I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the staff made my trip truly memorable. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmet ( In reception) who guided me with everything I needed during my stay. His advice and local knowledge helped me avoid several scams and made me feel safe and confident while exploring Istanbul. He was always kind, professional, and willing to help. If you're planning to stay in the Taksim area, I highly recommend choosing this hotel. Taksim is a busy area, and having such a caring and trustworthy team makes a huge difference.

We spent 5 days in Istambul mostly walking around sight seeing. The hotel is obviously not a 4 star establishment but the service and the location makes up for it. The main hisotric landmarks like the Hagia Sophia or the Topkapi Palace are all a short tram ride away and the Galata Tower with it's great view of the city is in walking distance. Our room was nice and tidy but a bit small, just enough space for a king sized bed and wardrobe. Cleaning was done on a daily basis until we met the cleaning lady one morning and asked her not to clean. We only stayed a few days and were okay with using the same towels. Normally other hotels ask you to help minimizing the washing of towels and sheets but here there was no door sign for that (only one that says do not disturb). There is a mosque right next door so you might here the call to prayer early in the morning but it wasn't too loud or disturbing for us, could sleep through it undisturbed. The breakfast was not too accomodating for vegans but we could to eat some pastries with salad and fries which isn't ideal but better than nothing. Coffee, tea, and juice was available so that was just enough for us until lunch. The staff was super helpful throughout our stay. They recommended events and places to see, asked how we're doing and hepled us booking a shuttle back to the airport. All in all we had a great time in Istambul and if you're looking for a place to stay and you're on a budget this pleace is good value for the money.

The bed was only a double but it was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent as well as hot. The shower cubicle was spacious. The towels were nice. Issues with the toilet and television were promptly attended to. The location was excellent, being a short walk from Taksim Square. 24 hour Reception was great. Easy drop off/pick up for taxis. The hotel street frontage is not impressive, with broken tiles needing attention. The rooms could do with a makeover to bring them back up to 4 star standard. We would happily stay here again.
