Day 1

Begin your tour program at one of Istanbul's greatest architectural masterpieces; Hagia Sophia. This 6th century basilica will stun you with its towering minarets and beautiful handcrafted mosaics.
Head to the Blue Mosque. One of the most famous monuments in all of Turkey, the Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmet Mosque) is a monument to the Ottoman empire and its builders. It gets its name from the more than twenty-thousand Iznik blue tiles that adorn its facade and interior.
You then step back in time a bit to the Hippodrome. Imagine what life might have been like as locals traveled to see the chariot races at this famous sports arena. Take a shopping break as you head to the Grand Bazaar, where you'll have the chance to barter on everything from fine leather goods, to spices and plenty of sweets to satisfy your sweet tooth. After lunch,You will visit the Roman Water Reservoir ; the last monument of the first day. Day Two starts with the Spice Bazaar, a Bosphorus cruise accompanied by your tour guide. Enjoy being treated to several stops along this epic waterway, which divides Europe and Asia. The ferry operates from Eminou, port 3 at Bogaz Hatti. Step onto a traditional boat, with seats on the outside for perfect and unobstructed views of the city around you. We make our first stop at Besiktas, the downtown of European Istanbul. Once the ship sets sail again, pass many lovely houses built along the European Side of the straight. We will pass by huge European Fortresses constructed by Sultan Mehmed II in 1452 before the conquering of Istanbul. After lunch, pass from Bosphorus Bridge to the Asian Continent of The City where you will go to the highest panoramic point of the city; Camlica Hill, from where the whole city is under your feet.

We booked a Bosphorus cruise through this agency and everything was seamless. Emre was incredibly helpful—he arranged our transfer, gave clear instructions, and even checked in during the tour to make sure everything was going well. The boat was clean, the views were stunning, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend booking through them!
We had a fantastic experience with this agency during our time in Istanbul. From start to finish, everything was well organized, professional, and smooth. A special thanks to Emre, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. His communication was clear, his recommendations were spot on, and he genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible. Whether you're booking tours, transfers, or looking for local advice, Emre is the person to talk to. Highly recommended!
Emre was the perfect guide, taking us around the sights of Istanbul. Full of historical information and interesting facts he took us around the Topkapi Palace, the Basilica and Hagia Sofia followed by a traditional Turkish lunch and a private yacht trip up the European and Asian sides of the Bosforous the following day. Fascinated by Istanbul history, our dad thoroughly enjoyed his trip and we had a great time. Highly recommend!!
Emre ONAL was an exceptional guide, we spent 2 full days with him touring Istanbul His knowledge is unequal and we learned so much of the history, politics and future of Istabul and Turkey from him. Be sure to ask for Emre when taking this tour He is the best
Emre our guide was excellent and helped us navigate our way through Istanbul. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Cisterns were fabulous. Day two was spent on the Bosphorus and on the Asian side - again superb- we also enjoyed the Grand Bazaar and Spice Market.
Meeting Emre for our tour we of, course, did not really know how this would go: A private tour for two days with a guide we had never met in a country we had never been. The two-day tour was fantastic. I mean that truthfully. Emre is an experienced guide, quite knowledgeable about all things Istanbul and Turkiye. Any questions we had (many) were answered fully and truthfully from the story of the language and their history to civil and political life in the country. More importantly I had contacted Emre prior to the tour on WhatsApp advising that my wife had some mobility issues, so we needed a slower type of tour (we are both 75). I asked him to design the tour around that condition. Because of his care and concern about my wife's problem the tour design was perfect for her making it more pleasant than she could have expected. The van was very helpful getting from one place to another, avoiding long walks. He asked only once if we wanted to see shopping places for rugs, etc. We said no and we saw none - that was nice for us. Both days we bought lunch for Emre at the type of restaurants we had asked about. This enabled us to spend that time relaxing and just talking Turkey with him casually. I rarely review on Trip Advisor saving it for either dire warnings to others or expressing outstanding service. This was the latter. We owe Emre a debt of gratitude for the time he spent with us. Thank you, Emre!
Very nice guide, who will bring you to see all istanbul main places in two days ! I really enjoyed the tour Emre gave us even though I don't usually like guided tours. Very nice places and a good choice in food as well, I recommend !
