My favourite part of the journey was the knowledge and friendliness, tact and professionalism of the guides. Each historic site visited was expkained in detail, whilst they also respects if we wanted to explore and jyst feel the energies of the place. We were given choices of amazing authentic food experiences along the way. Traveling was in comfortable minivans with aircon, and the assistance given at the airports for internal flights were priceless.

We just came back from our trip and we are so happy we chose this 8 day tour of Turkey. Sedef, our tour coordinator, was absolutely amazing! She was available for us all the time, answered our questions quickly, and made accommodations for us whenever we needed it. We highly recommend this experience. We had the most amazing time in Turkey! Our guides were super knowledgeable and friendly. Metin on the biggest part of our tour and Shukran in Cappadoccia were just the best!!

Visited three cities in the tour. They were three totally different experiences. Cappadocia was wonderful. Try to spend a day more as Kusadasi to enjoy the stay at wonderful Efe boutique.

Tour was very well organized and executed, Kerem and Sevde were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Incredibly easy to book. We really appreciated the daily WhatsApp update once the tour started, reminding us of the next day schedule with link to tickets. Airport pick up and drop off worked very well. The tour in essence preserves the independent traveler freedom / feel for us, while taking care of the local logistics. All local tours were small groups, around 10 or less in a comfortable van. Cappadocia tour guides were both fantastic, which together with hot air balloon ride were the high lights of this tour. Ephesus was interesting. I had high hopes for pamukkale but the day was brutally hot, the terrace pool was not shaded, and we only had a couple of hours there in early afternoon during the hottest part of the day. On retrospect, we should probably have stayed overnight there. Istanbul is beyond words, be prepared for culture shock. full-day tour guide, Ali, was awesome, a great story teller that brings things alive for us. All breakfast at hotels were good. Hotels are clean, well located, and each unique in their own way. A la Cart lunch were high quality, we are not fans of buffet lunches but selections were large. I was concerned about turkey domestic flights which turned out to be unnecessary, as three domestic flights were comfortable, and largely on time. I’m glad we chose to fly instead of long distance bus. There was a minor hiccup for the last day hotel, which was caught and fixed by Sevde, before it became a problem.

Excellent experience I looked them up online and they had 5 star rating. Well deserved ***** and highly recommended. Now that I booked and started my tour all I can say how much I’m impressed with their service and professional staff at an excellent price and great value . From day one of booking Mr Kerem made it easy and flawless process. He came up with an amazing 16 day itinerary for our group to tour turkey. Our tour guide Mr Emre and okan our driver got out of there way to make sure that we are having a great time in a safe manner. The knowledge of our guide in the history of turkey is impressive . He explained and educated us on everything that we saw and visited. He answered every question we had in a professional and yet fun and easy way to understand . The hospitality and friendliness of our guide and our driver made us feel how proud they are with there country and culture. They both enjoy what they do and that really makes you appreciate them. From A to Z they both made our trip an amazing experience . Me and my group all agreed how lucky we were to have Emre and okan to be our guides ,they made our visit to turkey unforgettable. Tour Altinkum experience was top-notch in so many ways for us. We were impressed right away with the company responsiveness: our emails were answered almost in minutes, all questions addressed thoroughly. We traveled as a family and the company accommodated our interests to include things of interest for kids. Tour Altinkum planned all the logistics: all the in-country flights, comfortable transfers, excellent hotel locations. Our tour guide - Emre - is just a walking encyclopedia on Turkey’s history and culture. His storytelling style engages all ages! The stops on the tour are well-designed. We felt that we had time to see major highlights and also time to explore. We highly recommend the Spice Bazar in Istanbul ( with Emre guiding you through). Capadocia’s landscape will stay with you forever, especially once you realize how many civilizations and cultures it cradled. In Kushadasi you will have the best fish dish you ever had, thanks to Tour Altinkum putting you in the hotel right next to harbor restaurants. Emre introduced us to so many authentic experiences: we tried the drink called “salep” ( orchid flower-based) and looked for it daily after that. Emre also is very attentive to our questions and requests. One of the participants rolled an ankle on the walking tour and Emre managed to find a nurse right away! So, make sure you bring good walking shoes on your trip. You will be in really good hands with Tour Altinkum.

An excellent package managed by an exceptional team!!. Tour Altinkum transformed our first ever visit to Turkey an unforgettable sweet experience. Arranging everything, answering each query, finding solutions for even minor concerns they made it sure that we just had to go with the flow. The guides were very friendly and well informed. Food was amazing. Hotels arranged, specially Fresco Cave Suites, were stunnning. Bosphorus cruise was an amazing experience. The way this great team did it was so nice that even the 6 year old child in our group was very comfortable throughout the tour. We wish we had more time in Pamukkale. Tour Altinkum is so well organized and very communicative. Considering they work with local agencies at various cities, the organizing is superb. I also really enjoyed my time with the local tour guides Ali in Istanbul and Fatima in Cappadocia. FATIMA is a gem of a human!!!!

