Melih was a fantastic tour guide. He was so knowledgeable & made sure our group was well looked after. His passion for history was excellent & he was able to convey it to us as tourists in a great story telling style.

Itinerary
The Hippodrome of Constantinople was a circus that was the sporting and social centre of Constantinople, capital of the Byzantine Empire. Today it is a square named Sultanahmet Meydanı in the Turkish city of Istanbul, with a few fragments of the original structure surviving.
The German Fountain is a gazebo styled fountain in the northern end of old hippodrome, Istanbul, Turkey and across from the Mausoleum of Sultan Ahmed I. It was constructed to commemorate the second anniversary of German Emperor Wilhelm II's visit to Istanbul in 1898.
The Walled Obelisk, Constantine Obelisk or Masonry Obelisk is situated near the Serpentine Column at the southern side of the Hippodrome of Constantinople in Istanbul, Turkey. Its original construction date is unknown, but it is named after Constantine VII, who repaired it in the tenth century.
The Obelisk of Theodosius is the Ancient Egyptian obelisk of Pharaoh Thutmose III re-erected in the Hippodrome of Constantinople by the Roman emperor Theodosius I in the 4th century AD
Sultan Ahmed Mosque is a historic mosque located in Istanbul, Turkey. It remains a functioning mosque, while also attracting large numbers of tourist visitors. It was constructed between 1609 and 1616 during the rule of Ahmed I. Its Külliye contains Ahmed's tomb, a madrasah and a hospice.
Hagia Sophia is the former Greek Orthodox Christian patriarchal cathedral, later an Ottoman imperial mosque and now a museum in Istanbul, Turkey. Built in AD 360 at the beginning of the Middle Ages, it was famous in particular for its massive dome.
The Topkapı Palace, or the Seraglio, is a large museum in Istanbul, Turkey. In the 15th century, it served as the main residence and administrative headquarters of the Ottoman sultans. Construction began in 1459, ordered by Mehmed the Conqueror, six years after the conquest of Constantinople.
Dolmabahce Palace stands on the European shore of the Bosphorus and the with its various dependencies forms almost a little town, its gardens extending for a mile or more along the water's edge.
The Grand Bazaar (Kapalı Çarşı), built in the 15th century, is the oldest covered market in the world. Covering an area of 54.653 square meters, it also still ranks as one of the world’s biggest covered markets. In other words, keep on reading if you want to be prepared before entering this maze of 56 interconnecting vaulted passages, housing over 4.000 shops with persistent shopkeepers eager to use their relentless sales tricks.
Istanbul is a bridge between Europe and Asia, the Black Sea and the Mediterranean, a position that endows it with one of the most unique and beautiful settings in the world. For, between the hills on the European and Asiatic shores flows the Bosphorus, the brightest gem in the diadem of nature. "This beautiful strait, sometimes spelled Bosporus and sometimes Bosphorus, was so called from the earliest ages by the ancients; from the mythology of 10, the mistress of Jupiter, having passed over it in the shape of a cow. It resembles the Dardanelles, in length, breadth and current, and like it, is a narrow separation which divides Europe from Asia; but it has many features familiar to itself. Instead of being a solitary stream running between deserted shores, it is a body of water full of life and animation, winding its way through banks covered with palaces and villages, shaded with magnificent forest trees, presenting to the eye, at every mile, a new scene of crowded existence."
At the narrowest point of the Bosphorus stands the Rumelihisarr Fortress, built by Sultan Mehmet, the Conqueror on the European shore. The Sultan himself on the 26th day of March 1452 laid the foundation stone of the Fortress with a view to controlling the passage of the ships through the Bosphorus and using it as a base for his attack on the city.
Ortaköy Mosque, officially the Büyük Mecidiye Camii in Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Turkey, is situated at the waterside of the Ortaköy pier square, one of the most popular locations on the Bosphorus.
Which was inaugurated on October 29, 1973 on the fiftieth anniversary of the Turkish Republic, has the longest span in Europe and the fourth in the world. This suspension bridge has a total length of 1560 metres (1706 yards) and a width of 33.4 metres (110ft).
The Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, also known as the Second Bosphorus Bridge, is a bridge in Istanbul, Turkey spanning the Bosphorus strait. When completed in 1988, it was the 5th-longest suspension bridge span in the world; today it is the 24th.
