As a solo female traveler, this trip was fully safe, comfortable, and enriching. I got chance to meet a lovely group on Day 2. Mr. Ahmad was my tour guide. He was so polite and professional. He shared many local stories that I had never heard online. Surely, I’d do this tour again.

I booked a two-day Ephesus and Pamukkale trip through this travel agency and trust me, they all performed excellent job. The guide was excellent and the hotels were also perfect. I highly recommend hot air balloon experience in pamukkale to everyone if you were unable to take in cappadocia.

I loved the time spent in Pamukkale. We all friends along with our tour guide climbed the mountain which was fully covered with white layer. After a tired journey of mountain, we saw the thermal pools which had naturally hot water in them. We drank some water, also we enjoyed swimming there. The overall time in Pamukkale remained very enjoyable for all of us.

A perfect blend of nature’s beauty and history. All sights included in this two days tour were very beautiful and captivating. I enjoyed a lot on this trip.

Beautiful Pamukkale was truly breathtaking. The beautiful thermal pools and crystal clear water in them was very appealing. We also experienced Turkish food for the first time, which was very outstanding. Memorable experience!!

If your tour guides are co-operative, then your tour becomes more enjoyable. Our guide Ahmad was actually a lovely guy. I had a fantastic day with this tour. He was very knowledgeable and charming. I highly recommend this tour company.

The Ruins of Ephesus still have no example. It was so good to see the whole city live and know its history by such a wonderful guide. Pamukkale natural sceneries were also breath-taking.

We spent very memorable time with Tours Flame. The whole time was very relaxing. We visited Temple of Artermis, Tomb of Virgin Mary, Ancient city Hierapolis, Temple of Hadrian, Torjan Fountain and many other historic sites. Guide took us to great theatre and told its history that once it had space for 24000 people. It was very nice experience to visit such ancient sites. We spent a night in Kusadasi hotel, which was outstanding. Wonderful time with TF.

This tour is really highly recommended by me as this company has very good services. Our guide was very nice person. He took care of our every need and arranged vegetarian food for us. Visiting lovely white coated mountains in Pamukkale was an awesome experience. Guide told me about the Denzili king and the story of the crystal clear water. I stayed in a hotel in Kusadasi which was very beautiful. The overall experience was very enjoyable.

The whole trip was organized in a very nice way. The flights, pick and drop service, food, accommodation all were excellent. We came to know about the true face of ancient Ephesus. The Pamukkale experience was also very nice. Especially, Turkish food was very delicious.

Guide was good and knowledgeable. Lunch was good. Driver and people from Ephesus were warm and friendly !

In this 2 days trip of Ephesus and Pamukkale, I had great time with Guide. He was very nice personality. Temple of Artemis and ancient city of Hierapolis were so beautiful. Nature was on its peak in these 2 days. The lovely weather in Pamukkale with natural beauty around was heart winning.

I loved the time spent in Pamukkale. After swimming in thermal pools, guide took me to the ruins of the Theatre. He told me about its history. Overall, it was a history based tour, which was really impressive.

We visited almost complete Ephesus and Pamukkale in just 2 days. Temple of Appolo, Amphitheatre, Isabay Mosque and Celsus library were amazing. We spent our first day evening in Kusadasi near sea, which was absolutely outstanding. The second day also went very well and we enjoyed whole trip very much.

Everything was planned very well and was ahead of time. Very excellent hospitality was provided by Company in these 2 days of our trip. The transfers were very smooth and hotels were also good.

Ephesus and Pamukkale were the destinations for these two days, which Tours Flame expertly planned. The accommodations, cuisine, pick-up, and drop-off services were all excellent. This was a genuinely pleasant experience.

Pamukkale was as wonderful as I expected, and thrown in as an extra bonus was the historic Heiropolis, an ancient Greco/Roman site at the same location. Ephesus is such an important site of the ancient world. Our guide gave us good insight into what we were seeing. The tour company did a marvelous job of organization and meeting all of the tour members' needs. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable.

The natural hot water, white calcium deposits, beautiful crystal clear water pools make Pamukkale best place to visit. But one must be careful, because at some places, it is too slippery. However, no such situation in Ephesus as it is completely ancient and historic city with remains like Temple of Artemis. Every location was well described by guide.

