Volley Hotel Istanbul

I recently stayed at the Volley Hotel Istanbul and had a truly pleasant experience overall. One of the major highlights was the incredible staff; they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs throughout our stay. The common areas of the hotel, like the lobby, are modern and beautifully designed. As a volleyball fan, the location was perfect. We were easily able to watch an exciting match at the nearby arena, and the atmosphere in the area was fantastic. A special mention goes to the lovely touch of a well-stocked chocolate bowl at reception, which was a sweet surprise! ​While our stay was enjoyable, the dining experience was more average. The food, both in terms of breakfast and other meals we had at the restaurant, was just okay—not bad, but nothing very good or memorable. The breakfast spread, for example, had standard options like eggs, sausages, and sliced deli meats, but it didn't really stand out. Overall, it's a solid choice for a stay, especially given the excellent service and location for sports enthusiasts, but you might want to explore other dining options nearby for a more remarkable culinary experience.

Overall the hotel is just wonderful - great price/quality ratio. It was located in a district where locals live primarily so there is almost nothing to see except average Turkish life, but a 10 min ride on any bus will get you to kadikoy with all its bars, pubs and restaurants The staff was very friendly, even let us leave our luggage for free after checkout and walk around for a couple of hours before the flight The only thing that I didn’t understand is the prices for washing clothes - 150 tl for a wash and 300 tl for a dry wash, we asked only for a wash but were charged for a dry wash Breakfast was simple yet delicious. I didnt understand why they had a fresh juice sign but there were no juice near it For me personally, it was rather hard to relax around lots of screaming children and parents who didn’t mind that at all. Also, there were some repairs at the top of the building so it was quite loud for a couple of hours a day. But I think we were just unlucky

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding stay, incredible service from Enes and Raif! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care we received from two members of the night team — Enes and Raif. They are an absolute credit to the hotel and made our entire experience so much better. From the moment we met them, they were both brilliant. They were always on hand to help with absolutely anything we needed, bringing extra items or sorting out requests quickly and with a smile. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were — they didn’t just wait for us to ask for help, they regularly came over to check on us and ask if there was anything at all we required to make our stay more comfortable. When we ran into an issue with the internet connection in our room, they didn’t just try a quick fix — they took the problem seriously and immediately arranged for us to be moved to a new room so we could be fully comfortable and have everything working properly. They handled the whole situation smoothly and made sure we were settled in with no hassle at all. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and their friendly, professional attitude made such a difference. It’s rare to find staff who are this genuinely caring and attentive. We would absolutely stay here again, and we want to give a massive thank you to Enes and Raif for looking after us so well. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you Mirka and family

During my stay in Turkey, I stayed at the Volley Hotel with my father who was going to have a hair transplant. The hotel is well located on the "Asian side" of Istanbul, close to markets and other restaurants. In addition to being beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious, I just felt that they could have a greater variety of fruits. I would also like to mention that the receptionist Enes who attended me from the first day, was extremely kind, attentive and helpful, making my stay even easier and making it much better. Thank you.
