. Finding the cruise ship was somehow challenging. I loved the dinner cruise show and the sunset yacht cruise the most. The support team was very responsive in a timely matter. The tour guides are knowledgeable and friendly especially Ibrahim & Ahmed for the haja Sofia, basilica sustain, Koptapki museum and the Islamic museum. I wish the E-pass offers 4 day pass as well! Overall I would recommend the E-pass experience to my friends and family.
I recommend it! The support answers fast, you can manage to save money as well. It was sometimes irritating that you need to be nearby to activate your QR code but we managed. Also, there are just some timepoints for the guided trips. Also, a bit annoying that you have to reach their office or the hotel in order to get your transport cadd but you need to purchase another transport tickets for that...

Great experience, we had a 5 day pass in Istanbul. We got through so many attractions, skipped queues and had guided tours of all the major sites. Multiple guided tours up and down the bosphorous and golden horn. Visits to the Princes islands. Great guides/staff and extremely helpful support. Would highly recommend.
We bought a 6 attraction pass for two adults and it was less than $400 for both. We were able to choose the attractions that we wanted to see and many attractions included a guide which took us inside and gave us a little background about the places. We were glad that we didn't have to wait in line for tickets because the lines were very long. Overall, it was a great value as some of the attractions entrance fees were over $50 without guide and skip-the-line ticket.
I used the pass and I have to say I was very satisfied. The guides were thorough, punctual, and very professional. A small suggestion to improve the service: since there are several meeting points, it would be helpful to include a Google Maps link for each event that requires a guide. My wife and I landed on this pass for a 5 day stay in Istanbul. Absolutely worth it. Out guide August, was super knowledgeable and flexible, as we were with a toddler, during the tours we took. It was nice to have a guide who could help you get past the crowds, dive into the history of the places and not make it feel like a chore but an actual fulfilling time. An easy choice to make purchasing the pass.
Guides provided little information. Didn't cover a lot of major attractions. App is buggy. Cheaper to buy tickets for individual attractions.
First of all, they have a great help line, all my questions or doubts were solved very fast and in a friendly way. The tours were great, the guides were on time, well organised, had a wide range of knowledge, were kind and willing to help. And their English was great. I wish I had more time to fully use the pass, but the flight schedule didn't allow it..
Truly enjoyed the guided tours, learned a lot and the spots were relatively easy to find if you weren’t in a rush and read the instructions. Loved the lunch cruise! We were tired from our prior travels and a hair transplant but this ticket covers so many things! If you are an all day outside person or want to do a few expensive things this can be a great price. The whole skipping the line thing was a little much, the security lines take time and for some things you can’t enter without your guide/tour. Not sure if it saves time in peak season but relatively worked out well for us.

We were only in Istanbul for 1.5 days, so we bought a one day pass. We were easily able to see several sites in one day because of the epass. One critique is that the app is not very user friendly and did not give clear instructions on where to meet guides. However, we were able to receive clarification quickly through What’s App.
The e-pass card is truly an absolute convenience. We took a seven-day card and paid EUR 245 per person and it was really worth it. It sounds expensive, but I can assure you that it saves me a lot of money and time on the spot. In fact, the pass includes more than 100 attractions including the main monuments of Istanbul, different options of your own in the woods, including the Princes Islands with experiences including lunch or dinner with a show, as well as many goodies such as the experience of making Turkish coffee, making carpets or making a pottery course or water marble, seeing the rotating dervishes. Various free audio guides to download and listen calmly. Discounts on buying some experiences such as hammams, trips out of town, street food night experience. In some attractions there is only a guide entrance, in which case you go to the meeting point and follow their guide who gives you a general explanation of the attraction you will see. Jumping is also essential!!! The aquarium, miniature park and zoo and various other playgrounds for those travelling with children are also included! The Istanbul Transportation Card is also very useful with a hotel delivery service. Obviously the latter is paid separately! we took the 7-day one with unlimited trips paying 83 euros per person. (I then discovered that if you buy it at a metro station with automatic machines you pay about 10-12 euros less each card). Another great service of this e-pass is their really efficient WhatsApp support service. Any doubt, problematic information you have, write to them and assist you immediately by resolving any situation. Truly an invaluable plus. I recommend buying it 100%!

This epass was amazing! You can book your entire itinerary around the options and the times available and save a ton of money. We did the Hagia Sophia (the tour guide comes in the church and speaks about everything, very informative), Basilica Cistern (same, nice info given just inside the cistern), Topkapi Palace (same), Galata Tower, Bosphorous Late lunch cruise (food is only so so but I really liked the soup, chicken was ok, but the cruise itself was wonderful, and it's no charge), we also did the 2-day Gallipoli and Troy tour which was wonderful, lastly we booked the Turkish Bath and car service to IST Airport. Extremely good value for money and the more activities you do the more you save. We bought a 2-day pass and were able to use the Gallipoli-Troy tour and the airport service after our 2 days on the card. The customer service What's App link was extremely helpful. They are quick on response and very informative. Very very good customer service. I have absolutely zero negative reports. Very happy!!!

Booked a 2 day istanbul epass for a short trip.when booked you are sent a huge list of attractions with times ,meeting places and direction on how to get there.we packed in lots in the 2 days as we were able to plan our days in advance.some attractions have to be booked other just show up on the time and meet your guide.the guide we met were nice and helpful and informative.we had great back up from the company for the time we were there.all it took was a whatsapp meesage to them with any problems or questions and we got a prompt reply.i even muddled up the dates no problem all it took was a whatsapp message and it was sorted.its a long time sine we experienced customer service like this and the were really nice people too.

We bought the 5-day E pass for our first visit to Istanbul. Having the pass really helped us with planning our itinerary and choosing activities and sights for our time in the city. You have to be on time for the guided tours, but that gave us clarity on planning our timings for each day. Some of the tours were more detailed than others. The Topkapi Palace one was particularly good and detailed, and lasted a long time, whereas others were just a shorter introduction before you went inside (eg Blue Mosque). But it was always helpful to get that extra context about the sites, and most of the time the E pass allowed us to skip the queues. We saw the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi (including Hagia Irene), Chora Museum (Kariye Mosque), Dolmabahce Palace, and Basilica Cistern. We also took some of the evening boat trips and went to the musical (which was fine as it was free with our pass but wouldn’t have been worth the ticket price if I’d had to pay to see it). And we used the free bus from the airport. We did the sums and figured out that we’d probably saved about €150 each so we got our money’s worth. The customer service on WhatsApp were really responsive and helpful too, sorting out my problem when there was a mix up with the dates I’d booked. I’d say this is a solid way to see the main sights easily for a first time visitor to Istanbul.