Had a lovely tour of Istanbul with Mr Emre and would highly recommend him to all the people visiting
Wonderful visit to Istanbul. Emre was great and took us , not only to see the bsics of Istanbul, but also to some great authentic places so that we could enjoy "the real Istanbul". It was great!
Emre was a great help, very friendly and kind. We could never have negotiated Istanbul without a good guide like Emre and highly recommend him and the tour Discover Istanbul in 2 Days. If we are ever lucky enough to visit again, we would love to have Emre show us around. We were only able to scratch the surface of such an amazing city. Thank you, Sandra Smith and Peter Hubbar
We had 2 wonderful days of exploring Istanbul with my family who were visiting from Boston! Emre was super helpful and had great communication skills to tailor the tour according to our wants and needs. If you would like to see Istanbul with learning lots about culture and history as well as some humor, i would highly recommend this tour:)
This review is not from a 2-day trip, but from a 5-day trip, but it still serves its purpose. What can't you miss in Istanbul? Without a doubt, the Blue Mosque, the most beautiful of all and the best preserved/restored; free admission, which is important in this city because all the paid-for sites are incredibly expensive. It is also important to enter (it is opposite) Hagia Sophia, which in my opinion is not as spectacular, but has an unparalleled historical value. Yes, the entrance is very expensive. But it's worth it (although it's even more expensive) to buy the combined ticket for Hagia Sophia + Museum, because the museum is spectacular, with a video tour of the entire history of the cathedral that is impressive (it's better to watch it before and then go to the cathedral). The Cistern is nice, but it's not worth what they charge (I think €50). The same goes for Topkapi Palace; it's better to see the public part and save the €70 entrance fee. It's also worth taking a stroll through the Balat district, as well as Besiktas. Everything is done quickly and easily on the tram, which runs frequently (you can buy cards that you top up with rides from machines at the stop itself; ask someone who speaks English for help—if you know how—and they'll make it simple). It's highly recommended to book a Bosphorus cruise to the Asian side, and if it includes a tasting menu, even better. It is a beautiful and curious tour that is experienced. A couple of necessary notices: - Don't exchange your money for local currency at the airport, as it's much more expensive. There are plenty of exchange offices in the city with better rates. - Before leaving Spain, disable mobile data on your phone. Otherwise, as soon as you turn it on, it will detect that you're outside the EU and charge you €60 in roaming charges within a second.
Everything perfect!!!! Super friendly and prepared Serdar guide! Super driving! Attentive to our needs and organized the Istanbul tour for 2 days following our requests. He suggested what to visit respecting our times. We walked a lot visiting even less touristy corners. He made us discover the true flavors of Istanbul! I highly recommend Serdar, "Sergio", who also speaks great Italian!
Embre was a special guide. He speaks very good Italian and this helped us in discovering the city without translation difficulties. It allowed us to see the main monuments even in the few days available. It offers precise explanations, available to answer our questions and curiosities, also leaves free time for photos and allows you to enjoy the journey in peace without making runs or stress. Having a guide like Embre allows you to get to know the authentic city, from the point of view of those who live it. No paper guide can convey the humanity and authenticity that a human relationship offers. If you want to enjoy the city with someone to guide you and offer explanations this is certainly a good choice.
We loved Istanbul thanks to Emre and David!! Fully recommended, we did the 2 day tour in Spanish, david speaks it perfect and knows everything.
We enjoyed two days Istanbul with Emre. Both days we were picked up in a van neatly on time at our apartment. Emre took us to Hagia Sophia, the Hippodrome, the blue mosque, the Topkapi palace and the Grand Bazaar, among other places, and we visited some local shops where we got explanations about carpets and about the Turkish delicacies. In between a delicious lunch. The second day we went to the spice bazaar, a very beautiful mosque, the Bosphorus cruise and the Asian part. With these two days we got a good impression of Istanbul. Emre was a very nice guide. He captivated us with stories about the history of Istanbul and the places we were. We've seen so much more through Emre. In addition, he was fun, funny, took time for our questions and gave us plenty of time to look around and take pictures everywhere. We enjoyed the two days and look forward to another visit to Istanbul!
We left (8 friends) from Luxembourg to do 2 days of discovery in Istanbul. In 2 days we did the most things. (Visits museums, mosques, restaurant outings, walk in Bosphorus etc...) Emre is a very available person, kind is patient, as well as his driver who was always with us. We spent two dream days in their company and we were treated like kings. I advise everyone with their eyes closed...
