The hotel staff has been so kind and understanding to us, and as romanians, know for a fact that you have someone there understanding romanian in case you don't know english at all. The rooms were really great as well. The best part about this hotel is that there are so many cats around! I absolutely loved it here! You have a couple of small stores nearby, but not that many restaurants.

The rooms are so bad the quality of beds is BAD, the service is even worse especially the person who speaks Arabic, the location is very far away from the center also the place is not save at all. I dont recommend
This hotel is in an excellent location close to restaurants, the trams, metro and buses, the rooms are excellent and the breakfasts also of a high standard. The service has been courteous and good in general.
A very disappointing experience. During my stay, Adidas kids’ sneakers were stolen from my room. The hotel claimed a staff member threw them away as trash after reviewing camera footage, which is hard to believe, as the item was new, clean, and clearly not garbage. They requested my receipt for reimbursement, which I provided, but I never received any compensation, and they stopped replying to my emails. Poor communication and lack of accountability. Even though the item was not of high value, this situation raises serious concerns — if this can happen, what about money or important documents? Very disappointing experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
