Excellent Help During My Travels This was another very positive experience with a private airport transfer in Istanbul. I was traveling between destinations on a busy international trip, and having reliable transportation was extremely important. This transfer service was a big help and made my travel day much easier. I really appreciated having the transportation arranged instead of having to deal with finding a taxi or figuring everything out on my own. The service helped take a lot of stress out of the day, and I was grateful for the assistance. Good Service Overall — Make Sure You Read the Instructions My experience with this airport transfer started off a little confusing and stressful, but after reflecting on everything, I realized that part of the problem was my own misunderstanding. I hadn't paid close enough attention to all the pickup instructions, and I take responsibility for that. I also initially underestimated the distance from the airport to my destination, which wasn't the company's fault. Although I think the pickup process could be explained a little more clearly, the overall experience was much better than my first impression. I appreciate the service and getting to my destination safely. My advice to future travelers is to carefully read all the pickup instructions before arriving. Overall, a good experience, and I would recommend the service.

I hate being rushed when I’m traveling. Our driver was a little early and got us to the SAW airport efficiently and comfortably.

Clarify where to be picked up from at the airport. We got off the plane and had no idea where we were going to be picked up! We finally asked some private drivers and they suggested a meeting point, but that was after we had wandered around for ages. It would help to have exact location communicated.

Very unorganized process at meeting point. Others arriving after us were accommodated before us - had to keep reminding them we still needed our car assigned. Finally in a vehicle with a driver that spoke no English and was on his cell phone during the whole trip. Car was dirty and old. Would not recommend this company. Not sure I will use a Viator transfer service again based on this experience.

The instruction on viator is not correct. It says between column 12 and 13. Actually it’s between 9 and 10. When we complained, the guy who should meet us just said I’m too tired! Ridiculous! The mini van doesn’t have air conditioning and dropped us off at the wrong location! We need to carry our luggage walk around the hotel to get to the entrance. This is the worst pickup I’ve ever had.

My transfer driver was helpful, on time and felt trustworthy, unlike my previous experiences with the taxi cabs.

Disaster to start with. Told a sign bearer would wait at Gate 14. Alas, no gate 14. A tout suggested Gate 13. At 13 there was a sign but no pick-up. Another tout called the pickup company and told us to wait. A messenger arrived some 10 mins later and took us to the SUV a floor below. Smooth ride thereafter

Driver was on time, comfortable vehicle. Very clean. Easy to communicate with via translator telephone app.

The driver showed up early. He was professional, had an immaculate vehicle, provided me with a water and got me to the airport safely and on time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The meeting location is not explained and requires a phone call and WhatsApp message once you get through customs etc. The meeting location is through exit 13. The service was very good; quick and friendly.

Great customer service, pickup was on time. The driver was friendly, the car was clean and comfortable. We had no issues with the experience and the driver drove slower so we could enjoy some bosphorus view. It was pretty fun and pleasant overall and I can say that you get what you pay for. Would recommend it!

They went to wrong hotel. Transfer was 40 minutes late. This was after I explicitly told them which hotel to go to the day before. They seem to have several people using one WhatsApp line to message, but they don’t share notes. Very poor organization. When they finally sent me a driver again 40 minutes late, the driver was going to take me to the wrong airport. The back up driver’s bus was freezing cold no heater and had to ask him to close the windows. Crazy. I respectfully asked for a discount. So they told me to cancel my other Viator transfers with them and proceeded to try and make me pay 50EU which is more than what I paid through Viator. Super shady! Don’t use. They’re so many more good transfers in Istanbul. Also, always use Viator or these guys will take advantage.

Driver came early. Lots of room for luggage. Got us to the airport on time. Very polite. Would do this again.

Driver was on time and met us in the lobby of the hotel. Drive was quick and easy and dropped us off right where we needed to be.

Our driver was waiting for us and easy to find. The car was very comfortable except that the AC wasn't on. Delivered us to our hotel without any issues.