Situated on the Asiatic shore of the Bosphorus between the villages of Kuzguncuk and Cengelköy, the palace was built by Sultan Abdülaziz in 1865. Beylerbeyi Palace seen from the Bosphorus floats like a white vision in a fairy tale. It is the most extravagant royal house of the 19th Century on which millions were spent.
About 180 metres away from the shores of Üsküdar stands this tower which bears two different names. Europeans who named it the Leander's Tower thought that it was here where Leander was drowned while attempting to swim the Bosphorus to reach his beloved Hero, the priestess of Aphrodite. But, in fact, Leander never crossed here even in the legend which refers to the Hellespont, Dardanelles.
The summer Palace of Kucuksu, sometimes called the Palace of Göksu, is situated between the villages of Anadoluhisan and Kandilli on the Asiatic shore of the Bosphorus.
On the opposite bank stands the Anadoluhisari Fortress by the Göksu stream. This romantic castle which adorns the Asiatic shore of the Bosphorus was built in 1395 by Sultan Bayazit, the Thunderbolt and named as "Güzelcehisar". Later it was extended by Mehmet, the Conqueror. Today, as the first possession of Turks on the Bosphorus, it serves as the landmark of Turkish rule.
GOLDEN HORN The Golden Horn, also known by its modern Turkish name, Haliç, is a major urban waterway and the primary inlet of the Bosphorus in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Bosphorus has an inlet, a natural harbor which is an arm of the Sea of Marmara, called the Golden Horn. It is a deeply drowned valley about 7 km long. Two streams, Ali Bey and Kagithane flow into the Golden Horn which was so named as the early inhabitants saw it as shaped like the horns of a stag or water buffalo. Turks call it the Halic, i.e. the Gulf. The Bosphorus itself has two pleasant rivulets on its Asiatic shore, called Göksu and Kucuksu which empty themselves into the Bosphorus between the villages of Anadoluhisari and Kandilli. The two streams flowing into the Golden Horn were named by foreigners as the Sweet Waters of Europe, while Göksu and Kucuksu were known as the Sweet Waters of Asia.
Golden Horn, Istanbul, Turkey As the sun sets in Istanbul, its yellow light blazes on the waters of the Golden Horn, giving this freshwater estuary its romantic name…we think. (The name in English is a direct translation of the Byzantine name Chrysokeras.) “Golden Horn” is its Western name. Its Turkish name, Haliç, (hah-LEECH, from Arabic) has nothing to do with gold or horns. Haliç, short for Haliç-i Dersaadet, means “The Bay of Istanbul.”
The Galata Tower — called Christea Turris by the Genoese — is a medieval stone tower in the Galata/Karaköy quarter of Istanbul, Turkey, just to the north of the Golden Horn's junction with the Bosphorus.

This “All in One Day Istanbul (incl. boat)” tour was outstanding from start to finish and a fantastic way to experience the city’s history, culture, and atmosphere in a single day. Pickup at my hotel was exactly on time, and the operator made the whole process very easy by sending a WhatsApp message with a photo of the van’s license plate to avoid any confusion. The driver also asked for my name and showed it on paper, which made the pickup feel secure and very well organised. Funny enough, despite all these precautions, the people who were supposed to share the tour with me got into the wrong van—so I unexpectedly ended up having a private tour! The itinerary was excellent. From Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace to the lively Grand Bazaar, there was history and culture at every turn. The day ended beautifully with a magical Bosphorus cruise between Europe and Asia, which was the perfect way to relax and take in Istanbul from the water. Melih, my tour guide for the land segment, was superb! He was knowledgeable, precise, and gave historical context with the depth of a true scholar, while also sharing details and insights that you do not find in books. He was not only a fantastic guide, but also a genuinely superb person. I did not get the name of the guide on the boat, but he was very close to Melih in quality: warm, knowledgeable, and fun. The crew was also superb—thank you especially for the cheese to pair with the raki! Overall, this was a memorable, well organised, and highly recommended Istanbul experience. Note: this is a demanding tour requiring (almost) non-stop walking for the land part (no hills though).
