I made a reservation at your hotel on March 16 through the Wyndham application. However, when I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM, I was informed that the hotel was under renovation and my reservation could not be honored. This was extremely frustrating, especially since the hotel appeared available on the application and my reservation was confirmed using my Wyndham Rewards points. I have never experienced such a situation before. Due to this issue, I was left stranded late at night and had to take another taxi and spend approximately two hours searching for another hotel. This caused me significant inconvenience as well as additional expenses. I kindly request that you compensate me for the damages and costs I incurred as a result of this situation. I look forward to your prompt response.

Overall, I hated it. Overpriced and low quality. Do not book here thinking the price means a good experience. The ok: - Clean (mostly) - Decent breakfast The bad: - Dysfunctional AC. This is by far the worst offender in this heat. - Extremely small shower. I'm not a tall person. - Bad wifi. Couldn't even connect. - Cheap shower gel - Cheap toilet paper - Noisy guests. People would keep stomping around and talking loudly even at 12.00 A.M. This was a very negative experience that I will never attempt again and will steer anyone I know away.

Hello. I came to this beautiful hotel with my friend to further my work experience, and they are incredibly grateful. The food is delicious. The fish and seafood were especially wonderful. Many greetings to Chef Enes. We loved him so much, and I hope he finds him. He's a good friend. Regards.

I just checked in my room. AC doesn’t blow cold. And personnel even claimed that it is very normal for the big hotels such as this one. Now, I am trying to get some air through this little gap for the whole room. The very annoying part is, they don’t tell you when checking in and paying for the room. First and definitely the last time in this hotel!

I have stayed in this hotel various times now, and each time has been a wonderful experience. The staff are exceptional. They are kind and welcoming and made me feel at home away from home. I will miss them a lot! The breakfast is lovely, a good buffet breakfast with lots of options. The surrounding area has a few shops, supermarkets and restaurants with good connection via buses and metro to get you to the more touristy areas. They also have a nice indoor pool and gym available. Thank you so much for everything.