Driver arrived nearly a hour late and was difficult to find. He did not come into the airport and was parked in a carpark across the road that was difficult to find

They have really good and quick customer service But there cars are really trash the car has driven us to the Istanbul AirPort was really Dirty and Really old car it is much better and cheaper to take taxi and also taxi will be more comfortable and clean

When we arrived, we were told to go to Gate 8 which was quite a long walk. When we got there, no one was around. I tried calling the tour number, but it was out of service, which wasn’t a good sign. Eventually, they messaged me through WhatsApp after I reached out via Viator and told us to head to Gate 14 another long walk. By this time, we had already been waiting about 30 minutes, and I was starting to worry about being late. Once we arrived at Gate 14, we had to wait again, then were taken downstairs to wait some more. We were told the van had arrived, but it hadn’t. Finally, the van did show up, and the ride itself was very comfortable. The driver was great and got us to our hotel smoothly. To their credit, the company offered a discount on our return trip to make up for the delay, which I appreciated. Hopefully, the second ride goes more smoothly but the start of our trip was definitely stressful and not very organized.

airport taxi was well organised and easy to locate pick up point. The actual car was clean, spacious, and had star lights on the inside roof. Very pretty.

Other than having issues finding our meeting point and person to check us in for our driver, experience was good. Vehicle was clean and comfortable , driver was pleasant and dropped us off right at our destination.

Take a taxi! It’s much quicker! We waited 45 minutes and had to push our bags through the parking lot and into an elevator just to wait some more.

It took 30 minutes for the ride to arrive at the airport. Car broke down on the way into town. Driver was friendly though.

The transportation service was great, they were very punctual! They were very earrings of us called us the previous day and they sent us text message. The driver was very dear and even put a very nice Turkish music and music of our country

The drive was okay, but the 20+ minute wait in a cold parking garage was not okay. The driver didn't know exactly where to go or exactly how to get there which resulted in us being left off about a quarter mile from our place. Normally okay, but pulling three girls worth of luggage through hilly, crowded, cobble stone streets has the potential to make your blood boil. In the end, we got there, but for more money and less efficiently than a normal taxi would have been.

Reservations were made long in advance. Yet we waited in the cold and rainy night for a very beat up van that was dirty and smelled of smoke. Driver indifferent and spent most his time on the phone. No water on board as promised. Welcome to Istanbul !

Little bit chaotic on arrival when you finally arrive at Istanbul International airport.Its a huge terminal and took a good hour and 20 minutes from getting off the plane clear passport control and pick up bags before we made it to the meeting point.

Fast, friendly and very easy to follow instructions to find driver. I had no problems with my ride. Highly recommend

Awful Couldn't find a driver and it cost me double by a different private car. Directions were unclear and I've found my drivers all over the world with no problem. There are no directions in the airport and it's really confusing

Everything went as planned river spoke almost no English so communicating about ac was impossible. Bottled water: half full. Ugh

Reliable Service, kept updated with easy to follow instructions. They sent details via whatsapp with a video on where to meet which helped a lot.

On time and driver was very professional, helped me carry my luggage into the hotel, the road was cut off for taxis so he walked with the luggage for about a block.

I booked this service via Viator. There was a serious lack of communication and poor directions provided regarding pickup. The company kept texting and calling from different numbers (3). They were also intermittently communicating via the Viator chat feature. It was almost as if they were intentionally scattering communications to avoid having to fulfill the service for which they had been paid. After being given the runaround by at least two different people who were texting, I finally secured alternative transportation. The sporadic communication and contradicting meeting directions felt extremely unsafe. Additionally, they refused to refund my money and told Viator that I was a “no show”. I do not recommend this service for anyone and especially not for solo women travelers.

Pick up point could have been easier to find. Had to wind through the airport for a while Car was clean and driver pleasant..

There was no water. Empty bottles in the holder. No signs for your name you had to tell them your names The wait was long. And the drive was suppose to take 24 to 30mins it took 1 hour and 10mins the drive got lost twice . I had to ask my daughter to send a location tracker on the van . Driver didn't not understand english.

Pretty easy deal. They sent me a video via WhatsApp about where to go and what to do in order to hook up with them. Van was very nice. Driver didn't speak English but that was OK. He was a little old and slow but we got to our destination just fine
