This tour should be stated as shopping tour. We spent more time shopping than site seeing. It was too cold and weather wasn't cooperating but still, no explanation about the sites (e.g. the tombs or the Green Mosque) but a ton of demonstrations from the stores we were brought to.

It wae an amazing experience everything is on time, tour guide is nice
We enjoyed the trip to Bursa and Uludag. Sightseeing was great too but they could avoid visiting too many shops. Lunch was excellent. We left Bursa approximately 19:30 and returned to ISTANBUL fairly late. Other than that we really enjoyed tour and the guide
was an unforgettable experience. The guide kept the group motivated and helped with everything. The locations were very beautiful.
Loved Bursa ! The tour guide , Nuri , was great . He was knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond at times - he Offered his sunglasses to me for the quad ride . Without the glasses I wouldn’t have managed to drive the quad . Nuri deserves 5 stars regardless of how the tour went ! I took the gold ticket that included the chair lift - which was worth it. The cable car ride down was fun. Had to wait extra 15 min for the bus to reach the bottom as cable car was faster than the bus. One thing that I noticed about this tour was that it included a lot of stops at shops ( baklava ,Turkish delight , soaps , jams , cosmetics , honey ) we ended up buying a lot of things .
Minibus broke down part way up the mountain. Trip was cut short and did not go to Osman and Orhan Tombs as per inclusions. Ferry was not provided to the destination. More time spent in a cramped mini bus which was not appropriate for a long trip like this. Other operators provided a larger bus. More than 3/4 day spent in driving to sales offices. Lunch was very late, substandard, cold with inedible fatty meat. No soft drink or water provided as mentioned in the ads. Cost of 4,000 TL for ATV was not advised up front and sprung on us.
Wasn't explained when I joined tour it would be in English and another language, which isn't a problem, I just thought it was the wrong tour because I didn't understand anything for the first 5 minutes. Too much shopping, the first and only stop on the itinerary was quoted on arrival as 30 minutes, we were there 90. Not enough historical information on the Green Mosque or burial sites. Instead of directing us direct to the Mosque, we were ushered into a historical hamam, but it was just another shopping ploy. Barely had time to visit the sites! Lunch is late afternoon, then another stop at shopping. There was no mention of an optional cost ATV activity, it was fun. But too long taking pictures at the small waterfall. The agency asked me to change dates to avoid traffic, but we sat in traffic for hours and then I couldn't get dropped off where I was picked up due to known road closures.
Tour guide was amazing each and every detail he give on the way to bursa such nice a trip highly recommend to everyone
Well executed travel itinerary, guide was very informative. Gave enough time to visit all attractions
It was extremely cold, a little heads up would have been helpful to wear warm clothes. We didn't enjoy the trip very much and a few things were canceled because the weather wasn't very helpful. Historical and cultural information provided by the guide was minimal, and it felt more like a shopping tour as we made several stops at famous local shops. Overall, it was nice but didn't meet our expectations.
Amazing experience! Even though we couldn’t see the full view because of the rain, the company itself was very helpful, especially Nova Travels.
It was really nice travelling with your company. The plan was managed professionally. Guide was also very polite. Lunch included veg and non veg both. Overall it was great experience.
Thank you Nova tours for arranging this amazing trip to Bursa. We traveled with small kid and it was very convenient for us to explore while our kid enjoyed a lot. This could have been great if we would have some more time in snow but it was still worth for the price we paid.. overall superb experience!!
The full-day trip to Bursa reached all our expectations. It was an unforgettable experience. From the tour operator who contacted me before I arrived , to the guide's service and the activities despite the weather.
I really appreciated the trip. The agency was very professional. They answered all my questions with details. They contacted me in advance for pick up and were on time behind the hotel. During the trip Mahmoud, the tourist guide, was extremely professional. It was clear that he does his job with passion. At every location, he explained the history of the places we visited in Arabic, and he made sure to re-explain everything in English for a participant who does not understand Arabic. He stayed with us during every activity, encouraging everyone to participate. He did not let us alone at all until we safely returned to the hotel. The weather conditions were very bad, with heavy rain throughout the day. Despite this, Mahmoud did his best to ensure we were able to enjoy all available activities. He remained positive and kept his smile until the very end, which made a big difference in our experience. I highly recommend this trip and agency to everyone who wants to enjoy wonderful moments in Istanbul. Thank you very much
Very very disappointing !! Almost a SCAM !! I did pay for a golden package and finally : No ferry ride / No cable car / No chair lift / and the joke was we haven’t been able to get inside the mausoleum just because what wzs matter during that tour it was to do shops !!! And there things were 200/300% more expensive compare to Istanbul !! They told me they will make a refund of 15$ due to the impossibility to have done it alll and well nothing was made !! Lies lies lies
The trip was nice, beautiful landscapes and landmarks and we got to taste and try lots of Turkish food and products. Osman the tourguide explained along the way the landmarks, he was super friendly, has a good sense of humor and he is well organised.
