Bosphorus Dinner Cruise With Turkish Night Show And Pickup

Tickets said activity start time was 8pm. We arrived 20 minutes early and were told departure time is 9pm. The boat name was different than the name on the ticket and we had to search both ends of the pier to find it. The food was so-so. They can't control the weather, so there is no impact in my review for the rain,which was cold and steady the whole trip. Service on board was good. Entertainment was okay. No hard press sales for the photos. The last hour was very loud modern music that became too much to bear for our group of 6 retirees. For a young crowd,this would be okay.

The meal started with meze and salad before we left the dock, followed by a choice of chicken, beef or fish. Once we started going along the straits the entertainment started and continued all evening. A really fun night at a very reasonable cost.

What a great evening. Excellent value for money. We were picked up from our hotel and brought back which I would recommend. Choice of 3 main courses and food was good. Fantastic entertainment

Maned was excellent in every way. He contacted me before we left for the trip to make sure everything was in order. During the trip he was always there to answer questions etc. the food and service was excellent as was the entertainment. I would strongly recommend this tour to everyone!

This is great way to have fun, have dinner and see a great show. I loved it. Get the VIP package and you get seats upstairs.

This was a super fun experience as the entertainment and introductions to Turkish culture and foods were top notch. This was a last minute booking for us as we were staying overnight with a cruise in Istanbul. The whole process was seamless and we highly recommend.

Can be pushy when it comes to tipping, I just witnessed the waiter asking someone in front of me if he likes his service. The entertainers as well, banging their drums close to you to let you know they are waiting 😂 as long as you know all this,it will be worth it.

Do not again do not accept a window seat near the exit as the wait staff never close the door and the window blows across the yable

The boat is beautiful and huge. The food was also great and the live entertainment was amazing. They sent very detailed directions of how to get to the boat the morning of our tour and they were very easy to follow. The staff was attentive and service was great. Mohammed was very kind and seated us at a nice table with a lovely view of the dance floor and by the window. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Great value, dinner, cruise the river, and live entertainment of Turkish dance and twirling dervish. Only negative was all very very loud music all the time. But if you bring earplugs you will like it.

M.Huseynzade is a peoples-person .. he took care of my booking from the moment I messaged him. He is a great person to interact - even my 13yr old Son liked him! He took good care of our requirement - specially food, since we wanted vegetarian meal. The cruise was an incredible experience with live entertainment viz. music, flute and various dance performances.

Hi, there was a lot of Ottoman soldiers or men that show was fine but the others with the blade show was very unnecessary especially putting a cardboard on top of a woman’s tummy and throwing knives was pretty scary and was not needed. They should’ve had more DJ top 40 hip-hop that would be very entertaining. I didn’t think it was entertaining and the food was not great so I would not read this show to be good because there are other evening cruises in Istanbul with a much better quality and much better entertainment.

Hotel pickup was easy. Show is fun. Take time to go up to the upper deck - good pictures of Istanbul at night.

But disorganised, long wait to get onto boat in pouring rain. Then had to wait in rain for bus home. The VIP table at the window wasn't ideal...not at window and at top of stairs to toilet. The food was mediocre and cold. All that said the staff were all lovely. We were offered free drinks for the table mix up and the show was good. Didn't really see much outside . The 4 stars is for the staff.

Pick up was okay- the guide was communicative over WhatsApp and we met right on time. the next pickups took forever. The whole process took longer than what was said in the email/first WhatsApp message. Not sure of why- but it seemed like we were just waiting for people when we should have left them. Traffic was awful (out of the drivers/guide’s/company’s control of course) so that should have been something to think about while waiting for people. Once we got there it was a long wait to get seated on the ship. I booked a vip window with soft drinks ticket and instead I’m seated at tables for 2 put together for 8 people total. With random people at the back of the boat outside. With lots of people from inside coming around tot take pictures of the views. It took forever to get my first Coke and I haven’t received it or been offered a second one yet. They came and asked our main dish and nothing yet. When j sat down there was a plate of scoops of stuff but no explanation of what anything was. At one point they closed the 2 doors so those of us outside weren’t able to hear what was going on much less see. Some of the waiters told people to go up to the 3rd floor to take photos but then wouldn’t do so again. Not that I can see anyways because the show is at the middle with quite a few people in between and then they’re standing up with phones. There should have been an announcement or signs or something telling people where they can take photos. There’s no explanation of what we’re seeing or going past or anything. There’s also no explanations of who is performing. It’s sudden just someone new or a new group or something. So I have no idea what’s going on except that it’s a waste of my time and money. I would never recommend this “luxury cruise” to anyone. The only good things were our guide and driver. I haven’t even received the main dish yet and I wish I were back at my hotel. What a waste of money and what a huge cluster.

This is entertainment with a backdrop of Istanbul from the Bosphorus. It's not primarily sightseeing but if you go outside you get a great view of the sights. It IS a good meal with enthusiastic dancers, whirling dervish, knife waving, Turkish dancer, you name it, they have it. Customer service is EXCELLENT. In my case I originally booked a no transfer option but I hurt my foot so changed to a hotel transfer only to find my hotel was not covered BUT they gave detailed instructions via WhatsApp, offered complimentary drinks, and booked and paid for a taxi after the show. How good is that!

