A Very Disappointing Experience! The cleanliness was absolutely terrible! When we first arrived, we found sunflower seed shells on the floor, and the room was clearly not clean. Our room was not cleaned even once throughout our entire stay! The staff didn’t even empty the rubbish bins, so we had to collect our own rubbish and throw it away ourselves. They didn’t replace the bathroom tissues or provide fresh towels. We had to ask for tissues ourselves every time we needed them. Nobody checked on our room or asked if we needed anything during our stay. The electric kettle was also extremely dirty, and we had to clean it ourselves before using it! Cleanliness: 0/10. Guest care: 0/10. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Honestly, the lack of cleanliness and basic care for guests was unacceptable. We expected much better, and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

# Extremely Disappointing – Terrible Hygiene, Cockroaches, Cigarette Smoke, and Rude Staff My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, even for a budget motel. In fact, cleanliness should have nothing to do with a hotel's star rating. Basic hygiene is the minimum anyone should expect. **The cleanliness of the rooms was absolutely unacceptable.** Housekeeping was so superficial that belongings left behind by previous guests were still hidden behind the furniture. This clearly suggested that the furniture was never moved for proper cleaning or vacuuming. **One of the worst problems was the constant presence of cockroaches.** I had to kill several cockroaches in our room every single day. After reporting the issue, I discovered that other rooms were experiencing the same problem. Furthermore, throughout our entire stay, there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in both of the rooms we had. The unpleasant smell never disappeared and made our stay even more uncomfortable. Other guests, particularly those staying on the first floor, were frequently complaining about water leaks in their rooms. The elevators were also constantly malfunctioning or out of service. **The behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional.** Whenever we reported a problem or raised a concern, the staff often responded in an aggressive, rude, and disrespectful manner instead of trying to resolve the issue. The breakfast service was also very poor. During breakfast, we were constantly disturbed by extremely loud construction noise coming from the first floor. Even more concerning was the condition of the restaurant ceiling, which appeared visibly damaged, sagging, and full of holes. It looked so unsafe that I genuinely worried it might collapse. The towels provided in our room were sometimes torn and extremely worn out, suggesting that they had been used for far too long without being replaced. **Daily housekeeping was practically nonexistent.** It seemed to consist of nothing more than leaving towels and two bottles of water. Even the bathroom and toilet were not properly cleaned. There was no sign of thorough cleaning or attention to hygiene. The telephone in our room was nothing more than decoration. It was not connected, had no cable, and was completely unusable. Considering the unacceptable hygiene, daily cockroach sightings, persistent cigarette smoke smell, water leaks, malfunctioning elevators, damaged facilities, poor breakfast service, and rude staff, I genuinely wonder how a hotel in such a condition is allowed to continue operating. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. Basic cleanliness, safety, proper maintenance, and respectful treatment of guests should be the minimum standards of any hotel, regardless of how many stars it claims to have. **I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. I would absolutely not recommend staying here, not even for a single night.**

This so wonderful hotel offer everyday free cold water without forgeting free water inside of the fridge and Free Pop Up Box Tissue. And Free coffee sachet, herbal tea sachet coffee-milk mix sachet, and sugar sachet and Kettle available in the cupboard. Concerning the behaviour of all staff is do wonderful : The reception staff are so kind and do attentive, the change me the Key and give me additional Key many thanks for them 👏👏👏 Tuzla Marina is wonderful housekeeper, professional always smiling and she had so nice behavior with clients Concerning Ozcan is so serviable professional and smiling person this wonderful person is working in the restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at Arts Hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. A special thank you to Meneksheh, the cleaner, who did an amazing job. She was kind, professional, and kept everything spotless every day. Her attention to detail and warm attitude really made my stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend Arts Hotel and would definitely stay here again!
