Just like the other reviews. I sent confirmation of pickup and they didn’t respond. I talked with Viator and they contacted them, but somehow Viator still screwed up as well and gave me confirmation for pickup at a hotel in a completely different country and the wrong flight information. I had to pay for another driver to get me to my airport.

Never ever ride with this company. They did not go through my email and I did not have WhatsApp and did not pick us up and will not give me my money back. We had to catch somebody else because they where not there when we made it to the meeting place and Viator will not give us our money back and I do not have 89 plus to just give them because they sent to a wrong WhatsApp. I did not get WhatsApp until we landed and talked to Viator and there was not a message in my WhatsApp. Never ever have I being not happy with Viator. But for some reason they are not handling this problem. They need to not work with this company if they are not treating their customers right. Who do I need to contact to get our funds back because they did not render a service to us.

I waited 50 mins for my cab with my family outside freezing in the cold. Never take these guys again

The Vehicle was very dirty and old! The driver was late, too. This was the worst vehicle I have ever experienced for a private transfer. It was a little less than others, so I guess I got what I paid for!!!! I also didn't feel safe during the trip, because the driver was going way over the speed limit. I had to insist he slow down.

I booked an airport transfer and paid. They did not show up and I had to then pay a taxi. The phone number they supply is incorrect and they do not answer messages. Completely fraudulent. DO NOT USE

Paid ahead for vip service to airport $70.00 Beham texted be on time. We are still waiting . It’s after 15:00. Getting a taxi after all. Wish I had been given notice. The phone number I called was not I service.

Driver never showed up. We almost did not make our flight and had to make last minute alternative arrangements.

The handsome young man was there as promised and he was most delightful. He certainly knew his way around by taking many little side roads in order to avoid heavy traffic. All in all , a job well done.

I reached out multiple times through this app to confirm a pickup time. Did not hear back from the tour provider. Called Viator the day before to request a refund for this reason. I have an email granting the cancellation but two weeks later still no refund. My hotel tried to contact the tour provider and the number was out of service! Do not book this transfer!!!

Driver was right on time after some confusion as to the date. I kept getting messages asking where we were the day before. I messaged saying it was for the next day. They confirmed pretty quickly that yes, they would be there the next day.

Everything went smoothly and we had plenty of time at the airport to do all that we needed to do..!!

Service supplier is non responsive to app message inquiry to determine exact pick up time. Phone number also doesn’t work. I called Viator and they too said the suppliers phone number doesn’t work. No confidence in arrival of car to pick up to go to airport so I had hotel order me a taxi instead. Disappointing. Wasted booking.

The guy showed up on time and got us to the airport on time. The guy knows Istanbul. NOTE: Use viator private transport and DO NOT take a cab. The cab drivers are cheats!! I got cheated out of $50 us on a trip to the old city walls. STAY OUT OF THE CABS! They are safe, but they will cheat you.

Excellent service, I would recommend this to everyone that loves the “ease of mind” while traveling. The driver was friendly and on time. We got to the airport with plenty of time.

The driver arrived 15 minutes early which was fine but the issue that I was not to happy about was the driver was smoking a cigarette. Wife was not happy about it too .Driver’s I feel should be considerate when the passengers are in the car smoke if they need when out of the car so the car doesn’t smell like cigarette . I don’t want the drivers to get into trouble but car company should have no smoking in car policy.

Driver came early in a yellow taxi looking car but without any markings. Got us to the airport it was a yellow Mercedes car. Double the price if I had just taken a regular taxi. Viator was double the price but just gave you the peace of mind that there’s a record of who picked you up and security that you don’t get scammed.

Prompt collection from our hotel in Sultan Ahmet and a hassle-free drive to Istanbul airport. Helpful and friendly driver too.

The only reason I'm giving this driver a 3-Star is because he was right on time, however, his driving habits are extremely dangerous. It was 11 PM, plenty of time to get to airport, but he was driving driving at least 60 miles on the streets & about 90 on the highway. To top it all, safety belts were not functioning & he spoke ZERO English. We have used Viator several times in the past, never an issue, this time it was horrible.

We had booked this airport transfer a month ago and due to travel changes, had to change our schedule. The operator was very helpful and revised our trip making our travel much easier.

Driver was 30 minutes late to the pickup. The hotel was getting concerned and was coordinating a taxi when the driver showed up. He drove quickly and got us to the airport safely.

Great choice to get the pickup and private transfer. Cabbies / Uber drivers in Istanbul are often shady and unreliable. This was the complete opposite, arrived on time, was so nice and helpful. Am super happy we booked this for our early morning flight!

On time. Lovely car. Pleasant driver. Would recommend getting your pickup time confirmed just for peace of mind, easily done, just text or chat online with them.

We had a great pick up our driver arrived a little early but told us not to rush. He then let us sit while he filled the car with luggage. The mini van was beautifully clean inside and out. They had charging points with cables and hand sanitizer. The one and only down side to our trip was that the driver smoked!! Everywhere in Istanbul they SMOKE!
