My husband and I were excited to explore Ephesus and Pamukkale after we had done a tour of Cappadocia. The tour manager maintained good communication for the coordination of the trip. We flew to Izmir from Istanbul and met the driver who drove us to Ephesus. Our tour guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She took us to the House of Mary and the Ephesus ruins. We had a delicious lunch. After lunch however, we drove by some sites that were under repair. I felt like the tour was misleading and could have updated their schedule to include some other sites. The last part of the day, we went to a leather factory where I thought we would be learning how leather is made but instead, it turned out to be a very bizarre “runway” show and following that, we were taken to an area where they were selling overpriced leather goods for $500 USD+. Later, We were dropped off at a 3 star hotel which wasn’t anything impressive but the views were very nice. The next day, we drove to Pamukkale from Ephesus and had a different tour guide and driver. Pamukkale was not as impressive as it seemed on social media. We were short on time so we didn’t see much on the second day of our tour. We did have a nice buffet lunch however. Overall, we were not that impressed with this tour and would not recommend. It was not worth the money we spent.

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel and departure around 07:30 – 08:00 and drive 3 hrs for a full-day tour of Pamukkale & Hierapolis.
Cappadocia and Pamukkale are the only places that look for surrealist sites which are not from this world. Today, we will visit Pamukkale which means “cotton castle” in Turkish, and it is a natural site containing hot springs and travertines; terraces of mineral carbonates left by the water flowing with its temperate climate throughout the years. After your guide completed giving the information, you will have free time (1 to 2 hours) to take your time in the terraces of Pamukkale with swimming in the Natural Springs or with exploring the Ancient Ruins of Hierapolis City.
We will also visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The natural sources have been used as a spa since the 2nd century BC, and people came to get some cure. In the Hierapolis Ancient City you will have chance to explore; Gymnasium, Theatre, Hierapolis City Museum, Apollon Temple and many others...
Cleopatra/Antique Pools is a unique place with natural springs and ancient pillars in it. You will have free time to swim in this place. There is an additional cost of 50 Turkish Lira (around 7.5 EUR) to swim in this place which is charged by the facility.
At the end of the tour around 15:30 – 16:30 we will make our way to Airport for an hour drive and you will have your flight back to Istanbul. When you arrive to Istanbul Airport, our team will be waiting for you at the exit gate of the domestic terminal with holding a sign in which your name is written. After meeting, transfer back to your Hotel in Istanbul. End of our service, hope to see you again!

Reviews
The tour was well planned and the office manager and tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Overall, an excellent experience.
Our guide, Ismail, is very genuine person. Knowledgeable in what he's explaining and overall an enjoyable trip with him as our guide.
Our family of 4 had an amazing experience with this tour company. We generally do not do tours however arranging the logistics of a visit to Ephesus and Pamukkale in 2 days by ourselves was too difficult. Everything was smooth starting from communication with Ismail to book the tour, he was very responsive on WhatsApp as well as email. When the tour started, our driver was extremely punctual arriving at 4am on the dot, and was skillful with navigating the roads throughout the tour. Our first day in Ephesus was unforgettable with Burga our tour guide who was very knowledgeable and personable. We ended the day in Kusadasi which surprised us as it was a very idyllic seaside town frequented by cruise shippers as well as locals. We spent our free time by the sea and soaking up some sun, then finished with a lovely seafood dinner (not included) while watching the sunset. Our second day started with a drive to Pamukkale with Fatima our guide, who skillfully arranged it such that we would be able to visit both the lunch spot and Pamukkale before the crowds came. She gave us good advice to avoid the Antique/Cleopatra pool as it was the day before the pool water gets changed and the water was very dirty. We also had the option for visiting some factories for leather goods and onyx (these were opt in). They were not pushy and you don't have to buy anything if you don't want to. They also gave us the option to skip the visit and spend our free time instead which was appreciated! Thank you to Best Turkey Tour and our guides Burga and Fatima for the amazing and professional trip!
