Our experience at Sultanahmet Suites was absolutely terrible. We booked a specific room, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different room that did not match the original reservation at all. The advertised kitchen and coffee machine were missing, and the room had a horrible, unbearable smell. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s rude and unprofessional attitude. Instead of treating us with respect and trying to resolve the problem, they were extremely unhelpful and made an already unpleasant situation even worse. Only after we arrived and discovered the problem were we told that the original room had a water issue. Why were we not informed in advance? Guests should never have to arrive at their accommodation only to discover that the room they paid for is unavailable and that they have been given something completely different. This was unacceptable from start to finish. The room did not meet the advertised standards, the communication was extremely poor, and the customer service was disappointing. We paid for a particular type of accommodation and did not receive what we had booked. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this property. Nobody should have to deal with this kind of treatment when paying for accommodation. This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had, and I would never choose this place again.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected. The biggest problem was the huge number of cockroaches in the apartment. There were so many of them, and they were literally everywhere — in different areas of the apartment and at different times of the day. This was absolutely unacceptable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable throughout our entire stay. The apartment was also very dusty and did not feel properly cleaned. The terrace was unwelcoming, poorly maintained, and definitely not a pleasant place to sit or spend time. Overall, the apartment lacked cleanliness, comfort, and proper maintenance. Another major issue is that the photos do not accurately represent the accommodation you actually receive. The apartment we were given was not the same as the one shown in the listing. We were moved to a separate building, at a different location and distance from the address shown in the listing, which was very misleading. Unfortunately, the whole experience was disappointing from beginning to end. Cleanliness and hygiene should be the absolute minimum for any accommodation, and in this case, they were simply not there. We definitely would not stay here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Close to main attractions and public transport. We asked for two rooms and got an appt with small kitchen and a terrace. The rooms needed more airing but the beds are super comfy The staff was very helpful and nice. We got to leave our luggage before and after the check-in and check-out timing which was very helpful

Great location and access to metro and bus. Good prices. The manager, Hüseyin was really supportive and kind. You can always contact him on WhatsApp with any issue and he replies immediately. Overall great experience
