The Superior Living Batisehir

I don't recommend this hotel please read the review to the end. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever encountered. This property has severe health, safety, and maintenance deficiencies, and I am genuinely surprised it remains operational. I booked an apartment and was assigned to unit 513. Issues were apparent immediately upon arrival. All balcony doors had been left open, allowing rainwater to flood the floors during the first storm. Shortly after check-in, reception notified us that the fire alarm had been triggered, though we had done nothing to cause it. We soon discovered the source: water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling directly through the light fixture. The bathroom flooded, and water quickly spread into the bedroom and living room, creating a significant electrical and safety hazard. The issues extended beyond the plumbing. The kitchen sink was blocked and emitted a foul odor, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. Although we were moved to unit 1203 after complaining, the conditions were only marginally better. A persistent, unpleasant odor remained throughout our stay, making it clear that the underlying maintenance issues were not isolated to a single room. Despite being advertised as apartments, the kitchens are completely unequipped for cooking, with no cookware provided. Furthermore, the management structure is highly inefficient; simple requests for supplies, maintenance, or cleaning cannot be made directly to the staff but must instead be routed through the front desk every single time. The overall lack of basic amenities, combined with the severe health and safety hazards on the property, genuinely raises the question of how this hotel maintains its operating permits from the health department and tourism authorities. Additionally, the level of service was unacceptable for a long-term stay. Despite staying for 27 days, we were provided with only two bottles of water and two coffee packets for the entire duration. The hotel also retained my $100 deposit, charging me for a broken mirror that I don't know occurred during my stay. Finally, the handling of our complaints was highly unprofessional. A front desk representative named Yosif showed little concern for the serious hazards we reported. Instead of offering a constructive solution, he responded with dismissive remarks such as “Oh my God,” which I found entirely inappropriate for a hospitality professional. I strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere. This property fails to meet basic hospitality standards, and I regret wasting my time and money here.

We stayed at 2+1 apartment with terrace The location is convenient and easy to access very quiet and suitable for families BUT! The hygiene and cleanliness of this place needs attention. The sofas, carpets and all around needs cleaning and maintenance. Spots and spills of food and stains. The bedrooms had humidity and weird smell due to that. Toilets were not cleaned well and the kitchen was a disaster. The washing machine had black fungus around the rubber in the drum which is very unhygienic. I would recommend to the management to consider better cleaning standards to make the stay of residents more comfortable. I gave three stars due to the location only.

I split my time between two cities — Bursa and Istanbul — and I also travel internationally for work. TSL has truly become my second home in Istanbul. The rooms are very comfortable, modern, and tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need, which makes it perfect even for longer stays. A special thank you to the reception team — Baris, Emre, and Veysel! They always welcome you with a smile, are incredibly polite and attentive, and are always ready to help with any issue. You are one of the main reasons I keep coming back again and again! I definitely recommend TSL! It’s a place where you truly feel at home. ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at The Superior Living Batışehir for three weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. A special thank you to Emre and Mohammad at the reception. They were always welcoming, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful whenever I needed assistance. His attention to detail and hard work were truly appreciated. Every member of the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend The Superior Living Batışehir to anyone visiting Istanbul.
