An Excellent Stay at Grand Mira Hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mira Hotel and highly recommend it! From the moment I arrived, Mr. Onder welcomed me with such positivity, kindness, and warmth, making me feel comfortable and welcome straight away.
A special thank you to Mr. Mustafa and to the entire team, especially the lovely housekeeping staff. They do an outstanding job keeping the rooms exceptionally clean and well maintained. I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail.
Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness throughout my stay. You made my experience truly special, and I am already looking forward to coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Grand Mira - amazing hospitality, all the staff although I will make some special mention. From the moment of arrival, the reception was warm and being in a foreign country I was made so welcome - Thank You to Sadik and Suleyman. I also appreciated the flexibility of booking with the hotel.
I was provided a room with a view of the sea. I stayed here while recovering from a op and it was serene. When I needed anything the customer service was polite and prompt.
During the buffet breakfast spread, one of the staff - Hasan Hussein saw me struggling and provided assistance, Emrah also would look out for me too.
So many places to see in this beautiful country and Grand Mira Hotel was my favourite place to come back too.
I will be back again - Thank You all so much, words cannot express how through recovering here, I felt safe and supported. The hotel has a warm ambience that is filled with staff that genuinely show care 🙏
Hasan Huseyin always ensured my tea was full every morning for breakfast. He always greeted me with a smile and provided excellent service. There was another Lady who always made sure we had everything we needed at night, she was extremely sweet and accommodating.
The hotel was super clean and amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful. One of the best stays ive ever had.specially mr. Hassan Hosein and Emrah the best staffs. I asked their names to mention in the review as their service was outstanding, and they made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Title: Great Location and Breakfast
Overall, The Grand Mira is a great hotel. I chose it specifically for the sea-view rooms and proximity to the boardwalk, and it did not disappoint.
I saw two rooms during my stay, and 5th-floor room featured a small but stunning balcony.
You might wake up to the ambient sounds of birds, a passing train, or the morning call to prayer (ezan), but none of these were overwhelmingly loud.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and abundant—far richer than the typical breakfast buffets offered at US hotels.
Areas for improvement for management:
Service: The staff is very respectful, but a friendlier demeanor and more smiles would go a long way.
TV and Entertainment: The screens are too small and lack channel variety. The news options feel politically limited, there are no music channels, and adding smart features like YouTube is highly needed.
Bathroom Design (3rd floor standard sea-view room): Every shower should have a flexible showerhead. Additionally, the main towel rack is mounted much too high. It is also impractical that the towel hanger is located away from the shower—please install hooks directly next to the shower for convenience.
While the shower floor is aesthetically pleasing, it poses a slipping hazard. Please take measures to prevent any potential falls.
Lastly, the bathroom needs brighter lighting, as it's currently too dim for shaving.
