This promised a ferry. The ride was only 35 minutes. HALF of my view on RHS of bus, was side of trucks or commercial areas. The Green Mosque was not featured and there was no commentary on Byzantine architecture or history which is a major oversight in this UNESCO area. There was not enough time in Cumazalic village to be able to go up side alleys to avoid souvenir stalls. Too much time in locum shop which did NOT demonstrate process

This tour gave us the opportunity to get to know both the history and culture of Bursa up close. Cumalıkızık Village felt like a journey through time. Spending time in the historical atmosphere of Koza Han was very enjoyable. Visiting the tombs of Osman Gazi and Orhan Gazi allowed us to experience the founding story of the Ottoman Empire firsthand. The Grand Mosque, with its grandeur and peaceful atmosphere, was one of the most impressive stops of the day. Our guide shared interesting information at every point, and everything proceeded smoothly throughout the tour. It's definitely an experience not to be missed for those visiting Bursa for the first time
It was a very enjoyable, fulfilling, and informative tour of Bursa. The historical atmosphere of Cumalıkızık and the tranquility of Kozahan were wonderful. The pace of the tour was just right. We had a very rich day, both historically and culturally.
It offered both delicious food and magnificent views. Our guide was very friendly and gave us a lot of interesting information throughout the tour. We had a very enjoyable day.
We had the opportunity to discover both the natural and historical beauties of Bursa. The cable car ride and nature walks were very enjoyable. Lunch was delicious too. Our guide was very knowledgeable and accompanied us throughout the tour.
Great escape from the hustle and bustle of istanbul. the transportation was very comfortable and the guide was fantastic. the lunch included in the tour was absolutely delicious and authentic. seeing the giant historical tree was also a highlight.
The absolute worst day tour I have ever taken. On a bus filled with families, and lots of children, the tour ran hours late. We did not arrive back in Istanbul until close to midnight, about 5 hours later than had been indicated, and there had been no provision for people to have dinner. Children (and adults) were starving. The Turkish factory was just a cheap shop with a sales pitch. And the Turkish Delight was terrible -- had much better at stores in Istanbul. Same for the jam store. Never saw the sports in Bursa. And when returning, the guy leading the tour turned on loud techno music. Just ridiculously poor all the way around.
My family and I went on a tour of Bursa and we were really pleased. The guide and driver were polite and professional. The lunch was lovely. Our time in Uludağ was wonderful; there was a magnificent snow view. The cable car ride was also amazing. It was the first time I'd ever ridden such a long cable car. I highly recommend it.
Never book any tour with this company. They sell their tour on getyourguide as bursa natural tour. The reasons i would suggest you to avoid this tour company are lack of customer empathy, transparency and threatening the customer based on race, nationality.I had booked this tour on getyourguide but on the morning of tour i was told my pickup location was 2km away and i would not be offered hotel pickup as promised on getyourguide app.I requested for atleast nearby pickup but the operator declined. When i told him that i would give feedback on getyourguide that pickup not done as per promise,he abruptly cancelled my tour 20 minutes before the tour. After cancelling my tour he went on to abuse me based on my nationality and told he organises several such tours everyday.I took bursa tour next day and i was offered hotel pickup by another company. So i am attaching the pictures if conversation, the getyourguide tour picture. Please save yourself from mr mahsun and book with another company
Sounded so exciting but nothing exciting about it. Was not told I needed a passport for this tour but luckily I had a copy on my phone. Drove for most of the tour. Stopped ever 30 minutes so guide could have a smoke. Guide was rude and arrogant and screamed at clients when they asked a question. 30 minutes on the cable car was about the only real fun thing on this trip. Did many things that were not mentioned on itinerary i.e.. stopped at many shops so that we could buy expensive things that the guide would get commission for. Extra activities should've been established before getting to activity so that we would not waste time driving there and could maybe do something else that would interest us all. Guide had no passion. Thought I would die that day with how the driver drove. Please put additional activities in itinerary with prices in the exclusion section. Food was not great and most clients felt sick after the meal...poor quality. Luckily I told the guide that I was vegetarian before the lunch which he was not happy about. I did tell the agency but they obviously didn't get the message to him. I know my group was not happy. People I met on this tour made it bearable. Oh before I forget, it took about 3 bus changes to get onto the actual bus which was transporting us. Late arrival for pickup...so I missed breakfast.
The tour was well conducted with the tour guide namely Burak was very friendly and helpful. He had everything in his control throughout the tour in terms of maintaining the time, special requests etc...Lunch was good and tasty...A big thumbs up for Burak, the tour guide and overall your.
Ok, but it would have been better if they had given more priorities on site seeing rather than their preferred shopping point stops. These stops wasted a lot of time and ended up reaching the green mosque at drak. There was no cable car it was a short chairlift ride. This was disappointing has well.
DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS BELOW. This company is the same as the ones conducting the Bursa day “tours” with terrible reviews on Viator. This “tour” is basically a scam to get you to spend money at tourist traps which is apparently common for these day tours to Bursa from Istanbul. We started around 30 mins later than expected. It was 9:30 am by the time everyone has been picked up but there were also some passengers that were asked to move to a different bus because there were too many people (which required us to stop for a few mins). The activity description says that the group size is 25. However, on the day we had 38. It was a 1 hour bus ride to the ferry terminal, 40 mins ferry ride and another hour to reach the first stop - an ATV/safari (600-1000 liras) where you have to pay to participate or wait around for an hour. Second stop was a Turkish delight shop (it was barely a factory but literally a shop with Turkish delights and baklava like what you see in Istanbul already) - wasted 40 mins here. Third stop was a tiny jam shop - wasted another 20 mins. Fourth stop was a rushed 15 min photo op with an old tree. Fifth stop was “lunch” at 4pm where we were rushed to finish our meal within 20 mins and barely got a bathroom break. Mind you, it was nearly 5pm and we haven’t even reached any meaningful stops in Uludağ or Bursa yet. Sixth stop was finally in Uludağ but there’s nothing to see or do unless you pay again in cash to ride a chairlift to the top (350 liras in cash) for another photo op (which gives you probably 10-15 mins max at the top). Otherwise, you wait around for 40 mins. Seventh stop was finally the cable car ride which lasted 10 mins max. Eighth stop was a silk shop where we wasted another 40 mins and was told to go to the green mosque ourselves if we wanted to. Don’t bother going on this tour. The lunch is fixed and if you want to try Iskender which is what Bursa is famous for, don’t even bother expecting to try it. The “lunch” was chicken kofte with no other options. Everything was pre-made for you to literally sit down, eat and go to the bathroom within 20 mins. We spent more time on the bus and these tourist traps than actual Bursa/Uludağ. Don’t waste your time and money. The guide wasn’t even Turkish - the local Turkish person with us was very upset that she couldn’t even talk to him in Turkish. We got back to Istanbul just after 10pm. Between these stops you’re just on the bus driving for 30mins-2 hours. Bring food and water since you won’t have a chance to eat until around 4pm. You might also only get 2-3 bathroom breaks so be prepared. If I was travelling with friends or family, I’d do it differently and either get a private tour or drive there. You don’t see Bursa or Uludağ at all - not the city centre, not the beautiful sites you see online, you won’t even be able to try Iskender. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
It was great to go to the top of Uludağ and enjoy nature. It was also very enjoyable to visit the historical places of Bursa and eat delicious food. Our guide was very friendly and helped us a lot throughout the tour.
It was a perfect choice for nature lovers. The breathtaking views of Uludağ were truly fascinating. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot throughout the tour.
Great guide, lots of information. Was also always clear about when to meet up and where based upon the excursions. Clean bus. Pretty good lunch was included.
My tour to Uludağ was the perfect escape from Istanbul. It was breathtaking to go up to Uludağ by cable car and watch the magnificent view. Snowy peaks, lush green forests and clear lakes... Every corner was a different beauty. I definitely recommend this tour to those who want to be in touch with nature and discover new places.
We made a change at the weekend and joined a tour outside Istanbul. Bursa tour was a very different experience for us. We went to Bursa by bus. We completed part of the way by cable car. The whole city and nature were under our feet. During the tour, we had free time to ski and spend individual time. We had a delicious lunch at the restaurants at the summit and enjoyed the view. The best part of the tour was spending a day surrounded by nature, enjoying winter sports. Uludağ has a clean, exciting and snow-covered atmosphere. It is an ideal tour especially for those who love winter sports.
Bursa Uludag Tour offers a spectacular escape just one day away from Istanbul. Thanks to this tour, we had enough time to enjoy the snowy peaks and the historical city of Bursa. The organization was flawless and every detail was considered. The cable car ride to Uludag was truly breathtaking. Climbing the snow-covered peaks and watching the magnificent view of Bursa left unforgettable memories. We had a day full of free time, sledding fun and snowball fights at the summit.
Since it is snow season now, Bursa has a magnificent view. We tasted the flavors unique to Bursa. The tour was very enjoyable and entertaining. tour guide was professional and helpful. Thank you everyone for this nice service
This tour was ok, but would have been better if we didn’t have to visit a Jam factory or a Turkish delight store, it wasted time and was pointless. The main attraction of of this tour was the green mosque and Uladag mountain. If we could have visited the Tomb of Osman Ghazi then if would have been brilliant. Just be careful when booking these tours.
Incredible landscapes really my trip was very good I recommend them for my part they have 5 stars very grateful for this experience
What an amazing trip. They pick us on the time. The cable car was very nice. I hope we will join this tour again.
Our tour started at the designated time. We didn't have any problems. We took the ferry by car and arrived in Bursa with a pleasant short sea journey. Our tour guide was very professional and helped with everything. We enjoyed the snow in Uludag and had a delicious lunch. Then they dropped us back to our hotel. Thanks for everything