My twin brother and his wife from South Africa and I embarked on a journey to see the city of Ephesus for ourselves and then we went onto Pergamon ending at the location where St Philip was martyred, Pamukkale. I can definitely recommend using Iglesias Tour company as it is always a bit scary to select a touring company. All the arrangements went off perfectly and the our experienced Mr Ercument, English speaking tour guide, communicated interesting historical information about the various locations. My mother will be travelling to Turkey in Sep-22 and will also be using Iglesias Tours along with her sister and brother in-law from Australia. After completing my trip using Iglesias Tours, I informed my mother that there is no need to worry about your trip because, " You will be in good hands" with Iglesias Tours. Travel, times, food, laughs are all expertly arranged and guaranteed. Further to the excellent Touring company the locations especially Ephesus were absolutely amazing to behold, the scale and structures' building detail and materials used makes one wonder if our Civil & structural engineers should be embarrassed. What a impressive historic monuments of our ancestors and how impressive they really were and seeing the very places I had heard about and read about in the Bible was really impactful. I wish you all an enjoyable time on your holiday/tour plans.
(As with any online overseas purchases, I am always worried of scams but this is legitimate. This affirmation is to allay any fears you may have.) Booked a 5-day Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia tour. Upon payment of the deposit, flights, accommodation and itineraries were promptly arranged, confirmed and communicated. Ismail updated me on pertinent information prior to the daily itinerary including helping me to check-in my flights online which I had forgotten to do. We selected premium accommodation. The hotels, Charisma Deluxe in Kusadasi and Yunak Evleri Cave Hotel (excellent restaurant) in Cappadocia, were excellent and worth the extra. If only we had more time and energy to make use of their facilities. Tours to Ephesus and Pamukalle were superb with Ismail and Fatima being our guides. They were knowledgeable, professional and kind. They provided sufficient time for us to enjoy ourselves at Ephesus and Pamukkale and provided sufficient information. Fatima also made sure we arrived at a time when she knew there would be lesser visitors so it was great that we could enjoy some of the pools without the crowds. Two of us were joined by a family of three so the small group of 5 made the tours more personalized. As with any other tours, do expect side trips to craft workshops/ shops. This trip included a trip to a carpet weaving workshop (which was informative) and a leatherwear outlet. The shopkeepers do not pressure you to purchase anything. I highly recommend using their services and I have also recommended them to friends who are planning to go to Turkey. I usually prefer to travel free and easy but because I am really glad I booked this tour for this leg of my Türkiye trip.
Visit to Ephesus is very informative. I see beautiful places in Kusadasi and Pumakkale. The foods are tasty and big prtion.Transportation is comfortable all along our tour. Driver and tour guide are friendly people.
The husband and wife team is a delight to be with. Responses to my email and WhatsApp messages were timely. As with Tours one is always weary as to the quality of the experience. I would like to recommend them as information is clear and they are cheerful and friendly.
The tour guides were knowledgeable and relatable.Helpful and gave good feedback and respond to our communication were ace.
Wonderful experience with our local guides Fatima and Ismail, who were very lovely and extremely knowledgeable about the sites, very patient and friendly couple. The food and our accommodation in Kuşadası were fantastic. Definitely recommend this tour!
The trip was perfect! Our guide Fatima was great- she helped us learn and understand the Turkish culture and took us to the most authentic & lovely Turkish restaurants. The pickups were on time, the hotel was amazing- absolutely hassle free experience. Recommended.
I go with my husband to this tour to Ephesus and Pamukkale. I really like the ruins of Ephesus and Hierapolis because I am Christian and like to learn about Christian history. Our guide is Ismael and he was very nice and spoke very good English. He was giving us very good education on the history there. He is also funny and made our time comfortable. Thank you to Ismael and hope to have him as a guide in the futures.
