A very honest review unfortunately more negative than positive First of all, the rooms are extremely small, and the bathrooms had visible fungus/mold, which made me question the level of cleanliness and hygiene. This is not something that should be overlooked, especially since mold can potentially cause health problems. There were also stains that looked like washed blood stains on the bed sheets. Even though they seemed to have been washed, the sight was honestly disgusting, and I believe such sheets should have been discarded instead of being used for guests. The noise was by far the biggest problem. The hotel is located beside several bars, and the noise continues throughout the night. It was extremely loud and made it very difficult for us to sleep properly. We also had an issue with the air conditioning in our room. We reported the problem several times, and every time we were told that it would be fixed, but unfortunately, they took far too long to actually resolve it. The AC kept turning off repeatedly throughout our first night, so we had to keep turning it back on, which made the room very hot and uncomfortable. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, it was only fixed after we had spent our second night at the hotel. That being said, I really want to mention Musab at the reception, who was very kind, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. He was even helpful and friendly when we needed assistance with our luggage. Overall, while the location and Musab’s excellent service were positives, the cleanliness issues, extremely loud noise, small rooms, and AC problem unfortunately overshadowed the good aspects of our stay.

A wonderful hotel! I’ve stayed here twice and both times were great. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable:) and the location on Taksim is very convenient. The rooftop terrace with its amazing view is absolutely stunning! I’d also like to mention the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially the reception manager Mr. Yusuf! He was always kind, professional and ready to help! Highly recommended:)
It was a beautiful stay. We were staying this weekend and we have no complaints. The room was very cute and what surprised me was that every day we got clean towels and water bottles. You also get small shower gels and soaps, as well as cotton pads. There is also a hair dryer if needed. I don’t understand the comments about noise. When we closed the windows you couldn’t hear anything almost. And also if you could, you’re literally in the center of Taksim which has thousands of people walking around and the place is full of restaurants and bars. Downstairs you can get a coffee and pastries since it is a cafe place so it’s a huge bonus. Everything is very close since you’re in the center. Everybody working there is soo welcoming and kind and I would definitely come back. Such a shame that we were there for only 3 days. ❣️❣️🇹🇷
I had an absolutely amazing stay here and I can’t recommend this hotel enough!! The location is perfect so convenient and close to everything you could possibly need. I was even able to order anything I needed straight to my room, which made everything so easy and stress-free. What really made my experience stand out, though, was the staff! Everyone at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. A special thank you to Serkan from the cleaning team! He went above and beyond for me. He was extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. His kindness did not go unnoticed and truly meant so much to me. The cleaning service was excellent everything was always well maintained. Overall, I felt so supported and taken care of during my stay and I’m very grateful for the entire team! They truly made my experience special, and I would 100% stay here again!!
It's a nice hotel in terms of location. It's especially nice that it has a cafe on the top floor and offers a panoramic view of Istiklal Street. The rooms felt a bit smaller than standard rooms, and there were no refrigerators in the rooms. The biggest drawback was that the rooms were poorly insulated. You could even hear people talking in the next room. Other than that, there weren't many issues; it was a clean place, and the staff were respectful.
