very good location. very good breakfast.service in rooms is not good. Hospitality only for the first day .No drinking water in rooms. The fridge is empty no coffee or tea only a cattle without water .It looks like 3 stars hotels in room service .All other 4 stars hotels I experienced offer very good services in rooms

Excellent service, staff was super helpful and polite. Location is perfect, 3-4 mins away from Taksim and Iskilar on foot. There's a spa and gym at the hotel which unfortunately I had no time to use. The only blemish would be the breakfast for me - I would prefer more protein, but all in all a wonderful experience.

This place is a joke. The old TV is in a wardrobe with a slide! In the same wardrobe you have a non working minibar. The hairdryer is working but broken! As a bonus, you have a very bad staff, we booked with a breakfast and it was another joke. The guy comes and clean the dishes next to you while you eating, the employees look at you with angry faces and you don't know why! My advice: don't waste your money on this place. I always ask myself: who gives 4 stars to this type of hotels? How hotels are evaluated in Turkey? It is still a mystery to me each time I visit Turkey and book a hotel thinking that a 4 stars is really a stars. Sometimes you get a real 4 stars and many times you feel you've got scammed with 3 or 2 stars with very bad and rude employees. Luckily I only got the angry looks this time with shi*y room, maybe if I talked to one of them I would get the yelling!

Worst reception ever. My mom and aunt are old ladies, they were staying there and i was just helping them take their stuff up to their rooms and order food for them and the reception started shouting at me and threatened to call the police even though I explained to him before, and i tried to say sorry but he didn’t accept it and kept shouting, so we’re never coming back here again.