An amazing day. Murat our guide was so knowledgeable and flexible including extra things as the grand bazaar was closed on a Sunday. We had plenty of time to see everything. There is a fair amount of walking but with lots of stops along the way this was fine. The extras not included amounted to another 160 euros per couple so factor this in. All the locations were worth the cost and the visit. The lunch on a rooftop terrace was stunning as was the sunset cruise- a perfect way to end a busy day. All guides were helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend this tour.
Our guide Nehed for the day was amazing! Sadly she was really the only good part. Lovely, informative and helpful woman. A disappointment for us was that the bazaar was closed (not notified of that) and the lunch served me with something I was allergic to (despite our guide sending things back several times and explaining carefully my allergy). So we ended up having to cut the day short just after lunch because I became very sick. The cruise that evening was fine but the guide must have said “and the other side is Asia” at least a dozen or more times (it became a joke with my group and the others in our area) and it was just ‘lacking.’ Snacks were provided per booking group and not per person - annoying if everyone likes the same things. Just overall meh.
My friend and I had the most wonderful day within Nehed! Thank you so much to our brilliant guide who expertly guided us through all of the beautiful and important landmarks of Istanbul. She took the time to tell us all of the history in great detail and made us feel very welcome in this beautiful city. She took us to a beautiful place for lunch where we had fabulous food, an amazing view fed the seagulls and even saw dolphins and other marine life. It was very sad to part with her as we felt like she became our new friend during the day. If you have limited time in Istanbul, this tour with the lovely Nehed is an absolute must as you get to see everything the city has to offer and more!
I think this tour is a must to see so much of the beauty of Istanbul and learn the significance of what you are seeing. The tour was well organized and a great way to get around in a time efficient manner. The cruise was awesome and an opportunity for great pictures.
Fantastic day - everything was handled so professionally from booking, pick up at our hotel, connecting with our guide (who was so good and a real jem), all the great sights, lunch, connecting back to the boat (which was very good) and transfer back to the hotel. We didn't have to wait at all and had a great time - Highly recommended and well worth the money!!
This was a wonderful day of exploration with a very knowledgeable tour guide. To top off the day there is a relaxing 2 hour cruise up and down the Bosphorus. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very attentive to your needs. We had a great day!
We had a great time! The staff was super attentive and educational. Great snacks and drinks were included and the staff even took pictures for us!
We only had one full day in Istanbul and wanted to make the most of our time to experience as much of the city as possible. Our driver picked us up at the hotel and arrived right on time as scheduled. We were dropped off close to the Hippodrome where our tour started with our guide, Fatih. Fatih was a GREAT guide!! He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, shared a ton of information, and provided plenty of time to answer all our questions. Our lunch stop was a beautiful little restaurant overlooking the water and a sampling of tasty Turkish dishes for lunch. Afterward we continued with our tour and headed for the Great Bazaar. We wandered several of the many streets in the bazaar with Fatih and took in all the sight, sounds and smells of this wonderful exhibit of culture. We saw many of the beautiful spots in the city that were on our list of "to see" including the Blue Mosque and the Haggai Sofia Mosque. There was an optional entrance fee for the Haggai Sophia Mosque of 25 euros per person which we thought was a small price to pay to see the inside and hear the stories and history of the mosque. After our walking tour, we were transported to the port for our sunset cruise on the Bosphorus Strait. The weather was cloudy, cool, and a bit breezy but there was plenty of areas on the boat to stay out of the cool air. You could also sit in the very front of the boat for an unobstructed view. There were also blankets available to wrap up in to keep warm if you needed them. We were served refreshments and snacks during our boat ride, which was a nice touch. The skies cleared just as we were returning to port and made for some gorgeous sunset pictures! What a perfect way to end the day in Istanbul. We were transported back to our hotel after the tour. It was a long day with a lot of walking but there were opportunities to stop and rest, if needed. What a great experience and would highly recommend this tour to someone that wants to experience Istanbul with limited time!!
Fabulous guide and tour. He was very informative and timed our visits to avoid crowds. The boat ride was wonderful. They came around constantly serving fruits and cheeses. It was a luxurious yacht for our group of 15 which probably holds 150 people. We had a nice lunch at a rooftop restaurant that was very nice.
Really nice! Our Guide Murat Can was amazing! Super recommended!! Unforgettable sightseeing! All team is amazing! Nice place to enjoy my birthday!
