Very disappointing for a five-star hotel. The staff’s attitude was poor, and the luggage service was terrible. We were left to carry our own bags and do everything ourselves. I also requested a baby cot two days ago, and it still hasn’t been provided. This is far below the level of service expected from a five-star hotel.
Unfortunately, my experience at Wish More Şişli Hotel was very disappointing and did not reflect the level of service expected from a five-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, there was no staff available to assist us with our luggage, which is one of the most basic services expected at a hotel of this category. Even more disappointing, we had to wait two nights for a baby cot to be provided. This is completely unacceptable, especially for families traveling with young children who need comfort and essential services. It is truly disappointing that a hotel claiming to offer five-star standards falls short in such basic aspects of hospitality. Luxury is not just about the building, decoration, or facilities; it is about the quality of service, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests’ comfort and needs. Based on my experience, the level of service does not meet five-star standards, and I would not recommend this hotel to families expecting a high-quality hospitality experience.
Elegant, stylish hotel in a good residential neighborhood. Very local and well connected transport wise. They kindly arranged an airport transfer in and allowed check in at 06:30 for a half day fee. As it turns out the info attachments for the transfer did not download (my mistake) and so was unaware that no name board would be displayed. Check that you read all about exit 13 outside terminal for pick up and that you have a code. Breakfasts are good, amazing coffee. The rooms and bathroom are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Restaurants nearby are mostly casual, cafe like or canteen style for local, freshly prepared relatively inexpensive meals. We pre booked an uber back to the airport this worked very well. M2 metro and T1 tram take you most places. A funicular T1 takes you from Bosphorus waters edge straight up the hill to meet M2 metro. Found this out too late! Amazing hotel pool, gym and spa at no extra cost - we imagined it would be. They don’t advertise this widely (unless perhaps via the many QR codes you are faced with) and we were deeply disappointed to not have to tried these out. There will have to be a next time!
Everything was vey good. Clean rooms and fabulous breakfast. All staff are very kind and helpful. We had very good honeymoon experience here. in breakfast I separated the parsley of fries just for 2 seconds. After some minute Asli surprised me with simple fries. She was very kind and helpful.
I am extremely happy with my choice. Honestly, when I first booked this hotel, I didn’t have very high expectations. I simply thought it would be a good hotel, but after staying here for three days, I feel incredibly grateful to every single staff member — starting from the entrance and security team to housekeeping and the entire staff overall. I truly appreciate how responsive and supportive everyone was whenever I needed help, especially since I was recovering after surgery. They assisted me with absolutely everything, accompanied me whenever needed, and helped solve every question or issue I had. The rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean. Even though I was staying alone, they always provided amenities for two people with extra supplies as well. The location is perfect — the metro station is only a 5–7 minute walk away. Around the hotel, you can find a wide variety of food options, delicious cafés, coffee shops, and pastry stores, all at very affordable prices. Thank you so much for such wonderful hospitality. I am certain that I will come back again. Ideal for solo and family travel. NO VOICE FROM MUSIC AT ALL🫶🏻💖✨
