A huge disappointment and, honestly, an embarrassment to the Grand Park Hotel brand. I have stayed at other Grand Park Hotel branches before and always had excellent experiences, to the point that I would book any Grand Park Hotel without hesitation. I was even considering extending my stay for an additional night, but after what I experienced here, that was no longer an option. The biggest issue was the unprofessional attitude of one of the staff members, especially at the reception desk. When I raised concerns regarding the parking situation, I was met with a rude and disrespectful response. There was also a power outage on the first floor, and the breakfast restaurant was left in near darkness, which was surprising and disappointing for a hotel carrying this name. The outdoor parking area required an additional fee, while guests were directed to the supposedly free underground parking. Unfortunately, the underground garage has a very steep entrance and exit, causing the underside of my car to scrape repeatedly. The room's cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The flooring appeared damaged and possibly affected by moisture, the shower was faulty, and the shower door was missing entirely. I have attached photos for reference. Breakfast was another disappointment. The food seemed stale and lacked freshness, completely different from what I have experienced at other Grand Park Hotel branches where breakfast was always fresh and enjoyable. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the room view overlooking the park. Other than that, my experience was extremely poor in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, service quality, and overall professionalism. I would strongly advise travelers not to be tempted by the lower price, as there are many better and cleaner alternatives available for the same price or even less.

Terrible experience. The air conditioning and refrigerator were not working, and when I reported the issue, the staff simply claimed they were working and refused to do anything. On top of that, the hotel was hosting loud parties inside the hotel itself, next to the lobby, until 3:00 AM. It was impossible to sleep or rest. Completely unacceptable service and atmosphere. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This was by far the worst 5-star hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms are old and outdated, and the air in the room was unbearable because of the strong smell of cigarette smoke. Definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel.