My wife and I were visiting Turkey for the first time. We had some things in Istanbul that we needed to do, but we had a few days to visit and explore the different parts of the country. When we saw all the good reviews for Best Turkey Tour, it was an easy decision to make. We didn't speak any Turkish, so having a guide that could speak English was essential. Obviously, there were a lot of reviews complimenting Ismael, so we were pleasantly surprised that Ismael reached out to us soon after we had completed the booking. There was actually another tour that we took while we were in Istanbul, and that experience was very lackluster (the guide was slow, didn't keep us engaged, wasn't very personable). The other couple we were with was probably the best part of the tour. That being said, Ismael was amazing!!! He kept us entertained throughout. I love learning about history, but he really kept us on our toes. There would be little playful pop quizzes throughout to make sure we were paying attention, but it made things that much more enjoyable and made the historical aspect stick that much more. Ismael knew exactly how long we needed to be in a particular area. After giving us some history and tips, he gave us ample time to explore on our own and take pictures. He even had more in-depth information when I asked for more details. Because we were in such a small group, he offered to take us to a local eatery rather than a buffet that caters to the different dietary restrictions or preferences of larger tour groups. The food was delicious and he sat with us while we ate and we just had some small talk while we ate. (The other tour guide just sat on his own, not really wanting to interact with us). Being able to see the ruins of Ephesus, House of Mary, Hierapolis, Temple of Artemis, the Pamukkale Travertines were amazing. One thing I especially appreciated was that he separated what was common legend vs. what things were in actuality vs. things that were still unknown. I appreciate when he said that there was no way in terms of timelines that the Cleopatra Pools in Pamukkale were visited by Cleopatra. This tour isn't necessarily an easy one in terms of logistics. They have to manage transportation to/from the airport, two separate flights, hotels, meals along with everything else. Everything went super smoothly. We never felt frantic, or lost, or unsure of what we had to do. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked until we were back in Istanbul. My wife and I are planning on coming to Turkey again next year with our children to do the Cappadocia area (Balloon rides!!). We will be specifically asking for Ismael, because he made the entire tour so easy, entertaining, and educational. Don't hesitate to book here.
We booked our tour through our hotel in Kusadasi. We have Ismael our private tour guide / photographer for 2 days. 1st day, we went to Mama Mary house which is a blessing and then we visited the ruins of Ephesus. Ismael was a well educated and informed to the places we visited. I’ve learned a lot about the history. after our tour, we went to a local carpet shop (must experience) and a pottery place. Ismael stop by to this oldest shawarma (doner) place on our way back to the hotel, its tasted so good. The 2nd day we went to Pamukkale, its a 3 hour drive from Kusadasi. We left our hotel around 4:30 am and arrived at Pamukkale 7:30 am before the sunrise, Then ride the hot air balloon. it was amazing experienced. the view from the top is spectacular. Watching the balloon inflating was very entertaining. After an hour, Ismael drove us to the mineral-rich thermal water and walked us through to the story of this magnificent hillside. there you could also swim at Cleopatra pool, the water as warm and clean. I did enjoy my time and it was well-planed by Ismael. Thank you Ismael for making our trip possible. In chala I’ll see you again Turkey.