This travel company has good customer care, comfort plans and policies. From the driver and meals to the transfer of flights, everything was managed very well. Especially guide was very good. We got more than we thought.

I booked this trip for our party of 8 back in March. It seemed really great with amazing reviews. I did have a few complaints about the company initially but those were soon overcome with their crisis management skills. Without their immediate help, there is no way we would have solved our problem. While we were waiting at the Denizli airport after our two day tour, prepared to fly back to Istanbul, four members of our group realized they left their passports in Selcuk at the hotel. Tours flame (within an hour), had us a personal driver back to Selcuk (4 hours), they had proof that the passports were there (which the hotel was not willing to admit), and they had a private driver from Selcuk back to Istanbul. In the end, the price was not bad (they originally said it could be over 1000 USD but it ended up being 650 USD and they actually arrived in Istanbul a few hours after the rest of us. I give this travel agency massive thanks for how they were able to resolve the situation so nicely while we felt stranded in the middle of Turkey. For that, we cannot give them anything less than 5 stars

During this trip, I had the pleasure of visiting two of my favorite tourist destinations. Pamukkale was an absolute delight, and I spent a great deal of time exploring its beautiful Amphitheatre. The knowledgeable guide provided a comprehensive history of the place and was happy to answer any related questions. In addition, the Great Theatre of Ephesus was nothing short of spectacular. These two days spent in Turkey were undoubtedly the highlight of my trip, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it.

Great trip in general. The booking process is actually rather clean and easy. No photo will do it justice. What, I didn't like. 1. Be aware that there are hidden costs (swimming @ Pamukkale) 2. Lengthy stops at local shops trying to sell you merchandise. 3. 4 hour waiting time at the airport on our return (I managed to change the flight and the team were responsive in arranging alternative transport)

I really wanted to go to Pamukkale and Ephesus during my time in Turkey, but I didn't really know how to go about doing it. I walked into this agency and they arranged the whole thing. It was so great, they thought of everything. I'm so happy I got to see those places before I left Turkey.

We used this company to book a tour of Ephesus and Pamukkale. We flew from Istanbul to Izmir and stayed in a great hotel in Kusadasi. The next day we went on a full day tour of Pamukkale. It was so cool. The travertines were so fun to walk through. Then we did a day tour of Ephesus. There was so much history there! We also got to see one of the 7 wonders of the world. Everything was great. I would definitely do it again.

My husband and I just finished a 2 day tour of Ephesus and Pamukkale and it was really so much fun. I’ve been dying to see Ephesus, and now I can finally cross it off my list. It was stunning. I couldn’t believe how much of the city survived all these years. Pamukkale is great too. The theater in the ruins of Hierapolis is beautiful and the travertines are a lot of fun. We stayed in a beautiful seaside town called Kusadasi. I absolutely loved it! The castle was so pretty lit up at night. We had a great little getaway.

We have bought the trip from office. They services are very good. They was very kind they helped us a lot. Even they given us very good price. We will strongly recommend this agency to everyone.

Both Pamukkale and Ephesus were very wonderful, and the guides were kind. Although the plan was to first visit Ephesus and meet the guide at the Selçuk Town office at 9:30, we were taken to an unfamiliar office, and only my spouse and I were waiting there. After waiting an hour and a half, I was taken to Pamukkale, which was different from what was planned, but since there was no contact from Viator at all, it took me time to realize where I was taken and I couldn't enjoy it. In the end, the plans for the first and second days had been changed. After that, we were made to wait for an hour in an unknown place for the hotel transfer, and after dropping off several guides, we were dropped off in a place away from our hotel. I had trouble finding a hotel to stay at. The Ephesus sightseeing on the second day was wonderful, but after returning to Istanbul airport, the shuttle bus didn't arrive for an hour and a half, and I was made to wait standing in the parking lot. I was dropped off in a place away from the hotel again, and I struggled to find accommodation, finally arriving at the hotel before 12 o'clock.

Day 1 was great! Day 2 was a bit rushed. Overall, it was a very complete tour with the perfect combination of culture, relaxation and adventure. The views were amazing. Highly recommended for everyone!
