Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious with all the essential facilities - hairdryer, kettle, mini fridge and complimentary water. Check-in was smooth and quick, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety but honestly, the best part was the staff. All were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would go as far and say it is the best experienced I have had with the staff at a hotel. I would highly recommend Urban Hotel Bomonti!