Excellent tour of the most famous sights in Istanbul finishing with a sunset cruise. Our guide Murat Can kept us interested and informed with his great knowledge of Istanbul history. Highly recommended.
We met up with Ezgi at our hotel. We went to the historical area in an A/C vehicle and then we hit the ground to cover 4 places. Because it was a Friday, the Blue Mosque was closed until 2pm, so Ezgi arranged for us to visit the Grand Bazaar first, which is just amazing! From there we went to the Hagia Sophia. Ezgi is very knowledgeable about the history of all the places we visited and made sure to show us where to take the best pics. From there we went to Topkaki Palace, amazing! And we had some time there to explore. Grabbed some lunch and onto The Blue Mosque, which bus always free to enter and then the Ancient Hippodrome. It was a great experience and Ezgi was fantastic. Highly recommend finding her through Curiotravel.com
Fabulous day culminating in a luxury sunset cruise on the Bosphorus. Great pace and excellent, knowledgable guide in Ahmet combined to make this a wonderful tour.
Guide was knowledgeable and easy to follow . Overall a great experience. Should not have a minimum character count.
This was the second time I did this tour. It is a full day of seeing all the must-see sites with a knowledgeable guide. There is a lot of walking (15,000 steps)- hills, steps etc., so it’s active and long. The Bosphorus Sunset cruise is the icing on the day. Don’t hesitate to take this tour if you have limited time in Istanbul.
Bosphorus is a paradise!, Bosphorus tour with Turyol is not expensive , you can get tea or coffee during the tour; you can also take some snacks with you.sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful view is really unforgettable.staff was very professional.
The guide was exceptional and very informative. There was 11 of us on the tour and he kept all of us engaged. The tour operator needs to remember to have the headsets available at the beginning of the tour. Otherwise, would highly recommend.
Our guide was knowledgeable and very personable. She explained the history of the monuments and other sites in great detail and helped guide us to the areas of interest at each. Lunch was provided at a very nice rooftop restaurant. We didn't go to the grand bazaar since we had already visited it the day before. It was a lot of walking but a very good tour.
Our tour guide was Ahmet and he was exceptional. Great communication ahead of pick up and all ran smoothly. Ahmet’s knowledge is incredible and we learned so much. It was an intimate group, just the guide along with me and my husband. The tour price is expensive but it is worth it. There were many entrance fees not included, such as Hagir Sofia and Topkapi Palace which puts an extra 75 Euros on top per person. Lunch was on a rooftop restaurant overlooking the sea and was good quality. The reason for not giving full stars is nothing to do with Ahmet and more to do with arrangements between the tour company and local traders. We were taken to a tea, spice and Turkish delight store. It was quite overwhelming with different teas and tastes bombarding us. The chap mentioned that the large boxes of Baklava and Turkish Delight was 12 Euros. He was also offering little bags of tea. We bought two small bags of tea, two large boxes, one of Baklava and one Turkish Delight. A tiny pot of Eucalyptus and some Frankincense oil. I paid by card and could not see the cost. £330 was deducted from my card!! I accept this was my fault, but I do not want others to fall for this. Me and my husband ended up arguing about it and it did put a dampener on what would otherwise have been a wonderful experience. The sunset cruise was amazing, snacks were nice and light. The cruise guide was knowledgeable and funny also and seeing the outline of Istanbul against the sunset was memorable. I highly recommend this tour, but recommend refusing the trips to stores and if you do go, enjoy tasting the teas and sweet treats but don’t allow yourself to get ripped off.
Excellent and very satisfying trip. Guides particularly Ahmed, were very knowledgeable and caring. I learnt a lot about history of Istanbul. Highly recommended …
This was an incredible tour. Me and my wife were especially impressed by the knowledge of Sergun, our tour guide. He studied a total of 9 years in university history and other subjects related to tour guiding. It was clear to us that he was committed to being an excellent tour guide from very early. All the information he shared with us was told like an incredible story taking us on a delightful journey through history. Also, we were very impressed by the delicious lunch at a restaurant on the 3rd floor with incredible views of the old city and the Bosphorus. We are foodies and could not believe the service, location, and food. Another highlight to the tour was the Bosphorus Sunset cruise on a private yacht with only a few people on it. On the yacht, they grated us with juice, bachlaba and nuts, and later with a fruit dish and Turkish tea. What a treat. Go on this All Day Tour in Istanbul, and we can reassure you that you will be as impressed as we were.
