I had to ask for each and every service, none were explained to me. I had to call for the internet password, restaurant menu, someone to take me order as the staff were all drinking and talking outside in the garden.
The spa part is very misleading, its an extra costs other than the steam room which they only show you if you ask for it.
I asked the reception about laundry service and they said they'd pick it up with no mention of the extra fee or how much it would be.
The location has no food options other than pizza or bakery for vegetarians, which was really disappointing.
Excellent place for breakfast and start new day
I like it 👌👌
The room was large and comfortable but smelling smoke very badly.
We went there to have breakfast in Tuzla Garden. The hotel is so clean. Otel’s backyard is so beautiful. You should see the backyard in a sunny day. I will not forget the smeel of flowers at the garden. Their food products are natural. You can understand it from taste of them. I can suggest omlette with cheese.
I had a wonderful stay. The whole team was very friendly and always helpful. Great! The breakfast was extensive and there was lots of fresh food. The room was spacious and very clean. The spa area is very nice. Everything is very well maintained. I would love to come back.
