Exclusive Istanbul: Private Turkish Bath, Sauna, Massage & Pool

This was a fantastic experience. We were greeted by a very nice young man who showed us around the spa and he asked us which order we wanted our services in. We went early so we relaxed in the pool area. We chose to do the bath first so in we went. It was amazing. We did it as a couple and they scrubbed us down to exfoliate then came the soap! The ladies who took care of us were very friendly and explained each step. After being thoroughly rinsed and dried we went into the message room. For such tiny women they were very strong and gave us wonderful messages. I highly recommend this spa! You won’t be disappointed!

We've been to a handful of traditional spas throughout the world, and this is one of the best experiences we had. The host, personnel, facility were warm and hospitable. Very relaxing, reasonably priced, and the added bonus is that The Galata Tower is right around the corner.

Really nice experience, very friendly staff, they adjusted massage pressure for us as beginners so it didn't hurt. Scrub was also amazing, felt refreshed after a long trip. Facilities are clean, sauna was great too. Recommend.

Great way to start our time in Istanbul after a long plane experience. After 41 hours at airport an flying, this is just what we needed.

We were greeted and taken to the lovely spa facilities at the hotel. Given tea and a full explanation of our package and what to expect. The pool and sauna areas were lovely and clean and relaxing. The traditional hammam scrub and foam wash exhilarating and then a soothing massage. All in all a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours in Istanbul.

The experience was exceptional. Took my mom for a relaxing scrub and massage for her birthday and we got just that. Would absolutely recommend. We did the sauna first to open up our pores. Then the bath followed by massage and mini facial. Felt so pampered. There was also lots of offer for teas, water or coffee. Again would absolutely recommend.

Facilities not cared for, steam sauna was not working, there were not fresh towels readily available, the relaxation area covered with damp towels. One comb available for your hair and it was not in Barbicide....so basically a commu al comb....do not waste your money here.

Great guide. Hakam really knew the city and culture. It would take at least a month to really see Istanbul but he helped us make the most of our brief visit.

The facility is top notch, the professionalism is superior, and the experience was amazing! Highly recommend it, While there are private changing areas, all therapists are female and relaxation and pool areas are co-ed. Just wish it had been all male and nudity permitted.

This experience was incredible! We had the best time. The Turkish bath was such a cool experience. The facility itself is super clean. They have showers and everything you’ll need for after the Turkish bath/massage. The woman who checked us in at the spa spoke great English and explained everything to us perfectly. This was a very professional place. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and everytime we go back to Turkey we’ll be getting the Turkish bath. Do not forget to bring a swimsuit with you!

We had booked from 5:30 coming from Asia side of Istanbul which the spa said would not take long using ferry and our previous tour ended at 4. Our tour lasted longer than expected due to it being Saturday and very crowded. Taxi to ferry took much longer also and the 5pm ferry did not arrive until 5:20. The taxi driver said with the traffic we would not get to spa until 6:15 earliest. Our appointment was for 75 minutes with many added extras. Our cruise ship was leaving at 8:15. We were not able to do this appointment and asked for partial refund and was refused. This place could have refunded one of the spa treatments at least.

I had no idea what to expect from a Turkish bath experience. Wow was I surprised. Do NOT leave Istanbul without having this experience. The facility was gorgeous, the staff attentive and as the best money we spent on any experience while in the city.

It was a nice Turkish bath experience for the price. It’s a bit cheaper than some of the fancier baths which can cost around $100 per person, so it’s not as beautiful. But a good price for the experience.

This was a very good experience. The highlight of my time in Istanbul. Sarah the masseuse was fantastic and excellently professional. Melissa at the front desk was also very understanding and accommodating after i arrived late for my appointment due to traffic.

This was my first time to get a Turkish bath and it did not disappoint! I started with a deep tissue massage then a sauna session, and ended with a Turkish bath. I’ve never been more relaxed and felt more clean. Highly recommend

I opted for the deep tissue massage which was just what I needed. I am always confused a bit by the ettiqutte and process, but everyone was helpful. While I did not use the pool after, it was there and I could have stayed for all day if I had wanted.

As a person from the states, this was such a cool experience! Way different than anything I’ve experienced in the US. I loved being bathed with the warm water. I felt like a queen! I was so relaxed after.

I booked this as an excursion on our cruise. It was only after arriving there did I realize that the massage is NOT included! What they describe as a foam massage is nothing more than being leathered up, it is not really a massage. If you go intending to be massaged with oil, that is the way they describe it, this is not the one to book. We had to pay EXTRA. Our booking was for Felicity spa, which is on the lower level of a hotel. It is a 25 minute walk from Galataport UP a pretty steep HILL!!! My experience was negative due to the fact that there was a gentleman who entered the pool with his two small children while I was there. He proceeded to let his children splash (each other and me) and make a lot of noise! Although the manager came in and asked him to control his kids, he told them to make bigger splashes. This pretty much ruined it for me, not the serene environment I was looking for.

The pool area was packed. Sauna room was not operational. Massage was fantastic, scrub and mask were great. Details and instructions to navigate could of been better.

The Istanbul: Private Turkish Bath, Massage, Sauna, and Swimming Pool was the perfect way to relax and unwind during my stay in this beautiful city in Turkey 🇹🇷. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcomed and completely at ease. The facilities were spotless and luxurious – the traditional Turkish bath (hammam) was an incredible experience, combining centuries-old rituals with modern comfort. The exfoliation and foam massage left our skin feeling soft and refreshed, it was preceded by a relaxing full-body massage that melted all the tension away. The sauna and swimming pool were also excellent additions – peaceful, clean, and the perfect complement to the full spa experience.

This experience was a 10/10. I was looking into turkish baths as this was our first time and I am so happy we did this one. The staff were so nice and helpful. I think the key for me and my husband was doing something private because the as a women you not keep her top on. We loved that it was just us. The message was one of the best messages I have ever had. The turkish bath was so cool and different. When we left we kept saying how glad we are that we did it. I would highly recommend!

Overall a great and unique experience! The lady who did my massage and hamam was great and very sweet :) The reception when we arrived was a little cold and instructions were unclear, we sort of just got pushed into the locker room area and weren’t sure where to go after we changed. Note that if you book your reservation for more than one person, it may not be completely private. I booked my sister and I under the same reservation and our massages and hamam were in the same room at the same time. Overall I would still come back, but some clearer instructions in the beginning and also a better viator description including what to expect and what to bring would’ve made this 5 stars.

We enjoyed a fun and relaxing time here. The facIlity is well maintained, clean, and workers are very professional. Will visit again on our next visit.