We had a pleasure to visit the Pamukkale and Ephesus 2nd week of Feb 2020 and here is our review. Booking. + We booked the trip via trip-advisor on the 1st week of Feb 2020 and it was easy and no problems so far. + As soon as we booked we received message on whatsapp and on email address from Ismail regarding our information for booking of flight tickets from Istanbul to Izmair. + We then received the flight booking confirmation and over iteanrry on the very next day. So rating on our booking was a 5/5. Trip. + A day before the trip Ismail messaged us the time when we would be collected from our hotel. + On the day of the trip our driver was waiting for us on our hotel lobby and drove us to the airport + We had a good flight, no delay and no problem so far. + After exiting the airport we were greeted by Usman and very nice lovely guy. + He drove us for 1 hour to Ephesus were we met Ismail ( more about him later in the review :) ) + Ismail took us to Ephesus, The Virgin Mary's House, The Temple of Artemis, and few local sellers etc. + For lunch Ismail took us to a local Turkish restaurant and it was a amazing feeling. + After the trip we were dropped at Kuşadası at İlayda Hotel, the view from the hotel was amazing (see view) and usman told us a few nice eat out place at Kuşadası which we did visit for dinner and mind you it was awesome. + At evening we walked near the beach at Kuşadası and explored the local area. + The next day Usman picked us at the hotel at the time mentioned (7AM) and drove with us for 3 hours to Pamukkale, after which he left back to his home. + We met the team from "Turkey Magic Travel" operating from Pamukkale, the team took us Hierapolis & Pamukkale, Cleopatra Pools etc. + The Lunch was a buffet system ( to be frank didn't like it, it wasn't Turkish buffet mainly continental which missed the experience of turkey ) + and finally we were dropped at the airport were we took the flight back to istanbul. + On reaching Istanbul airport the team too So rating for managing the trip / communciaton / hassle - stress free experience is 5/5, there was no time in our trip we felt uncomfortable everything happened as described and time was managed perfectly. Tour Guide. + There is no words to described Ismail, you might have read other reviews praising Ismail and we experienced first hand to why is he rated so high. + Ismail had personality, he is very professional. + He had a daughter (may Allah bless him) 3 days before our trip. Even though he was a new father and baby being 3 days old (still in the hospital during the day of our trip), he still was very professional, smiled with us, enjoyed his personal stories ( I will still remember the incident you told how you missed your flight and landed in a different country :D) , shared his new born picture with us. The smile on his face when he kept showing his daughters picture was priceless and as a parent myself we could only imagine how he would be feeling. Full marks to you on this Ismail. + The tour guy at Pamukkale ( forgot the name ) was good, initially when we met him our first impression was not that great + But as the tour progressed, he was friendly and earned our respect. + I had a good chat at the end of the trip where he shared the story about his town / how he came to Pamukkale from Istanbul etc. Rating on the tour guides 5/5. Conclusion. + Overall we are very happy with the trip. + We prefer Ismail the tour guy over the guide who took us at Pamukkale, not that he was bad, just that we enjoyed the experience / interaction with Ismail. + Ephesus had a great history and we loved the experience / history and story telling by Ismail. + Personally I loved Pamukkale more than Ephesus, reason being we travelled with kids and our kids loved the hot thermal springs at Ephesus and we as a family had a great fun playing in the natural spring. + The only bad about the trip I would say is the lunch in Pamukkale, as an outsider coming into the country to experience Turkey I would have loved some Turkish cuisines. + The memory we take away is Ismail / Usman / fun with kids at Pamukkale / amazing lunch at Ephesus / Kuşadası the city and many more .... Overall we were extremely happy, thanks again Ismail. We wish you a great father journey and may god bless your family. Congratulation again on being a father and also do share our Congratulation to your wife Fatima :)
Very enjoyable tour because we were accompanied by a friendly tour guide, good job fatma and your husband :) an explanation of the story there or history is clear, organized, and easy to understand. the guide is also patient and understanding because we were carrying a baby at tour. thank you so much for giving the best impression on the last day of my holiday in turkey. The best private tour ever😊
Very informative and kind, clearly explain all the details of the places. Manage the timing well. No rushing.
Nice trip with good views at Pamukkale and Ephesus areas. Good tour guide and provide good guide around the areas.
My tour guide Ismail is a very fun and infromative guy.I enjoy the trip and recommend to book a tour with them.
We were first greeted by a professional driver who transferred us to the hotel and also to Pamukalle. The journey was without any hassle and done in a timely manner. The second day was the tour of Euphesus that was lead by Fatima which was a wonderful host and happily answered all our questions. The tour was smooth and relaxed where we got to enjoy the visited places. This company is highly recommended!
The people working this tour are incredible - they set everything up for our 4-person private tour in 48hours (we got very lucky with their timing, they're usually quite booked), and then stayed in touch with us for our other random Turkish cultural questions long after the tour was over. Fatima was outstanding and very knowledgeable. I wish I could bring her everywhere I go through Europe, she is very well educated, researched and passionate! This tour guide group was very organized, punctual, and adaptive to our difficult demands (when people on our tour got sick, they worked with it and still took care of everyone's needs and got us everywhere on time). I honestly could not recommend anyone more highly than Fatima and this tour organization - if you are curious about history and want professor-level knowledge for your every burning question, PLEASE use this tour group. They took us to local spots and our trip to Turkey was GREATLY enhanced thanks to using this tour group and Fatima's in-depth knowledge! If you want to learn about ancient history and modern-day cultures, this is an outstanding choice. I can't wait to go back to Turkey and other European countries just to learn from Fatima on-the-spot!
