WARNING‼️
visitors be aware, no AC in this hotel during certain months even if its hot outside.
Rooms were too hot and steamy.
Management refused to refund us our money even though we did not stay because of this ridiculous no AC policy.
How do they even claim to be 4 star hotel if AC is switched off purposely on the entire building?
Very bad experience and unfriendly staff.
If you're traveling for leisure and want to be able to sleep comfortably at night, find another REAL 4-star hotel.
Great hotel, spacious room and friendly staff. Breakfast area was a little too small but not a major issue. The staff and in particular Ahmet was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back.
What a great choice we’ve made by booking here! first we were welcome by great Host named mert he was very welcoming, respectful, and professional. then we enjoyed a really spacious room and there is a microwave and oven a washing machine and a dishwasher and there’s even a little balcony and everything is just so clean, spacious, and great! The view is great during the day and we could get a glimpse of the besphour bridge as well at night. The location is excellent, and there is many getaways around the area but also within the same street there are several restaurants and shops. Recommended
Amazing place to stay. The rooms are spacious with everything we would possibly need and the beds are super comfortable. Kadir and Baran at the reception were incredible help and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much!
I’m staying here for a business trip and have been thoroughly impressed. The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and room to work.
The service is where they truly shine—I had a couple of minor issues in the room, but the team sorted them out in no time. Maya and her team at the reception are exceptionally helpful, professional, and friendly. It’s rare to find such a responsive and welcoming staff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless stay in Istanbul!
