We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mr. Samed Murat Akdil during our stay at the hotel, and he truly left a lasting impression on us. From the very first moment we spoke with him, his kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. It honestly felt as though we were talking to an old friend we had known for years. His politeness and professionalism are exceptional, but what impressed us most was how approachable, sincere, and genuinely caring he is as a person. People like Mr. Akdil are what make a hotel experience truly memorable. It was a real pleasure meeting him, and we feel fortunate to have crossed paths with such a wonderful person and outstanding professional. We sincerely wish him all the very best and hope to meet him again in the future.

We have had an amazing stay at Tryp, the room was immaculate, staff were accomodating in every way! Just finished our complimentary breakfast at their buffet! Absolutely cant wait to come back. The front staff and restaurant staff have been the highlight of our time in Turkey so far! Thank you to the beautiful Aleyna for going out of her way to accomodate us to getting around despite our language barrier 😅 & a huge shoutout to the front desk for their friendliness & top notch professionalism!

This is one of the finest and most outstanding hotels in Istanbul. The staff are exceptionally courteous, professional, and friendly. I have had the opportunity to stay here twice within a year, and on both occasions I was welcomed with the same warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, as it is truly an excellent choice for accommodation. I had a good experience at Tryp by Wyndham. I arrived early in the morning and was greeted by Samed, the General Manager. He did great ensuring I had breakfast and my luggage was safe as I waited for my room to be ready. During my stay of seven days I enjoyed the professional services of the following staff: Berat, Receptionist, always ready to give me information on where to go. Berkman, Chef, was phenomenal in the way he curated my meals and snacks. Ayhan, barman & waitstaff was friendly and nice. Last but not least, Vesile, housekeeping cleaned my room and brought water and supplies daily with a smile. She deserves a nice tip! One thing that could use improvement is the daily breakfast. It could be varied a little bit Instead of the same food all the time. The scrambled eggs were cold and there was not much esle I enjoyed besides the fruit. Overal, my stay was good.