Amazing time with Fatima, she is very knowledgeable about history of the area, funny, and excellent company. She also provided excellent information related to Turkish culture, shopping, and food. The trips to leather and carpet factories were awesome, with no pressure to buy. I highly recommend it.
The best tour guide so far (5 star). Ismail was very informative and knowledgeable. He was also very helpful and friendly. I have learnt a lot from him today. He also took us to an authentic Turkish restaurant for lunch which was a great experience of its own.
Ismail was a great tour guide. He was very informative and took us to a local restaurant and the food was great! I enjoyed my day.
Arriving in Kusadasi, Ismail gave us a brief welcome call to brief us on our second day activity on the phone as the driver sent us to our hotel. We felt that was good as we were updated. Joined a small tour to Pamukkale, unfortunately most in the group did not like the tour guide whose way of speaking was crude and did not listen to any of us, it spoilt the day, however redeemed by the beautiful sceneries of Pamukkale. 3rd day changed to private tour and although Fatima was 3 months pregnant but was professional throughout the day trip and took good care of me and my mother. We are pleased with her service, and genuine advice and friendliness. She also introduced us to a leather factory where I bought a nice leather jacket. That's how good she is! She did not force us to go anywhere we didn't wanted to, that is good. I think her genuine advices were what we appreciated most. Very easy to speak to. Please contact them if you are headed to Turkey!
Without a doubt a fantastic tour of Ephesus and Pamukkale with the best tour guides: Fatima and Ismail. From our hotel pick up, flights, tour and back to our hotel, everything was convenient, personalized and went smoothly. Ismail was in contact with me since I booked the tour making me feel welcome and confident that everything was going to be great. Our first day tour guide was Fatima. She was very knowledgeable, kind, strong communication and people’s skills, enthusiastic, patient, and extremely professional. She even went out of her way to help me (via What’s U) find things I wanted to buy in Turkey via What’s Up. I truly appreciate it. On our second day, after spending the night in a great hotel with amazing views, Ismail picked us up for another fantastic day. As Fatima, Ismail was very knowledgeable, friendly, and super patient. I summery everything you can ask from a tour guide. The sites we visited were spectacular, I highly recommend this tour.
Ismail has worked hard for my tour to be the smoothest from A to Z . Planning for it before 3 months through whatsapp, replying to all my questions, helping in any way possible. This guy is the best! The Ephesus tour with Ismail was amazing. He is knowledgeable, friendly, sociable and interactive. Everything on the itinerary was done, wrinkle free experience. Unfortunately, he was not the one touring with us to pammukale which was sad and really the experience there was not the same without him
We were guided by Ismail. He was very knowledgeable, smart, friendly and effusive with a fine sense of humour. He made our trip most enjoyable as also gave us immense information. We were most satisfied. I rate him 5* Sanjay Vadgaokar India
The first day (Ephesus) with Ismail was good. Ismail got in touch with me via whatsapp as soon as I made the reservation (which was months ago) and was very informative and helpful even before I got to Turkey, which I appreciated. The first day started with a 7am flight (hotel pickup from Sultanahmet was at 3:40am!) from Istanbul to Izmir airport, then a 1 hour drive to Ephesus. We saw the Efes ruins, House of Virgin Mary, and Temple of Artemis. We were also taken to lunch at a local restaurant (lovely) and a pottery store where we got to see beautiful traditional pottery artwork (I didn’t feel super pressured to buy). The Efes ruins visit felt a bit rushed while the whole trip ended pretty early- around 3pm- so I would have appreciated more time at the Efes ruins. We were then dropped off at our Kusadasi hotel. Kusadasi was a nice beachtown so it was great to stay there. The hotel was pretty good. The second day started with an 8am pickup at our Kusadasi hotel by Begu (our guide for the Pamukkale tour) and a 3-hour drive to Pamukkale. We were only given 1.5 hours to explore Pamukkale (including the Cleopatra pool) and Hierapolis (didn’t get to go in since time was limited) when there were tons of other tourists so it felt super rushed. We were then taken to a buffet for lunch then a textile shop... Then the tour ended at 2:45pm when we were dropped off at a local travel agency that was providing the airport transfer to Denizli airport, but our flight wasn’t till 6:35pm so we spent a long time waiting for the transfer and at the airport... I wish we had gotten more time at Pamukkale. Overall 4 stars for the 5 star first day and 3 star second day.