Let me begin by thanking Muhammad, he went to the extreme to make this experience possible due to boat problems, but he came through. Given us the best of the best in service. The food , service, ambiance, and the facilities were on spot and don’t let me forget about the show it was great. The scenic views are incredible. This is a must thing to do if you come to Istanbul.

The reviews were good so we booked this for part of our honeymoon but we did not have a good experience at all. First we spent a hour and a half waiting in the hotel lobby for the transport to show up. They were running late but never contacted us to let us know they were running late we contacted them asking if they were still coming. The food was the worst meal I’ve ever had on a dinner cruise or on any trip probably. The chicken shish was super fatty and disgusting I couldn’t eat it. The dessert was like eating sand. My husband ate his despite not liking it and ended up with food poisoning! Spent the whole next morning in the bathroom. Also it said unlimited soft drinks but we each got one coke with our meal, they only came around once for second orders which we asked for another coke each and then never brought them and never checked back in with us. Our table was right by a speaker so it was so loud you couldn’t even talk and the waiters could hardly hear you to take your order. The show also wasn’t very good. I don’t think they’re pro dancers. A friend reccomended seeing a whirling deverish show so we were excited but this must not have been a good example of it.

Had very pleasant experience

We arrived at the scheduled pickup location inside the hotel lobby. After waiting 40 minutes a young man approached and asked many questions on his phone was our names, he stated that he didn’t know our tour operator and couldn’t take us. I asked his name and who he worked for twice I asked and twice he refused to answer. Eventually he called someone and said okay let’s go. Sadly this affected the entire evening. He was extremely unfriendly not once did he smile. The seating on the boat was full where we were supposed to be seating we were told because we were late arriving. Because this young man allowed a group of 50 other guests to jump in front of our small this made us later and we remained standing, increasing our discomfort and frustration with the evening. Our seats were very squeezed up together making turning towards the show uncomfortable. The meal was poor quality, the staff were fantastic in the way they completed their job, accolades to them. If you enjoy extremely loud music with speakers hardly able to handle the high distorted volume you will enjoy this cruise. The dancers did a fantastic job as well as the various musicians. I could add more but sadly the evening was spoiled right from the beginning

The bhosporus cruise was spectacular. Mamed was our driver for this tour. He pickup up as promised from our hotel. He was friendly, courteous and explained everything before during and after the cruise. He kept up with all the guest to ensure everyone was accounted for. I would use his services and recommend to others.

We booked an Istanbul Bosphorus Dinner Cruise with Touronic, and everything was wonderful from start to finish. Our guide, Mamed, took great care of us throughout the entire experience. From the moment the transfer began until the end of the cruise, he stayed in contact by phone and also came to check on us personally several times. We were so pleased that we later booked a city tour with him as well, and once again, everything went perfectly. The transfer arrived on time, the organization was excellent, and we had a truly enjoyable experience. Many thanks to Mamed and the entire Touronic team for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

It's the most lackluster, okay your experience. The best thing is the performers. The whole experience was chaotic and disorganized. The pick up was on time, but getting everyone on the boat and seated was a stressful mess. The process delayed everything that we didn't get underway until after 9pm. I was traveling alone, and was seated by myself, went outside to come back and find someone now at my table. And she took over the table, pushing her plates and glasses onto my side that I physically couldn't use the table. My waiter was inconvenienced to refill my water glass, and shocked that I had the audacity to ask for a second soft drink. He was most concerned about taking care of women who didn't have a wedding ring on. And despite placing the horrible woman at my table, he couldn't care less, and flung my dinner plate down in front of me. The food....eat before hand it's a disgusting representation of what Turkish food is. They show you photos of meal options and the food doesn't match the photos. The food was the worst part (and there was a lot of low moments) of the cruise.

We had a fantastic time on this Bosphorus dinner cruise. Seeing Istanbul’s bridges, palaces, and mosques lit up at night from the water was absolutely beautiful and made for an unforgettable evening. The food was good, the Turkish entertainment was fun and lively, and the atmosphere was great throughout the cruise. The pickup and drop-off service was also excellent, everything was well organized, on time, and made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a wonderful way to spend an evening and experience the beauty of the city from the Bosphorus.

Do not book this tour On the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise, I experienced an incident that was not only unprofessional but outright dangerous. During the show, a saxophone player deliberately placed his instrument directly into my ear and blew with full force, apparently because I was momentarily checking my phone. This reckless act left me with hearing loss, headaches, nausea, and vomiting. When I reported this to tour guides, they offered no assistance and showed no concern for my medical wellbeing. The tour began an hour and half late yet finished on time so only 50% of the tour actually occurred,

Amazing Bosphorus Dinner Cruise experience! The organization tourounic cruise was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the views were nice.

They always made sure we were kept informed and updated. Communicated on WhatsApp before collection from hotel. The views were spectacular make sure you take lots of pictures and videos. Entertainment was great, food was a bit boring, but we expected this and ate before the Cruise.

Pretty wild young group so really a party night. Transportation was very good. The food was OK, but not great.