Let me start with thanking Sedef, Kareem and the rest of WhatsApp support group for coordinating our tour and managing it so well. A big thank you to all the divers who took us to airport, hotel, and on our tours safely and always begin polite to us. Keep Smiling. And we are extremely grateful to our tour guides for being patient with us and giving us intriguing information about this magnificent country. And making it an interactive, enjoyable and light hearted experience. They always had a story to tell. All the hotels that we stayed at were welcoming and hospitable. All of the landmarks and restaurants that we visited and experienced for ourselves, we ll surely remember them and we will definitely share our journey with our friends and family. This is a country with rich history preserved very well. With beautiful geographical features and an interesting culture that we got to see with our own eyes. This may be our first visit , but certainly not our last.

Overall, the tour was excellent. We did it through Tour Altinkum and I dealt with Sedaf Topali on WhatsApp from the first day. She was extremely helpful and readily available to address my questions and concerns. I was caught off-guard (it was snowing and I was not prepared/told prior) on the first day when I met our tour guide and we were told it was a walking tour. I braced myself and tried to enjoy the tour as much as possible. I didn't like the fact that our tour guide walked fast in front of us, especially since we are not familiar with the city and it was quite busy. We were placed in a small group of 8 (also wasn't aware but it was nice). The Bosphorus cruise was fun and we enjoyed the busy Istanbul city life and the freedom to walk around feeling safe at all times. The tours in Cappadocia was the highlight of my trip because the tour guide, people, and snow was amazing. We also visited a Hamman there which was the best spa experience I've ever had. We were also placed in a small group in Cappadocia and met interesting people. Izmir/Kusadasi was interesting, especially on the first day. I would suggest you clarify how big your groups are because on the 2nd day, we were about 10-12 and the tour guide did tend to only speak to the group of 8 who were all together and who he had apparently seen the day before. He didn't have much concern for the smaller groups of couples and pairs. I would suggest you get a simcard on arrival, either at the airport or at a Vodafone as it is easier to contact your agency as they are always on standby and really helpful 😁

Cappadocia was the highlight of our tour: the Hammam bath at Hey-Be, Hera cave suites was good, walking around was safe, the sites were beautiful, the food was good and our guide Hati was the best!

Our tour guide Emre was absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was with my family and he was extremely patient and worked with us to make sure we had the best vacation possible. I cannot recommend him enough!

Excellent tour arranged by Mr. Kerem and his partners in Turkey. Very well arranged. We faced no hurdles or problems during our tour. We strongly recommend to take thus tour as it includes hotels, internal flights, admission tickets, english guided tour, excellent vans, and breakfast and lunches. The tour guides were very professional and friendly and it was our best tour in our life so far. 100% satisfied and relaxed.

It was a wonderful tour of Turkey. We were a group of 8, all friends. Our guide, Metin, was amazing. He was thorough with explanation of different places and had great historical knowledge. Turkey is a beautiful country with amazing history, archeological wonders, and natural phenomenons. I will definitely visit again! What made this trip even more special was our guide, Metin. As we traveled together, he was extremely sensitive to our needs. What we wanted to do outside of the package, he called for us and made it work with such things like going to a Turkish bath and going to a special restaurant. It was great experience all around, especially when we were invited to his home. I highly recommend this tour and Metin.

This tour is a must for all first time Turkey visitors. On a personal note, I made a lifelong friend in Turkey, Metin! I firmly believe Metin was the key in making me love Turkey. We bugged him to do this and that, and without wasting a second, he was on his phone making it happen. We bypassed everyone and took best table at Nusr-Et Steakhouse, left him to negotiate a tough price on our purchases, asked him to suggest places to dine—btw, every place he recommended turned out superb. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city and its history, always punctual and appeared to know everyone everywhere we went, humorous, and took us to perfect spot to take best pictures. I’m not an easy person to please (just ask my husband) but I highly recommend my friend Metin to all. You won’t be disappointed.

We have an amazing time during our 8-day tour in Turkiye. Kareem of Tour Altinkum has been great with communication and directions that we feel confident in our daily activities. The Airport greeters, drivers are prompt, patient, and respectful; the vehicles are clean and the service over all is outstanding. Check-in at our hotels are easy no matter what time of day or night it is. Our Tour Guides, and their respective drivers are friendly and accommodating: shout out to “H” during our Bosphorus cruise; Hatti & Attila in Cappadocia —Hatti’s passion for Turkiye really shows in her work, and she made our small group enjoyable; Reza, & Okun in Izmir— Reza with his narrator voice made us feel we are listening to History channel, he is concise and knowledgeable; Taylan in Kusadasi— our walk in Hierapolis was epic, and his photography skills was much appreciated. Our hotels are great; except maybe for Efe Boutique hotel cause the floor we were in was a bit dingy, the furnitures need upgrading, and breakfast was limited. Over-all, we had a great time and our positive experience with this company make us hungry for more that we are already talking about coming back. Thank you to Tour Altinkum and its crew members. My wife and I have traveled to many countries, both on our own and with premium tour companies, and Tour Altinkum’s “Pearls of Turkey - 8 Day tour” may just be the best experience we have had so far. Highly, highly, recommended. This was our first time in Turkey. We found people to be extremely friendly and polite. During our free time (we stayed an extra 3 days in Istanbul) we had no problem getting around – English is widely spoken and people in the street were very helpful with directions etc. Prices are very reasonable (especially clothes) and food is delicious. We had been concerned with the whole COVID-19 situation before the trip but in fact we felt quite safe. Hand sanitizer is available everywhere, for the most part people wear masks and PCR testing before returning home was very easy and convenient. Regarding the tour, the guides were excellent. I will call out Deniz and Riza with whom we spent two days each. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable but they shared personal information and gave us insights into life in Turkey which were very interesting. They became friends. The historical sites and nature included in the tour are simply breathtaking. I cannot even begin to describe them. Just make sure you have plenty storage available in your phone or camera. If your budget allows it, opt for the 5-star hotels available. We did and all the hotels were amazing in their own way (location, views, rooms) and affordable. We took advantage of the optional hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia. I was apprehensive about it in advance but felt totally safe in practice and it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Finally, I must mention how the tour was organized. I think NASA mission control was involved. We stayed in three cities and had flights between them. We received WhatsApp messages daily with reminders of where to be and when, with tickets attached etc. Pickups were all exactly on time and everything worked out flawlessly. The few times when we had questions, we got answers via WhatsApp in a couple of minutes or less (even at 2 am). Huge kudos to Kerem for being such a great coordinator and making this trip such a great experience.

