The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff's English wasn't very strong. The hotel was clean, and they provided as much water, tea, and coffee as I wanted. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here.

The hotel refused to provide breakfast to my wife and me! When we booked online, it stated that breakfast is $0 (I took a photo; see attached). It was also stated that if breakfast isn't included in the price, it would cost 5 Turkish lira (see attached photo). The receptionist said the hotel isn't responsible for this information and isn't a partner of Agoda (the service we used to book the hotel). The hotel manager charged us 15 euros per day for breakfast for two (instead of 5 Turkish lira). We were disappointed.

The hotel broke its commitments! My husband and I booked a non-smoking room because I'm allergic to tobacco smoke. The hotel confirmed the reservation. Upon check-in, we were given a terribly smoky room with an ashtray on the table. The receptionist said that all non-smoking rooms were occupied. We wanted a refund, but the hotel manager refused to help as and said, that we should contact by our self the service department we booked with (Agoda). In other words, the hotel doesn't even acknowledge responsibility for the incident.

Vois hotel is a cheap hotel so don't have high thoughts about service if you choose to stay here. There is a very good gym you can use free of charge as a guest. Friendly staff and you can bargain if you agree to pay the monthly sum in advance. I recommend that you book without breakfast. Should you need to eat, there are local restaurants nearby.

Would I recommend this place? NO Definitely not a 4 star, poor structure of the building (mould in bathroom and ants in my room) But really good service (labour service, hotels staff always looking after you but the quality of the food and rooms are not up to standard. Would gave this hotel three star review but the whole building lost electricity for several ours on my check day so I had to take 8 floor of stars with luggage to check out and get to airport.