Tour was pretty good, ISA, our tour guide was very patient, kind and polite since I could not walk fast because I am disable. He also lend me his coat because I did not carry a thick coat and it was very cold in Uludag. God bles you ISA. LOVE FROM PANAMA.
We were left quite disappointed from the Bursa Tour. The itinerary was not followed, we were rushed at the Tombs which we only spent 15 mins at and there was more focus on shopping which we spent significant amount of time on and wasted a lot of time we could have done sightseeing in Bursa. This was not mentioned in the itinerary. I'm pretty sure that the tour guide gets a commission from bringing us into these shops so it's in their interest to bring us there. Spending only 15 mins at Osmans Tombs and the cable cars was the only thing we did at Bursa and it literally took us more than 14/15 hours just to explore these places. We felt the whole day was wasted and if I had known that we would've spent most of the day in the shops we would not have done this tour. Our tour guide also didn't tell us much about Bursa itself as he was more focused on taking the whole group into the shops.
Nice experience, the guide Noura was awesome and all well managed trip. It is a well recommended trip for both solo and family
Our Bursa tour with Nova Travel was truly a delightful and unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect throughout the program, and the food was delicious. Our guide made the tour even more valuable with his knowledge and explanations. I'd also like to thank Nova Travel's Sales Manager, Mr. Akilhan, for his invaluable contribution to our participation in this tour. Thanks to his support, I've also had the opportunity to participate in other tours with Nova Travel. I would definitely recommend Nova Travel to everyone, and I especially recommend the Bursa tour with complete confidence.
We booked this tour mainly for the Osman Gazi tombs, but when we met the group, they said it was not included. The listing promised an English-speaking guide, but most of the tour was in Arabic/Turkish and we barely learned anything. At each stop, we were rushed with little time to explore and no clear instructions. We were very disappointed with the false advertising and overall experience. I would not recommend this tour. Save your money and book one that actually delivers what it promises.
Very good tour. Alot was covered. On top The food was very nice, and the guide was excellent. Thank you very much for a great trip. Ps just be careful Munira sweets are very expensive
This is a long day but it gives an overview of modern Türkiye. Travelling on the super highways that rival those in the USA through many recently constructed high rise buildings blocks, have a convincing impression of a first world nation. Seeing the thriving industrial city of Bursa further cemented the impression of a prosperous and forward moving country. The visit to the high country also showed that snow sports are popular. The ride on the cable car gave a panoramic view of the countryside. The lunch was filling.
Nice excursion ....empathetic guide..good👍...keep this excursion in mind...especially if you are in Istanbul.
The whole tour is a sham. You do not see anything; all the time is spent taking you to predetermined shopping places where everything costs 200% more than in the rest of Turkey. They do not give you time to see things and tell you they are taking you to an ancient Hamman, but it is a trap. It is better to try to go on your own... you pay some money and do not see anything.
Very good, very professional would recommend it without any doubt thank you Bursa we loved and maybe we will come back in the future
Amazing and very complete experience. From the moment you are picked up from the hotel to the end it is very worth the experience as it is full of very interesting and fun activities. We must also emphasize the incredible company of the guides who accompany you during tour.
The tour is interesting and the highlight was the visit to the Uludağ mountain. The guide was very nice and attentive, but we stopped at many shops, which made a waste of time and we did not arrive in time to visit the attractions in Burça, which were already closed. It wasn't a shopping tour. One store was enough, but we stopped at five.
Great day in Bursa with our guide İsa! The visit of Bursa was a beautiful discovery thanks to our guide İsa. Very professional, friendly and passionate, he knew how to make each place interesting with his clear explanations. Stops for the ATV safari and tasting of local produce added a touch of fun to the day. Perfect organization from start to finish. I highly recommend this excursion with İsa to anyone who wants to discover Bursa in an authentic and pleasant way!