When you need a trusted and a reliable travel partner in Turkey. I recommend working with Kareem and Tour Altinkum. We worked with Kareem in scheduling and customizing our 10 day trip to Turkey. Kareem was very responsive and very attentive to the details. We ended up scheduling and booking a 10 day private tour with Kareem. As we got closer to the day of travel, pandemic turned ugly again and we had to cancel 5 days before our trip. Kareem was very understanding and was able to cancel the entire trip without any penalties and refunded our deposit without any problems. I will certainly travel with Kareem as soon as the situation settles.

Got a great experience from our guide Metin. He explains everything in detail and has a lot of information about history and places. He did take extra care for us to ease our travel. Really looking forward for more such nice experience. Love from India.

The trip to capadoccia, pamukhale and heriapolis as well as our able Tour guide Metin Pehlivan who was well versed with the history of Turkey was on another level. Metin was very good with his English too... Kudos team!!

My lovely family and l spent 8 days in Turkey, touring Istanbul, Cappadocia, kusadasi and Pakkemule. We had a very fun and enjoyable trip, with good and suitable hotels, very fantastic tour guide who was passionate about sharing the history of each site we visited. Thanks to our guide umut, he made the tour so much more memorable and awesome. His service is top notch and very wonderful. This was my best trip ever. It was well organised and was a great experience. Our tour guide Ishmael umut was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the history of turkey, he explained everything in details, he was very kind and patient with us all, he made everything easy and enjoyable for us.

The favourite part was the hot air balloon in cappadocia which was recommended by our guide Umut KURT.Also the ephesus tour was excellent our guide was very knowledgeable,and he made the tour very enjoyable.

We were interested in a Turkey tour and researched prices and tour agencies and found the Pearls of Turkey 8-day tour offered by Tour Altinkum. We contacted Tour Altinkum through WhatsApp. Mustafa immediately messaged us about the tour. We ended up booking the tour with Tour Altinkum, which offered a very good price for the tour. Mustafa was amazing from the first time we messaged Tour Altinkum until our last transfer to the airport for our flight back to Los Angeles. Mustafa always replied to our messages right away and took care of all the scheduling and details of our tour.

We loved our experience traveling around Turkey with Tour Altinkum. Our itinerary allowed us to see some of the main cities in Turkey— Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Ephesus, Kusadasi— in 8 days! We researched a lot of tours prior to booking but Tour Altinkum provided a I tour that worked for our schedule in terms of duration and departure dates. The accommodations were thoughtfully picked, and all were central so it’s easy to go to the sights and also do independent exploration after each tour. But the best part is the level of service they provided. They are very responsive to all our questions before, during and after our trip! They also provided us with reminders everyday to let us know who our tour guide will be and what time we will be picked up from the hotel. They also helped schedule a PCR test for us at the last minute before our flight back to the US (required for those flying back to the US). Something to keep in mind is while there is a tour guide throughout the tour, you get a different guide everyday. This actually works out well because the guides are local to each area so you get to learn about each place from someone very knowledgeable about that particular part of Turkey. Our guides were absolutely superb! Ezgi, Yusuf (Istanbul), Ozay (Cappadocia), Oktay (Pamukkale), Emre (Ephesus). They were all very articulate and knowledgeable about the history and provided very interesting stories of each place they took us to.

The experience gained on this magical journey to the bowels of our civilization has been profound, with true knowledge of history thanks to our guide Emre. I have travelled quite a lot and this time I have been surprised xq we have been fortunate to have an authentic scholar, Mr. Elmer. It is worth adding that Emre and driver Okra made our trip an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a learning journey in an easy to understand way, taking home the desire to continue learning, with simple, friendly people, willing to serve you at all times, this is the company you should choose.

We are definitely fortunate to be accompanied and guided by people with great human quality and great knowledge.
