Istanbul Airport Private Arrival Transfer

Nice van and driver. Another person meets you just outside baggage claim at a numbered sign and guides you to your driver.

It was a disaster we were taken down to where all the transfer cars wait but we waited an hour down there. The guy originally matching us to our driver left us with someone else then he disappeared on us without telling us someone else now trying to match us. Then at guy also disappeared. 1.5 hrs later. My daughter has special needs and needed a wheelchair but the airport take that away so she had to stand this whole time causing lots of distress and pain. It was organised laps but for some reason we were the only people left waiting for a driver. We watched so many people come after us but leave before us.

This company waited for me after a 1.5 hour delay at the airport. The wheelchair assistance did not show up for a long time (big problem with Turkish Airlines at IST airport). Upon booking, they immediately sent a WhatsApp text with instructions on where to meet and contact information in case I needed them. Excellent communication. Upon exiting the airport, the representative greeted me and a few other passenger and brought me to driver within an acceptable period of time.

I wish ai could score "0" stars! Poor communication and was not there for pick up! Resulted in loss of money as I had to book an Uber and decreased time in the city as I was only there for a very short layover.

This vendor received us at the arrivals, and had us walk down all the way to the meeting point, quite a walk. And after we get there and wait over 30 mins, total time being about 45 mins. We are rudely told that they dont have a car/driver for us and we can do what we want and take a taxi and leave. So we did. I had young kids with me and what would've been better is to tell me straight at the arrival point that they dont have a car. Why waste 45 mins of my time and make us walk & drag our luggage all the way across to parking/meeting?

Once at IST airport, easy to follow pick up directions in advance. Our driver was waiting and off we went to our hotel, a 45-minute drive. Good value for the services provided.

It seemed a little sketchy. But everything was OK. The driver was very nice. Very comfortable ride. We easily got to our hotel even if we took some really extraordinary side streets.

Very smooth travel experience. They gave us detailed meet up instructions before we arrived that were easy to follow. Our flight schedule changed and they were able to accommodate our new arrival time. The van was spacious and clean and driver very nice. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Pleasurable and stress-free journey to our hotel from the airport. Courteous English-speaking driver in a luxuriously appointed Mercedes van with individual bottles of water provided for the trip. Great value and great service!

having never been to turkey before, this was a reliable, safe option to get us to our hotel after traveling from the US. meeting point was clear, and staff was friendly. we had to wait about 5 minutes then were on our way.

This was a really simply booking process and clear instructions were sent via WhatsApp after the booking so I never felt unsure of the process. I waited a bit in the cold for the driver but honestly it was nice to be in the fresh air after so many hours of travel. The driver didn’t speak much, if any English, but he was very nice and the ride was comfortable, respectful, and fast.

Waiting outside by the pick up sign in the cold was not good and security did not allow you to go back into the warm airport. The sign man should also carry a sign as other tours

Sorry to say but the communication did not come thru as I did not have wifi on my phone during the flight and the tour operator did not send iMessage they only do WhatsApp so I never saw the msgs even when I was in the terminal after getting our bags from baggage claim. Secondly, the program description said the driver will meet us after the flight but no one met us. We had to pay a Bulgarian man E20 (euros) who could speak the local language to help us locate the driver who was parked in the parking lot upstairs across from the terminal. How would we know that? They should have the driver meet the passenges when they exit the baggage area. So needless to say the service was not seamless, it was confusing, and later when I suggested to the tour operator to send instructions also on the msg app for tourists who don't have local wifi, he said they have been doing it this way and he didn't want to change. Anyway after I checked into the hotel and got wifi then I saw the tour operator's msgs. But by then it was too late! They can't assume everyone will have wifi and WhatsApp, and the driver should meet passengers in the terminal and escort them to his car bc it is not easy to find him otherwise.

Very good value in spacious car with good helpful driver. Clear instructions were provided on the location of the meeting point. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes till we were directed to the actual pickup area- with several other groups of travelers who had similar arrangements. At bit chaotic at the meeting point with many cigarette smokers despite dozens of no smoking signs but overall a good experience which I would book again.

We can’t find where to meet up. And I got message back at 8:20 PM for the direction, and our pickup time was 4:30 PM the same day..

Overall, extremely satisfied. The ease of reservation for the airport pick up, good communication with updates prior to the pick up date and good arrangement's and clear instructions about pick up at the airport, clean and comfortable vehicle and friendliness of the driver were excellent.

When leaving the airport head for gate 14. Look for the code on the signs just outside the door. Give your name and a driver will come for you. We were sleep deprived so this part didn’t go as well for us. Good price for airport transportation. Our flight was delayed by hours but they still took us to our hotel. WhatsApp helped in communicating.

Driver was in time. However vehicle was in bad condition. It was making rattling sound and we were worried that it may breakdown anytime. He could not keep up with the traffic. We thank God that we reached hotel somehow. Airport is almost 50km drive to Hotel ( Fatih District where all historical sites are located). It is long drive. To start your arrival in new country after tiring journey was not a good experience.

Operator was friendly but dishonest and lied to me about whereabouts of driver. I waited an hour in the rain for my ride to show up. You’re better off just getting a uber tbh, was around the same price. I learned my lesson for next time.

Good service and driver at Istanbul airport. You need to check in at the outside counter to get them to call the car and about 20 mins later they take you there. With the heavy traffic in Istanbul this is a better choice than a taxi

I would NOT recommend this service is Istanbul. Terribly unorganized and a very long wait - over an hour.

They contacted me well in advance of arrival with meeting instructions and upon arrival, texted to see where I. was ( long wait for baggage) Easy, efficient and nice van to my hotel.

Everything was perfect! We felt very safe, the car was super elegant and spacious, the driver waited for us with our names on paper so we could now exactly where to go and with whom. I totally recommend booking with them! It was also the most cheaper one for a private transfer! I would totally book with them again.

The driver was good. Prior to meeting the driver we had a check in attendant who was rude. He should be FIRED!!!

Didn't confirm where we were going at pickup and ended up trying to drop us at the wrong location - a raggedy, abandoned storefront - even though I had given them the precise address when I made the reservation. He never spoke a word to us, seemed unfriendly, and was in a great hurry; had our bags out at the wrong spot before we had a chance to react. Did get us to the correct place in the end, but it was not the greatest experience.

Driver was nice, but waited nearly an hour outside for the transport to arrive. Should’ve just booked a yellow taxi on Uber. Would’ve been cheaper and faster.

Be prepared, we understand logistics is complicated however, communications among all parties involved for a smooth transfer should be handled better. We waited an hour for our scheduled pick up service to arrive at the airport. We give a four because our driver was very gentle and carefully driving.

Good communication prior to landing, clear instructions in finding the spot, but a little shaky when they escort you to a different area of the airport without explanation of the process. Worked out in the end, but felt very unsure during the moment.

Very long walk to customs - 10- 12 minutes. The car service situation was chaotic- took 45 min to get car and exit. Driver asked for a tip during the drive to hotel.
