Istanbul Airport Transfer - Round Trip

I’ve been using this service for years, but last month and this month, they forgot arranging my return trip to the airport. I even sent a text by WhatsApp for reconfirmation, they replied me “Confirmed” but no pickup shown up. One-way reservation is fine but the return trip is not trustworthy. Very Disappointed. I will find better, more trustworthy service next time.

Reliable service re timing and drive, but with varying standards of cars. Also with price adjustment upward vs web page booking. One great car from airport and a bit substandard to airport.

Worst. I booked round trip but as per you it was one way. There is no communication. You can’t be reached

Unreliable - van didn’t show up! I’ve used this service from the airport to the city before. The vans are filthy dirty. I mean run down and filthy to the extent that I was u comfortable even sitting in one last time. However, they had been reliable since they are at the airport 24/7 so I stuck with them. This time I arranged my return to the airport as well and guess what? The car never showed up. I contacted the dispatcher number and all he texted is the driver isn’t picking up and that he’s very sorry. Thank God I was able to get a cab off the street. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE COMPANY. Imagine missing your long-haul flight after being willing to pay premium price for peace of mind and a smooth ride.

The location to meeting place was far at the end of the airport . To far after a long day of travel. . To much caos and wait time to long. Not the best service , however the driver was very good and the ride was comfortable.

My departure from Istanbul was at 3:00 AM, and the car was waiting for me at the scheduled time. The airport trip was smooth, and the driver helped with my luggage. Upon my return to Istanbul, my flight was delayed by six hours. The support team at VIP Turkey Transfer informed me about the change in pickup time before I even received an email from the airline. They adjusted the pickup time accordingly. When I arrived at the airport, my luggage was delayed, and I asked the driver to wait for me. He waited for over an hour and a half. Excellent service and outstanding support.

I always use this service when I visit Istanbul. Staffs are friendly and return pickup is very accurate. More affordable than taxi ride but much more comfortable and luxurious.

Excellent service throughout 💯 recommended. The customer service is very excellent and they keep you reminded of your pick up time from the airport to hotel and vise verser. The prices are cheap compared to what is advertised at the hotel reception

The worst airport transfer I have ever taken. Found the needed spot with no trouble. Then we were escorted to an elevator and the guy hit a floor number and then stepped out of the elevator. When we got to the floor the guy was no where to be found. So we stood around for about 15 minutes hoping we would find him. We finally spotted him and asked him where the driver is. He said that it will be another 10-15 minutes. Finally when the van pulled it up it didn’t look like the picture on the reservation. We stepped into the van and it smelled like rotting fruit and there were about 10 flies swarming the van inside. The driver closed the door and started driving and there was no where for the flies to go. We finally asked him to open his front passenger windows hoping some of them would fly out, but the 1 hour transfer to the hotel during rush hour was filled with a nasty smell and flies swarming all around us. I would not have taken the return back but seeming that we had already paid for a round trip transfer my husband insisted that the return will hopefully be better. We confirmed our transfer from the hotel back to the airport the night before and to have the driver meet us at 8am. Hoping this time the experience will be better. It was just as bad. The driver was there waiting for us downstairs, I settled the bill with the front desk and the bags were being loaded on the van and I told the driver that my husband is on his way down. I looked at my watch and it said 8:05am. The driver began to yell at me and get mad that he was not there. I told him that he is in the elevator coming down and he started getting rude and saying something in Turkish. I told him that it’s only been 5 minutes and it’s not a big deal. The driver was rude and his behavior was unacceptable and it was apparent he was acting like this because I was a women. As soon as my husband appeared his demeanor changed and said oh it’s okay. The bellman was embarrassed and apologized to me as he knew the driver was being inappropriate. If you are thinking about booking this transfer don’t. I have travelled all over the world and never had an experience like this before. I would have rather paid more and booked a round trip transfer with the hotel.

Fantastic and fast service, the car was beautiful, driver was nice and friendly and arrived on time. I cannot fault them at all.

Took a little minute for them to come, but the driver was really nice! Let us play some music from his phone and made us feel comfortable

arrived at istanbuhl airport for a 7 a.m; pick up and transportation to our hotel. came out of baggage claim at 6:50 a.m, could not find a driver. had to arrange our own transportation to hotel.