Wonderful tour guide Ata. Wonderful excursions organized by Viet Cruise Tours are managed perfectly with excellent coordination, timing, and perfection to details. I joined one of those November 2024. The tour Guide was Ata. He managed everything, punctuality, timing, guiding and providing us with key information not making too much or too little. Thank you Ata for the excellent voyage arranged.
Perfect day trip to cover all important sights in Istanbul in 1 day. Thanks to the guide we had interesting information. The lines were long and it was hot. But still worth it
It was our first visit to Istanbul and we were able to visit all the highlights of this historical city. The Blue Mosque, the Sultans Castle, the Grand Bazar, a cruise at sunset and much more. Our guide was awesome.
Excellent tour. Murat is a trrriffic guide. Would strongly recommend to anyone. We saw all the next places and skipped the lines.
The Bosphorous cruise, the sunset. Yet the guide gave us interesting explanations, I wish he would have provided us with more details while we were in Topkapi. The meal was good in a nice restaurant, small group appreciated.
Perfect for anyone with limited time in Istanbul, as it takesin all the main sites. Ahmet, our guide, contacted me in the morning to re-confirm the meeting point (details had come through the night before). He gave an entertaining and authentic history of all the places we saw, and made sure we could take a break when needed. Lunch was at a restaurant with amazing views of the Bosphorus. Recommended - although be aware there is a lot of walking.
Wrong season to go but good trip nonetheless. If you have no idea of where to go, you can start here and work your way up
Excellent all in one tour pretty hectic since Topeka palace alone could easily be a day. Informative , fun and segrun are guide was very helpful Istanbul is full of historic sites this was a great way of hitting many of them. Still felt included as a solo traveler. Not all entry fees are covered but the tour information and follow up emails and what’s app messages ext all made that very clear Lunch really good with spectacular views of the day. The cruise was a beautiful photographers dream way to end the tour Highly recommend
Great tour of Istanbul's major sites in the Old City. I lucked out and my group was very small (only 2 visitors), so we were able to have a very intimate tour. The guide was very informative and has a background in history.
BellaTurca travels took good care of us in Istanbul and Cappadocia . Ahmet, Bashar, driver Ahmet were excellent, patient and knowledgeable. Serkan from operational department was prompt and thorough.
My sister and I absolutely loved this tour. We took it on a layover and it turned out to be a highlight of our trip. Our tour guide picked us up on time and told us the day’s plan. Unfortunately for us the Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays but he immediately had a plan with the Basillica Cistern, which we were very happy with on seeing. TIP #1: make sure the place you want to see is open when you take the tour. We ended up going to the Kaiser Wilhelm Fountain, the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Basillica Cistern, the Middle of the World, the Bazzar, and the Dolmabache Palace. A very nice and filling lunch was in the middle and there were nice rest breaks throughout the tour. TIP #2: Wear good walking shoes because it is a walking tour. We walked over 6 miles and not always on flat land. TIP #3: Have cash because the tour guide has to buy the tickets so you can skip the line and it is worth it. The lines were long. There was plenty of time for pictures and our guide generously took great photos of us. He knew exactly where to go and stand to get the best picture. We are very happy with the pictures we got that day. The Bosphorus tour was chef’s kiss to a nearly perfect day. The refreshments were plentiful as we saw the sites from a different angle and glimpsed the Asian side of Istanbul. If you have the time to take this tour we would highly recommend it.
The tour started off well with a well thought out commentary but as the day wore on he spoke less and seemed disinterested. He took us to a shop in the Grand bazaar and left us to the wolves in the sweet shop and we were ripped off with the quality and price of purchases
Ahmet Cokyasar was knowledgeable and personable. We had a great day and learned a lot! We saw so much more of Istanbul than we would have seen out by ourselves. Only 3 in our group which was great!
I got picked up from my hotel and was put with a tour guide by the name of Ahmet Dervice. It was just me and him for an entire day. What a guy ! This gentleman has an almost encyclopedia knowledge of Istanbul and was very helpful, funny, exceptional conversationalist, and resourceful. He has the endurance of an athlete and the patience of a teacher. I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide than him. The ground and boat tour comprised of all the mentioned stops and involved a lot of walking, took some breaks here and there to catch my breath and take in the sights. Highly recommended !