We had a great time in Ephesus and Pamukkale. The tours were organized well, thanks to our very nice and knowledgeable tour guide Fatima. I would definitely recommend this 2-day tour to my friends - a must see tour when you are in Turkey.
Had a great day. Ephesus was fascinating and Ismail was very informative and kind. The carpet tour was very cool and then lunch delicious. Finished the beautiful day off with a trip to the house of the Virgin Mary and Artemis temple, back to hotel in time for pool on the agean sea. Will be back!!!
We had the best time in ephesus! Our tour guide Fatima is sooo helpful the trip was so infomative! Well organized tour! Best ever
We had a great time on this tour. Ismail was a very helpful and friendly guide! We really enjoyed Ephesus.
We travelled to Pamukkale with Ismael and Ephesus with Fatima. Both guides were excellent, showed us the highlights and kept us in the shade as much as possible on very hot days.
We really enjoyed the trip with wonderful historic sites and magnificent nature. The tour organizer arranged everything very nicely. The tour guiders, especially, Fatima, did an excellent job. My son also had his first experience in paragliding.
Amazing trip with beautiful sceneries, the local guide is really niceand explain many things clearly
I went on two tours with Fatima and saw Ephesus (Mary’s house, Ephesus, Temple of Artemis, etc.) and Pamukkale (Hieropolis, Travertine, etc.). I highly enjoyed my time on the tours! She was an excellent, knowledgeable guide and had a great, warm personality. Our driver was also friendly and proved very capable navigating the roads on our bus! I would recommend a tour with Fatima and her company for anyone looking to learn more about this awesome area.
It was super fun! They picked us up in time. The tourguide was such a sweet lady and the lunch was delicious. The bus was very comfortable. Everything was so clear and i would really recommend this to anyone who comes here!
We stayed in Kusadasi for two nights and went on this tour. Very nice experience. Fatima the tour guide was really informative and helpful. Enjoyed the trip. The whole tour was very nicely timed with pick ups and drop off times explained. This is a small group tour so you get to do a lot more with personalised service from the guide Fatima. We made some new friends across the globe. We got sufficient time everywhere to explore. The lunches were ok with a Turkish style food on the Ephesus tour and a buffet on the Pamukkale tour. Though the weather was quite hot Fatima always explained everything under a shade somewhere, again which is an advantage of a small group tour. We had six in the group on our Ephesus tour and fourtee for Pamukkale. It's like having a private tour guide ! Overall a great two days visiting but we will have to return to just enjoy Kusadasi! It is also a great resort town on the Aegean sea.
We were here for 2 days and enjoyed the Pamukkale and Ephesus tours, drivers/guides/lunch places/ hotel recommended - EVERYTHING was excellent n i strongly recommend Iglesias Tour around.