The driver was excellent! He has his translation app on to communicate with the passengers which was a pleasant surprise.

Drivers were very courteous and right on time. Vehicle was very nice. The agency communicated exactly where to meet them at the airport and a couple days later they communicated what time they would pick us up to return to the airport.

I was told by Viator rep that the driver would meet me at the exit after customs but luckily VIP Transport sent me instructions to go outside of terminal and look for a stand. The rep told me the company uses only Mercedes C Class cars but I was placed in an old dirty shuttle vehicle with some torn seats. Had to wait for the driver about 15 minutes after the local rep called in I was there. No water was in the vehicle which also was promised. Paid a premium so would have been more economical to have gotten a taxi. But hey, I was driven to the hotel without incident.

Our driver from VIP Turkey Transfer, was excellent! He was professional and showed up early, giving us the opportunity to leave before the agreed upon time or leave a few minutes early. It was really a pleasant experience.

Arrived at airport to discover that our transport was waiting at a different airport. Unable to contact them as I had no WiFi and phone service was unavailable so we had to arrange our own transport. They text to tell us to be ready at 04.30 for our return trip (10.30 flight!) but they didn't turn up. Hotel contacted them - they said that they didn't have a booking for us, so again we had to have a taxi. Extra cost on top of the original fee. Very poor service

This company was really easy to work with. We had a last minute request for a bigger car and as we had additional luggage on the way back and they sent a larger vehicle at no extra cost. Top notch service, timely, respectful and courteous. Also it is very reasonable compared to the cost offered for airport transfer through our hotel.

This service was amazing and extremely reasonable. The driver and company did a great job communicating ahead of time and also easy to work with. We asked for a bigger car as we had more suitcases on our way back and they sent a larger vehicle at no extra charge. Highly recommend them, as my family felt like a VIP!

Worst experience I have ever had! Made me and my elderly mother wait in the freezing cold and snow for ages when we had pre-booked a transfer, started being aggressive and rude when we asked how much longer we would have to wait. On the way back , the driver came to collect us earlier than the time booked and started getting abusive when we requested he waited ten minutes. He could see we were checking out of the hotel. He then started being rude to the lovely receptionist then drove so fast all the way to the airport nearly having a car accident due to driving carelessly. At the last minute expected a further £5 more and claimed he had no change to give us back and started shouting at the airport. I paid £6k for this holiday with my mum who is not well and money was not an issue. We were willing to pay more for a high standard of service. The experience with the transfer company ruined the ending of our holiday. There are far better transfer companies in Turkey. Avoid at all cost!

Great service at reasonable price. Nice and clean vehicles. We had round trip transfer and the pick up from hotel back to airport was on time even a little easily. We appreciated that.

With exception some initial confusion when we arrived the drivers we had over the 2 days were on time, courteous and safely got us around a busy city and back to the airport. The office staff was easy to communicate with and followed up with us throughout. My only concern was that neither driver spoke English but the staff did a good job of coordinating communication between us.

I booked this service due to the reviews of here at TripAdvisor, and my decision was right. Once I booked thru their website, they started contacting me by WhatsApp which is very convenient for me because the in-flight Wi-Fi is free at United Airlines so I could communicating with them during my flight. Before starting my trip they sent me how to find the driver. The driver was not waiting for me at the arrival hall, I was instructed exist from the door #13 and find the sign of “M55.” Then there is a “middle man” at M55 sign board and he called my driver right away. I totally understand this situation because Istanbul Airport has a security gate if someone enter the building. Once I’ve met with my driver, he greeted me, load my bags in the large minivan, then opened the slide door and welcomed me. The Mercedes minivan has luxurious leather seats for 6 passengers but I was the only passenger, so I felt a bit guilty somehow. On the return trip, same driver shown up my hotel in the early morning, even he was waiting for me at the hotel entrance 10-15 minutes earlier the time I requested. Overall, they gave me decent amount of message via WhatsApp in a right time manner, and the driver was safely transferring me between the airport and the hotel. I got a very positive impression and felt trustworthy by their services. After this trip, I rebooked their service for my next trip in January next year, and I will keep asking them to carry me every time when I go to Istanbul.