Informative interesting guide who looked after us very well during a very long morning fighting hoards of other tourists. I did not like the lunch much but the location was great. We were very pleased with the cruise, service and food was very nice too!
This is 10/10 for people who are visiting Istanbul and are short on time. You can do all the Istanbul highlights in a single day. Our guide Ahmet was really well informed and he has great knowledge about the history. He was very attentive and took care of the whole group through out the day. For the evening, a sunset luxury Bosphorus yacht tour was included in the package, which was basically the highlight of the tour. I really had great time in this tour, made new friends, learned Istanbul history and tried local cuisine. Just a not to people who are not used to walking, the first half of the trip is a guided walking tour in the old town. So be prepared ~20000 steps, and wear a good walking shoe.
Even though our group was small, my friends and I agreed that Ahmet was amazing at making sure everyone was having a good time. His patience with our varied ages and abilities and his sense of humor made fun and memorable. When we were at the mosque, we asked if he could pray, and his chant reached our soul! We are very grateful for such a touching experience!
The guides were excelent. I reccomend to take the tour. The visit to the mosques were precise and fully of information. The cruise was the must.
Due to a flight cancellation on our way to Istanbul we arrived a day late and missed the majority of the tour but we were able to join the group for the Bosphorus sunset sail. This was Fantastic!! Thanks to all for being so accommodating.
If your a fan of history this trip is for you. You walk a lot so be sure to wear comfortable shoes, sunscreen and a hat. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. All in all was a great day out and I learned so much about this country that has such an amazing history. Highly recommend.
Our tour guide Ahmet was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to talk to you about the things that interested to you the most. The itinerary was great and definitely felt like we had a very productive and insightful day.
Was very enjoyable Ahmet our guide had lots of history knowledge Being able to skip entry queues was fantastic The boat cruise was a highlight
Very knowledgeable and accommodating tour guide; visited key must-see sites, although there was there was a long, unbroken period (approx. 4hrs) of walking and standing on a very hot day; the included lunch was tasty Turkish cuisine at a scenic rooftop restaurant. The sunset cruise on the Bosphorus on a spacious, relaxing boat was wonderful, from the Turkish snacks and beverages that were served throughout the cruise; the pleasant and informative cruise guide and even the relaxing music. It was the perfect way to end a long day experiencing Istanbul. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel.
The entire day was amazing from beginning to end. So much to learn, see, take and experience in one full day. Best way to experience Istanbul!
The tour with Ahmet was an amazing way to see lots of Istanbul in one day. He had plenty of information and stories. The tour is busy with time to shop and yummy lunch with a view.
Ahmet was an extremely informative guide and really brought the trip to life. Just remember we’re not all superhuman and sometimes need a drink or bathroom break 😂 We felt we saw everything we expected but it is a looooong day! I don’t advise booking it on 3 hours sleep, but if you’re in a rush it’s a great trip to see a lot of the Istanbul ‘big hitters’. We did about 23k steps so bear that in mind if that’s an issue. Tour company very helpful and I would definitely use again and recommend the tour. Thanks!
First the good: tour guide was very knowledgeable. He share great information about all the sites. Good command of English and easy to understand. Lunch was very good. Restaurant was clean and food selection was adequate. The sunset cruise was great. Good commentary and snacks provided, as described. Crew helped take photos also. Dropped us off at cruise port Now the bad and reason for the three star: in fairness, the tour company sent us a meeting point. I assumed it was at the exit where ALL the other guides waited for clients. That was not the place. I spent a hectic 1/2 hour trying to locate the tour. Ended up spending $50 for a taxi to take us to the tour company office so we could walk to join the tour. Since there is a driver AND guide, how easy to meet guests at the exit with their name ( like the other guides) and alleviate this anxiety. The company assumes people know where their points are. Drop off the same. Left at the port with no guidance on how to access the port entrance. This is a little we thing but there are many companies offering this tour and this was a BIG distraction. Second: this is a WALKING TOUR. Over 18,000 steps!! No water provided. 2 hours in the Topakani then off to The Hagi Sophia. Day was hot. We had teens with us and they were dragging. We are in our late 70s and needed water badly.
