First Class Airport Transfer Services In Istanbul

Everything was fine. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Excellent transfer service from our hotel to the airport! Everything went smoothly, and the staff were very kind, friendly and professional. We were very happy with the service and would definitely book again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Booking was easy and communication was excellent. The Istanbul Marathon was on so the traffic was very restricted. Our driver picked us up earlier and did a great job in navigating us through the streets to get to the airport. We made our flight much thanks to him. The car was very clean and even had lights on the roof for an added effect, we felt like movie stars! Would highly recommend. And the price was great!

I used this transfer service for both my arrival and return journeys, and everything went really well! The drivers were on time, friendly and professional. The cars were very spacious, luxurious and comfortable, with really nice interior lighting. ✨ Even though I was travelling alone with just one suitcase, there was plenty of space. The communication was also excellent throughout the whole process. They kept in touch with me by messages and phone calls and made sure everything was clear and well organised. I felt that the service was very reliable, and both journeys went smoothly. I’m really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this transfer service! 😊

The driver came earlier and waited for us he was kind and he was driving safely

Serious concern – Accident involving a pregnant passenger and very poor handling by the agency I am extremely disappointed with the way Vehiclize Travel Agency handled our transfer and, in particular, the way they dealt with us after a serious traffic accident. My wife, who is pregnant, and I were passengers in one of their vehicles when we were involved in an accident. Naturally, our first and only concern was the health and safety of my wife and our baby. What was particularly shocking was the agency's initial reaction. We were told that because another vehicle had apparently hit their vehicle from behind, the accident was “not their responsibility” and that they could not cover any medical expenses. Whether their vehicle was hit from the front or from behind is not our concern as passengers. We were inside their vehicle when the accident happened. Their vehicle is insured and they have responsibilities towards the passengers they are transporting. If there is a question regarding who caused the accident, this should be determined by the authorities and the insurance companies. It should not be used as a reason to simply refuse responsibility towards passengers, especially when one of them is pregnant. After a long and repeated insistence from us, the only assistance eventually offered was to take us to a public hospital instead of a private clinic, despite the fact that my wife is pregnant and had just been involved in a traffic accident. This resulted in long waiting times and made an already stressful situation even more difficult. We want to be clear that the driver himself was helpful and cooperative, and we appreciate his attitude during the situation. Our criticism is mainly directed at the management and the way the agency handled the incident. In particular, Halil, the person responsible for the agency, was extremely unpleasant and, in our experience, showed very little responsiveness or concern. His communication was disappointing both during the reservation process and, even more seriously, after the accident. At a moment when we needed clear communication, assistance and reassurance, we instead had to insist repeatedly just to obtain basic assistance. For us, the most concerning aspect is not simply that an accident occurred — accidents can happen. What matters is how a company takes care of its passengers afterwards. We expected the agency to immediately ensure appropriate medical assistance, clearly explain the insurance procedure, contact their insurance company and properly assist us as passengers. Instead, we had to insist repeatedly just to be taken to a hospital. I am sharing this experience to warn other travelers, particularly families and pregnant women, about what happened to us. The driver deserves credit for being helpful, but unfortunately, the handling by the responsible person at the agency was very disappointing. We strongly recommend asking this company in advance about its passenger insurance coverage and exactly what assistance is provided in the event of an accident.

Excellent service. They contact you through WhatsApp the day before the service to give instructions, meeting point, time etc. I used it for the transfer airport-hotel-airport in Istanbul (SAW). The car was for 6 places but wecwere only my wife and myself (very comfortable). If you ask or suggest something they answer you inmediately I recommend this company.
