We had an amazing stay. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The boutique atmosphere made the hotel feel unique and welcoming, while the service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection of fresh, high-quality food, made even better by the beautiful view. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay again.
My husband and I from Boston, MA (together with our daughter, her husband, and two boys from Washington, DC) spent six days at this fabulous place. We very much enjoyed the kind and warm reception by Emrah Bey and his colleagues as well as the wonderful breakfast served and orchestrated by Fuat Bey--my poached egg was always cooked to perfection every morning. I am delighted to have discovered this hotel after many years of staying at La Maison (now closed) and a long hiatus of not visiting Istanbul for several years. I cannot wait to come back and spend another week at this lovely spot. Congratulations for running this place so beautifully and diligently.
A truly special boutique hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The location is ideal for exploring Galata, Karaköy and Sultanahmet, while still being on a quiet street. The historic building has been beautifully restored, and the rooms are spacious, elegant and very comfortable. The real highlight is the staff: always professional, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Nicole Restaurant is also highly recommended for its refined cuisine and beautiful views.
The most incredible hotel in the best location! Ahmed was an incredible part of our stay, from coordinating a surprise ahead of check in, to welcoming us into our room. The whole time, he was very polite and really made us feel welcome. The rest of the staff was also incredible.
A pleasant surprise that exceeded expectations in every aspect of our stay. We were greeted and assisted by the hotel staff while we were still carrying our luggage in the light drizzle about 50 metres away from the hotel. We were kindly allowed an early check-in at 11am, which we really appreciated. The hotel is located in a quiet area next to the Italian Embassy. It has a beautiful historic facade with a modern interior. Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean with a classic style elevated by thoughtful luxury touches. The beautiful and fully marbled bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub was the highlight. Although the rain meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the rooftop view, the Turkish breakfast at the Michelin-starred restaurant, Nicole, was outstanding. Beautiful presentation, delicious food, and excellent service were the reasons why the restaurant earned its reputation. Overall, an excellent experience to stay at Tomtom. Highly recommended!
