Reviews
I had a wonderful experience staying at Nova Plaza Prime Hotel. The staff play a major role in maintaining the hotel’s high standards—they were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay.
The food was excellent, with a great variety and quality that exceeded my expectations. Overall, the hospitality and service truly made this place feel like a five-star experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
This was perfect i loved the view and the room the service was great though the elevator gave me nausea when you got to your story it would just jumpscare you and you would get a little sick but it was very very clean it jas everything you need the wifi is free and it performs very well so i reccomend you this hotel its very well cleaned and it has very great vibes!
I had a very pleasant stay at Sundance Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-organized, making it a great choice for travelers. The rooms are tidy, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, shops, and local attractions. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, offering a good variety of options.
Overall, Sundance Hotel offers great value for money and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The heating in our room was not working, and although we called the reception to report the problem, no one came to fix it. As a result, we had to spend a very cold night, which made it difficult to rest properly. We hope the hotel improves its response to these situations in the future.
Nothing in this hotel deserves a positive rating. Every part of the experience is worth one star. The worst part was the communication. No one speaks even the simplest English. When we went to the spa, they first told us that wearing a swim cap is mandatory, which we didn’t understand at all. Then they said it costs one euro and that we had to take the towels from our room. I took the towel and when we returned, suddenly the price became one thousand Turkish liras.
The cleanliness of the room, the hotel in general, and the food are all below a rating of one. The entire experience was disappointing from start to finish.
