Wow Airport Hotel

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds are as hard as rocks and extremely uncomfortable. The staff are unfriendly, and their English skills are terrible, which makes communication very difficult. The breakfast is honestly disgusting. There is always the same food, almost no variety, and not even any fresh fruit. The rooms smell strongly of cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning barely works. You cannot sleep with the windows closed because the air feels unpleasant, but you cannot open them either because the metro noise is extremely loud. On top of everything, you have to pay extra to use the swimming pool, and you are required to wear a swimming cap. Charging extra for something like this is ridiculous. Overall, the value for money is terrible. Uncomfortable beds, rude staff, awful breakfast, rooms that smell of cigarettes, poor air conditioning, constant metro noise, and unnecessary extra charges. This hotel was a huge disappointment, and I would definitely never stay here again. I would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else!

My Six-Year Experience at WOW Airport Hotel I have been staying at WOW Airport Hotel for the past six years, and I can confidently say that my experience here has been truly exceptional. What distinguishes WOW Airport Hotel for me is, above all, the kindness, respect, and professional attitude of its staff. The reception team and executive management have consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, patience, and genuine hospitality. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well equipped with the facilities a guest needs. The hotel itself has a beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained environment, making it a very pleasant place for stay. During these six years, I have not only enjoyed the comfort and facilities of the hotel, but have also learned valuable lessons about respect, kindness, patience, and professional conduct from the way the staff treat their guests every day. For me, WOW Airport Hotel is more than a place to stay—it is an experience I will always remember and appreciate. I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and professionally managed hotel in Istanbul.

I’m very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although it is advertised as a 4-star hotel, in my experience it felt more like a 2-star hotel at best. There was no hot water in my room, and I reported the issue to the receptionist. Unfortunately, nobody came to check or fix it, which was very frustrating. The room itself looked extremely old, and the furniture seemed like it hadn’t been updated in around 20 years. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, I expected a much more modern and comfortable room. There were also no bathrobes provided.

I rarely leave reviews, but Mehmet truly deserves recognition for his outstanding service. We came from Portugal, and from the very first moment he made us feel incredibly welcome with his kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude. His genuine care and attention to every detail made our stay much more enjoyable and comfortable.Even in a four-star hotel, the level of hospitality he provided felt absolutely five-star. He was always attentive, respectful, and ready to help with a smile. Employees like Mehmet are the reason guests want to return again.Thank you for making our experience unforgettable — the hotel is very lucky to have someone as dedicated, hardworking, and talented as you.