Me and my partner took a two day tour. The van driver was a bit later than arranged. We were kindly informed about the changes just before the pick up time which was fair enough. We then collected few more customers and proceeded to an airport. At the airport we had to print our boarding passes and check ourselves in. When arrived in Denzili airport our driver waited for us with a banner. We then travelled to the tour office. We had an hour wait in which we could get something to eat and drink. After the breakfast we started our tour of pamukkale. We visited the ancient theatre and hierapolis pools. Hierapolis pools were overcrowded, not even sure if those pools heal or make worse as nobody seemed to take shower before entering. Pamukkale pools looked great, not as good as on the pictures though. Lots of people, very dangerous if going close to the edge. The water in the pools is more grey than sky blue like in pictures. Fatima, our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history aspect. We just felt a we bit uninformed about general information about Turkey. The only bad point about this trip was that the air-con in the van wasn’t working for an hour. After the tour ended we were transported to a town called Kusadasi where we stayed over. The hotel was in great location close to main street, shopping and restaurant area. The room in a four star hotel was awesome. We had a double sea view room which was amazing. Breakfast was also tasty. Second day of our tour started at 9am. We have collected other passengers and started our tour. We started of with a very old mosque. We then went to an Ephesus which was also packed. Its really worth seeing. Our tour guide Ismail was very good. He talked us over about the history of this place and easily answered all questions asked. When travelling between the places he explained the religion and culture matter in Turkey. Virgin Mary house wasn’t so much amusing but looked like a place of worship only. The end of the tour we seen the temple of Artemis or more like one pillar with birds nest on top of it which left us a bit disappointed but we couldn’t do anything about it. Over all I believe this tour was great from tourist perspective. Just the attractions didn’t look as good as on the pictures.
We booked the two day tour of Ephesus and pamukkale. The booking process was very smooth with timely response from the team who can be contacted through WhatsApp and email. I was very impressed with the prompt shuttle service and also the tours guides provided to us.
Extremely efficient trip advisors and trip guide who offered a truly effective and friendly service from the word go. Superb communication and organising skills at our service at each step. We flew from Istanbul to Pammukkale spent the day touring the Roman heritage sites, and breathtakingly beautiful- soothing thermal springs. Later we were housed in a delightfully luxurious and modern hotel (Hotel Avant Garde)in Izmir. The 3 hour journey from Pammukkale to Izmir provided a rare opportunity to travel through picturesque parts of semi-urban and rural Turkey. The next day was visit to Ephesus, House of Virgin Marry and driving past the Biblical cave of Ashab e Kahaf (the cave of the seven sleepers). The Trip Advisor offered excellent lunches all inclusive, well maintained medium size coaches with professional and polite drivers. The cheerful tour guide Fatima was an exceptional professional with deep knowledge of the heritage sites, inspired and inspiring storytelling and forever ensuring sufficient time for photography enthusiasts to do explore, appreciate and take plenty of images. All in all a memorable trip, that's sure to bring us back here in not too distant a future perhaps in autumn next time.
We spent two Great days with Fatima from Iglesias tours in Pamukkale and Ephesus. Very informative and ready to answer all questions. We can recommend them any time
Very good tour and Fatima the tour guide was very nice and give us a lot of information about the places we visited.
The hotel accomodation including the food is very good. Fatima, our tour guide is so friendly and easy to talk to because of her ability to speak English fluently. She is very pretty, too.
The tour arrangement is good. Smile is a very friendly, joyful and helpful. He explained details for the tour.
Ismail is a handsome guide. Experienced and knowledgeable about the history of the area. He treated us Turkish coffe.
We had a great time at Pammakule and Ephesus with Fatima! She is a local of Kusadasi and you could see her passion & knowledge shine through her! ✨ She also took us to a local restaurant which was fantastic! To say she took care of us over our last 2 days would be an understatement. I HIGHLY recommend her & her husbands company! ✔️
Ismail was a great tour guide and a tour coordinator. I actually had an issue to fill in the form to book the tour but when I got in touch with him through WhatsApp (which is the online support contact for this company), he was very helpful to sort out the issue (eventually he took booking through WhatsApp message). Transportation was very smooth. Hotel in Istanbul - airport- flight - then actual tour. It was only me and 2 more people so it was very relaxed throughout. Ismail was very informative about each location. Also he suggested a traditional Turkish cuisine restaurant for our lunch which is usually not included to their course. Although he had to take us to two shops; pottery shop and leather shop, they were good quality shops. And Ismail didn’t forget to remind us that it’s not mandatory to buy anything from them. The hotel in Kuşadası was a good one. They have a good choice of hotels.
